"Anythings possible!" A question to ask may be, "How do you purportedly ink a deal with an international sales partner and end up with less revenue than in the previous quarter?. . . "Not likely." But, "Hey, we're talkin' Nasrat Hakim and Co. here!"
I get to Jonesen just like everybody else, must be careful
no sleep till brooklyn, we will see how she looks come friday"
No doubt! No doubt! My man NAZ and his crew get to mean Jones'n 'bout every other minute! NAZ, he be like the professor. He sayin' it a "Zero-Sum Game." NAZ is just plain "bad-ass" 'cause dat hiz way o' sayin', "I win. You lose!".. . .
. . . Frankly he must be 'dumbfounded' simply at his still getting paid for doing less than nothing.
" The business reality is that no company involved in negotiations on anything sends out a missive...NO COMPANY! PERIOD!". . . What?!. . . No romance? All too numerous are the countless historical examples of business organizations acting deliberately, what might well be deemed extravagantly, as suitors intent upon winning the favors of their quarry.. . . The "business reality" begs the question, "When don't companies send out a missive?".
"In whatever the manner the process may have been done is not the question." . . .
. . . Can we assume that while English is your first language, your keen awareness of industrial psychology and medical matters exempts you from adherence to basic rules of grammar? Obviously, it allows you to not take yourself seriously.
While it is highly likely that my man Naz could provide a "decent back down" when confronted with any of a number of substantive issues regarding his lacking stewardship, no doubt you mean "descent". Perhaps like a skunk, Nas needs to be "de-scented".. . . OK, enough.
Who was?
"Current market cap with around a billion shares outstanding is 39.4 M.". . .
. . . When the reverse-split happens management should give themselves a raise.
"Happiness is the measure between reality and expectation."
- Gyalwa Rinpoche, The 14th Dalai Lama
No problemo! Buy a Nasrat yardstick! Whoo-hoo!
Holy Cow! It sure is good to know that when you say,. . .
"THIS JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER AND BETTER, AS WILL THE REVENUES AND PROFITABILITY! And, I have done a DCF and share holders need not worry about 7 cents or 40 cents...the company will be worth well north of that."
. . . that you speak with the same unsullied track-record of
correctness and truthfulness as my man NAZ who states, "Q2 2022 call: And the last one (question) is Elite still on track for filing four ANDAs in 2022? The answer is yes, we are doing well and on target."
. . . If NAZ says we are "on target", you should get your dollars ready, 'cause you will be able to spend them on THE DOLLARLAND EXPRESS!
"Nasrat has avoided Elite to be sued in the Opioid debacle (See Teva who was found guilty last Friday of December)". Bharat loves Nasrat!. . .
"
Nasrat is funding some new developments from his own money and without dilution". . . This must be from the same anonymous source as the one about Pfizer. . . P.U.!
"Nasrat has created a new pipeline.". . . Not only at great expense considering development, but at mind-boggling expense considering what was mindlessly jettisoned . . . So as to be able to say,. . .
"Nasrat has made Elite profitable." Yep! . . . Quite reasonable for one to hope that their children are someday a good bit more profitable than Elite Pharmaceuticals in it's current crippled state.
While perhaps a "most informative, succinct, and optimistic" post, it might be exceeded by any equivalent to, "The checks in the mail.".
Wow!. . . Nasrat as a wolf. . . imagine that! There could even
be a rare scintilla of Truth contained in your spate of posts.
"Keep up the good work!"
"Personally, I would like to see more data driven analyses rather than subjective pronouncements as if fact."
. . . Well, how 'bout you get busy and validate the "DCF" you proffer as being of such great significance. Surely you can find all sorts of enlightening insights down all sorts of rabbit-holes you have privileged if not exclusive access to.
-Thanks.
In noting, "a 10% reduction in O/S would be unlikely to have a material impact on the price." you are getting warm. Speaking of "questions of ill-conceived decisions that can diminish the credibility of management", while out of context (as usual), you are getting warmer. If we can state, "It's a bad idea for anybody to buy ELTP shares, even the company itself.", that's all-in-all "spot-on".
. . . Previously I indicated a good thing would be to see a form 4 indicating a large open-market purchase by Nasrat. Given the discretion -or lack thereof- which he has displayed as a bad sort of CEO, buying company shares might be a comparatively sane use of his personal income. Sure he'd lose what money he spent, like the rest of us, but God only knows what that idiot has spent millions on in the past.
"Anti-trust". . . To me at least it seems that more often than not it is in "matters of trust" that things go awry. We would like to believe in Nasrat and all his promises.. . . "Ho!Ho!Ho!"
"Support Becomes Resistance"
Logical for my man NAZ to assume this refers to shareholder sentiment. "Ancient history". . . "Water under the bridge". . .
. . . Whoever you are, whatever your trajectory, at least you are not The Pariah Nasrat Hakim.
I was thinking that perhaps Elite could make heart-shaped candies with all of the things ardent supporters have to say printed on them.. . .
"I promised my self this year, I would not give into an inch of fear, I feel like I Owe sombody" seems out of place with, "Any day now!", "It's coming!", "Green Week Ahead!" and the like.
Kind of like removing the "BRIDGE OUT" sign.. . . Such an 'imminent' effect, IF of any significance, is about a month away. The "Nasrat Effect" implies he has done his work for the foreseeable future. But, this doesn't mean he couldn't do something really stupid and costly.
"Wow somebody lost their patience" and made up stories about Elite and Pfizer.
Really?. . . While you have noted numerous areas in which Nasrat has been mercilessly persecuted for offenses he did not commit, and you have pointed out glorious accomplishments he gets no credit for, I think you have missed a few areas where room for further persecution exists.. . . At some point most people graduate from school. Then there are those whose understanding of "cause-and-effect" ends at, "Teacher says so!" In short, Nasrat is "the cause". $0.037 is "the effect". Such persons "proffering" bad advice should ask themselves "Is it possible I am the cause of persons realizing considerable loss over an extenuated period of time due to my dissemination of harmful ideas?"
Down 4.3% having traded $750.00. . . Having secured the deal of all deals that will allow Elite to rise from the ashes like a phoenix, it is time for Nasrat and company to celebrate, usher in the holidays, and give thanks for all that is wonderful at Elite Pharmaceuticals, Northvale, NJ.. . . -Like Jordan Belfort.
Why is Elite in a RAThole?
No biggie. Happy Holidays! Obviously, you simply are having some
difficulty gaining a greater comprehension of a directive that for some is quite simple. The 9th Commandment, "Though shalt not lie." is in fact in place to ultimately make things easier for all of us.. . . Same with Nasrat though.. . . "Like minds" and all that. One would think such a proclivity would serve Nasrat well as the head of a company located in Northern New Jersey that is listed on the OTC markets. Well, habitually lying is no "Golden Ticket", and certainly not one to "Dollarland".
Down 9.72% on 241.86K shares.
When they "Release The Kraken" will it have a bell on it's collar?
Magnanimous guy that my man Naz is, can we expect to see year-end awards for the tireless efforts of management? It was in fact the case that years ago when the share price briefly spiked, Nasrat and management rewarded themselves handsomely. Surely, a newly forged
international agreement warrants a repeat. It's only fair. It is the way.
Cannot happen fast enough. . . Really. . . It cannot.. . .
Given Elite's history, if and when distribution of Adderall manufactured by Elite begins in Israel in earnest, we will be able to say our product is distributed in one (1) country other than the United States. Until that time, that number is zero (0). If in fact distribution does occur in Israel, how long it will take for distribution to expand to other countries is anyone's guess.
Mando???
Apples and Oranges. . . Chicago isn't Tel Aviv.-Although there most-likely will be many more recorded homicides in Chicago over the weekend. I should ask, "Where is Ju-jitsu?"
Good of Nasrat to sell Addy's to the Israeli's though.. . .
. . . https://americanaddictioncenters.org/adderall/long-term-effects
Be a "good-guy" Nasrat and let us see where, "Nasrat Hakim purchased 1 million shares on the open market.". That's $39K. While it very well may not be considered, "money well-spent", God only knows what you last spent $39K on.
Of course. . . the algorithm that shows "no2" will reply to his
own post.. . .
1.5 Million ELTP shares @$0.024= $36K -Well within the scope of many an exhausted "retail" investor.
Now you gonna sell 'em because, well. . . Nasrat is Nasrat?
Monthly time-frame shows no "apparent" tax-loss selling.
Daily time frame reveals likely tax-loss selling.
"The right tool for the right job." Typical NO2
You should get some more due to someone's tax-loss selling.. . .
This does appear to be getting out of hand given that just days ago the price did manage to hit $0.04.. . . Given the current market, a "bounce" would not be unimaginable.
. . . Can ELTP close green?
" the current price is well earned."
Pauli Gualtieri would concur.
"Without question, today Elite would be valued differently". . .
. . . Given that the hype surrounding the pipe-dream that was Sequestox has been replaced by the mantra, "SLOW and steady". . .
. . . You guys at least got that right.
You could have doubled your money with ELTP. . .
. . . if you had sold 12 weeks ago.
There is nothing good about Nasrat Hakim. To put it
simply, it takes a real con-artist to say the things
Nasrat said and to not only fail to deliver on everything, but
to also make matters worse through underhanded dealings. It is
very doubtful shareholders will ever recover from an
association with Nasrat.
Thanks Doc. Now I just need to fix-up the Delorean's flux-capacitor.
