I don't recall exactly. Just found it in the course of doing my research. I recalled something had been mentioned, but I didn't see that the specific Delta webpage info had been posted, so I added even if redundant. You can never be too informed.
Here is my link from delta. The search tool works as well

I don't know if I was the first, but I posted it on 12/12
Merry Christmas Pasonians!
Here's to an exciting end to the year!
A little early to be hitting the Christmas cheer!
A couple others have mentioned Christmas Eve as the possible announcement date and that seems almost serendipitous. If the final draft went beyond early 4th quarter and you knew it was likely late December, why not pick Christmas Eve? Not many better gifts to give than a deal of a lifetime to all your family holding millions of shares. That's a Very Merry Christmas.
I agree, 100%
My guess is that his participation in the Stock Market contest is likely how he found PASO, decided to flip it due to the volume, but spend any time doing the research and you have to own a piece just on the potential upside. IMO
He did have several sells as well
I wasn't sure if everyone has seen this from Delta.

Until the news breaks...
Well done Roofus!
I figure that will either be on my headstone or the name of my boat
"This .02 Shall Pass"
Anytime I can lighten the mood
Peace
This .02 shall pass
So my roller coaster affair with PASO continues, I can't quite you....
A number of people have posted musical links connected with how they feel about Paso. This is what comes to my mind with this roller-coaster I can't seem to quite. Darkest moments....I'll buy more! Go figure
I can Totally appreciate that.
Anytime
Here's a For Instance: Trying to find the "silver lining" in why the PPS has been going down.
Best I could do was this. If Paso was preparing for life after merger, whatever that might be, how disruptive was it when there became a five month delay. What was there revenue stream at that time and might this just be an augmentation of that? Could this just be to fund the operation until the DA is signed?
I answer yes, and I sleep better at night.
No Problem
I'm just as concerned about this being successful as I am certain are all the primaries and most involved here. In these times where all parts of our lives seem to be in a perpetual state of flux, we long for the familiar and the safe. Politics, Covid, on top of all the everyday happenings of life, seems like every day brings some new chaos. It has a tendency to taint my "filter" or how I process information. It can make everything seem negative unless I take a moment and look for the silver lining. Then when I have the best and worst possible outcomes to choose from, the choice is easy. Always helps to for me to check the filter!
Cheers
That could certainly be one perception.
Another would be that the question was framed around CLX, but brilliantly used the "face you make.....while waiting for the signed DA" reference and thus the similarly coded response. IMO
I sure hope your right Roofus! That would be a truly great year.
Something that I was wondering about the other day....
How many employees could there possibly be at CLX Health? Is there even a chance of a news leak?
Likewise, Can't be too many at Paso that would have any info either. Not hard to keep a secret if very few in the know. Just my reasoning.
What's your target price for retirement Roofus?
Here's what I was going by, although you are correct about no defined number of days. I think 60 must have been suggested on the board.
Quiet Period
The federal securities laws do not define the term “quiet period.” However, that term is used to refer to the period of time surrounding the filing of a registration statement during which an issuer of securities must ensure that its offering-related communications comply with the federal securities laws. This period lasts, at a minimum, from the time an issuer files a registration statement with the SEC to the time that SEC staff declare the registration statement “effective.” During that period, issuers and other participants in the registered offering must be careful that any “offer” of the registered securities is made in accordance with the federal securities laws. The failure to comply with applicable restrictions on making “offers” is referred to as “gun-jumping.” Because the SEC and courts have broadly construed the term “offer” to include communications that might generate public interest in an issuer or its securities, the scope of communications that are potentially subject to restriction is quite broad.
To ensure that the flow of information about issuers and securities offerings is not unduly limited, the SEC has adopted a number of rules to permit issuers to communicate during this period about matters other than the registered securities offering (including the release of factual business information), as well as rules that permit issuers to provide limited public information about their plans to engage in, or the status of, a registered securities offering.
Well I do believe it is the first day after the 60 quiet period, so who knows!
Wishing your loved one a speedy recovery and I truly believe better days are ahead.
The first event held should be a Paso stockholders reunion! That would be a happy group of humans!
I has been a rough ride for many here and I'm sure with all involved in the companies as well. I'm hoping next week is super green and Roofus gets to build his stadium with his new fortune!
I am feeling even better about Dec 14th being a good DA announcement day after Fridays close. Monday should be a good day. As long as the recently unrestricted shares don't flood the market. One way or another, I think we find out this week.
It sure looks like December 14th would be a likely date for the DA announcement. The quiet period would be over, still 4th qtr albeit not early, Delta airlines may only be the first to confirm use of TrustAssure app. I'm hopeful. Wish I would've picked the 14th.
totally agree. But if I opened a KentuckyFriedChicken and didn't think I was going to run "afowl" with an infringement issue, then I just didn't think passed the potatoes.
Exactly my point. Unless they are involved, which eliminates the risk and explains the sea change.
I went back to the shield logo I had found with AIG and it was just in its advertising and not a marketing tool. I was incorrect about that item. However, we do agree that they do own the tm on Trust Assure. Which is so close to TrustAssure, so as to ensure it would be disputed. In addition, why in the world would you change your marketing now. That would be a tremendous course change, and for what?
One last point. Why would you change from a tm TRU owns (HealthyAmerica), to something that will likely bring issues?
Just sayin
If adding TRU to the group was the cause for the original delay on the DA signing, is it possible the further delay was the addition of AIG? The power structure may have shifted from TRU and it's branded "HealthyAmerica" to AIG's "TrustAssure". Just thinkin outloud. Plus this helps take my mind off my losses.
What's even more interesting is that the AIG logo is also a blue & white shield, less the checkmark. Coincidence? Not unless you want a copyright issue. This would seem to indicate a relationship between AIG and the HealthyAmerica app. In addition to the fact that AIG already has a trademark on the TrustAssure name as well!
That makes this exchange pretty interesting:

Yes
I also found that TrustAssure is a registered trademark for AIG. That's interesting.
Pure rubbish. Unless of course you also have a secret back channel to someone at TransUnion, who then verified their website had been hacked and the CLX joint venture info placed there without their knowing? There have been a lot of conspiracies lately.
They clearly were more than just "names he used to form a jv" as this is a PR from Sirius directly.
NEWARK, DE, July 14, 2020 – SiriusIQ’s latest application of its SiriusIQ DNA CLXHealth is the result of applying SiriusIQ’s DNA to building out solutions that enable enterprises and organizations to confidently conduct people-centric business.
CLX Health LLC, a joint venture company, has developed the HealthyAmericaTM mobile application to be deployed as key component of the HealthyAmericaTM Solution Architecture and Database. The CLX Consortium of partner companies have come together to manage the spread of COVID-19 and other viruses by accessing real-time laboratory testing data for operational business and consumer decision support, ultimately allowing the economy to scale back up to capacity.
Utilizing existing technology and infrastructure critical to delivering a solution now, the CLX Consortium has network access to over 1 million physician offices, 22 largest by volume clinical laboratories, 40 major hospital systems and 20 Federally Qualified Health Clinics (FQHC) in the United States.
In much the same way TSA PreCheckTM provided airline passengers with an increased level of confidence after 9/11, the HealthyAmerica application is positioned to mitigate risk of businesses and individuals. With TSA PreCheck in place, passengers returned to travel with assurance that fellow travelers had been screened and posed little to no risk. The HealthyAmerica application manages real-time and batch files of health status requests for consumers to provide businesses and facilities operational decision-making capabilities that can mitigate exposure to employees and clients.
Like the TSA PreCheck status, which is delivered in bulk to airlines and directly to the consumer via a Quick Response (QR) code, HealthyAmerica enables consumers to present a QR code indicating health status. With the HealthyAmerica QR code, individuals can securely gain access to government-restricted sites, such as airports and/or sporting events, as examples.
The HealthyAmerica application works in the following manner, first requiring the individual consumer to register. Consumer identity is verified in combination with mobile device authentication, then the consumer selects a laboratory, schedules testing and receives validated test results—all within the application on the consumer’s verified device. The HealthyAmerica application stores diagnostic or antibodies test results received directly from an FDA-approved laboratory and generates a QR code indicating current health status.
