I hope not.
thanks for the correction and clarification
Off the top of my head, I thought 2 milestones had been made and 1 payment. Could be wrong. Also, like many business deals, obtaining a milestone might not equate to a payment.
Hermso - I'll go on record with a PPS projection: Minimum of $0.15 by results of 1Q2012 to a high of $0.23 by results of 1Q2012.
Financials come out on Tuesday?
I have this vision of potential MMRF shareholders / iHub posters watching an exciting parade go by. There they stand on the curb waiting in safety all along knowing the parade is more fun if you join in. Instead they wait, and for them the parade eventually passes by.
On this board we have those that stand on the curb and watch while others stand on the curb and bemoan the fact the company is making progress. They are the same ones that complain the parade is too loud or the colors are too bright.
As for me and many others, we know where the parade (MMRF) is going and don't want to be the ones holding the shovel and wheelbarrow.
Go MMRF!
Agree. It's a matter of time, solid Q's going forward and continued execution of plan.
good volume today. I look forward when volume is +5 mil a day or more.
Three - I agree completely! Happy where we are - not really, but encouraged.
Who in their right mind would trade 250 shares at .03? That's a whopping $7.50.
Good DD + Experience + Balanced Approach + Calculated Risk - Ignored Posters = :) GO MMRF!!!!!
small buy order just sitting there.......at 3.1
I've bought 3 times since August 9, 2011 and 20+ times since April 2009. I plan to add a few more, too.
EZ2 - you're probably right or close to right. Right place, right time? Yep, I think so.
In a nutshell, MMRF is aware of something that would normally be divulged but has chosen to get the info treated as confidential. I'm sure we'll find out what this is in due time.
CT Order filed
SSC - First you throw out what you think and then support it with conjecture. You're really not looking for an answer you're looking for something you can argue against and you even do it to yourself. For example - your answer was a RS or increase limit of AS. Then you go into 'maybe, could, if, a lot, quickly' mode. So what is it? RS or increaselimit on AS? This ain't Burger King - can't always have your way.
But I do like the way you keep us on our toes. :) Keep posting.
Not every question gets a response. Can you answer the question?
Agree. I need to scratch the head on this one.
Dump the D
Agree completely!
Although it's not a separate, publicly trade company, MMR said they were going to form a separate subsidiary in the 9/7 PR.
"The Company is also in the process of forming a separate operating subsidiary to maximize the value of its intellectual property, specifically its biotech assets which the Company believes may have significant commercial value. These assets include its Anti-CD20 antibody which the Company believes to be a first cousin to Rituximab. Rituximab is scheduled to go off patent in 2015 and currently represents over 6.6 billion dollars in annual sales"
Beautiful!
So if BL said HTML5 or C# then you think he has the tech savvy you're looking for? I've been a CIO for multi-billion dollar organizations and the CEO didn't know what languages our applications were written. Nor networks, iron, etc.....
Bar - why do you think BL knows nothing about Software?
Good post Three. Every time I have contacted BL (always by email) he has replied within 36 hours or so. As you said, when you buy this stock you get BL. It's that simple. Thanks again.
understood. thanks
Tap - in the PR JERCS and JER are the same company. You've read legal documents before and that's how is is written for future reference. However, the JERCS (JER) in the PR is not referencing the JER as in jer.com. Two separate companies. It would be similar to my company striking a deal with a company called GOOGLEMedical and in the PR referencing them as GOOGLEMedical (GOOGLE) and everyone thinking that I have a deal with the real Google, which isn't the case.
I think we know who JER is. Go to their website at jer.com and you can read it. The questions should be who JERCS is.
I emailed jer.com IR and got following reply:

Subject: Question
I have a question. Is your company, JER Partners, affliated with JERCS, Inc. which announced earlier this week an agreement with MMRGlobal?
Thanks as I'm trying to clear up some confusion.
Jxxxxxx xxxxxxx
gimmeum - why do you assume MMRF longs on iHub need to buy on good news? It could be we are 'bought up' and are already set with what we want. Could be we are well divested and have our money in many buckets. For me, I'm long & strong on MMRF.
Revenue
I'm a long holder and not willing to sell. So, no action from me. Might buy a few more.
GO MMRF!
It's dead today!
Mike unleashed
Tap -
It's SOP whether or not you are a penny or have billions in Cap. Get used to it.
Go -
Thanks for that one!
Zekes
Mike - been in meetings as usual but thanks for posting. I need to go back and listen to the CC.
To Rain, Hermso, sakata7, Tulaz1 and even you, Threef - thanks for hanging in there and doing the DD. If we all thought alike this board would be boring. I love the variety of thinking and intelligence.
Zeke
I take either of these scenarios as a victory.
Because we're long and not stupid
