To buy-back shares that will inturn increace the value of the remaining shares for the buyout IMO
maybe with that kind of deal we get a small cash div. also (maybe value of stock now) would make sense why price has been held in this range
No the common shares don't have any voting rights
Yes go to pinksheets.com and look at eeso fillings and then go to Initial Company Information and Disclosure Statement look at bottom of page I believe it is 5 or 6

I have read most of the posts this weekend. There is alot of speculation, some good and some not so good. The truth will come about, and there is nothing in my mind that makes me think that this company will fail, much less the people that have offered to buy this company. I am sure Jared will still be there, for he is the only one that knows the product formula's
and I know this for a fact. The 300,000,000 shares can not be spent, nor can the company as far as I am concerned fail.Jared has been true to the point so far, does that mean he can not be, yes it does for there are legal contracts in place that will protect the buyers as well as the share holders. This was instituted for that purpose! If it is not so then I, as well as others have been fooled, and it will be a first in my life!!!!!!!!Best of luck to all here. All are friends and some though I do not know, are still friends and hav eben here for the long trip!

In the PR it was stated that a Rep from DOW's asian division was there. We don't have any evidence that DOW may be the buyer only that it was and Americian based company. That would rule other the others named in the PR that were present at the testing.
IMO it would good for everyone who has any doubt about EESO new, prospective, and long investors to re-read ABCDEFG's posts his posts always seamed to have a way of hinting at what was to come in the EESO story.......

I think that alot of investors are not concerning their selves with the facts. One is that if a company has made an offer, and they have by the PR, then this company did not just walk up and say WOW, nice play on words. They have done initial DD and liked what they saw. They have researched the potential of the revenues for EESO and know what the company should be worth. Second, if they made a buyout offer as stated in the PR, then they have to take the shareholders into consideration. They can not walk ina do a reverse split, they must offer either shares of their existing company, or a price per share based on what the potential of the value of the company is based on contracts or potential contracts. They would also know if the potential contracts were worth their weight before thay made the offer. Third, I am sure that the offer must have included that Jared, who knows the formulas in and out will stay with the company to run things as he has. Fourth, the fact that they put 1% in $, of the 2 billion shares in a deposited account would leave me to believe that they are seroius and want to protect the company, and that means share holders as well. The world in some areas is going to be green even if they do not like it. Fifth they must have the ability to take EESO far beyond where they are now and knowing that EESO products work far better than anything out there, they sieze the opportunity!!!!!!!!!!! Think about it, Jared just got back from Korea and Japan, oh know one knew he went to Japan also. Well that is not insider information it could have just been a lay over or something like that????? Anyway all of you know this, EESO, Jared has been transparent and evidently respects the share holders or this would not have happened. The last thing is that he deposited 300,000,000 shares restricted into an account os that they would remain accountable and could nto be sod, THAT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF, as well as the offfer for the company. Relax and I guess enjoy this one, it does not happen very often, as much as I can tell. Do the math, what is the true value of EESo that would equal an exact share price EESO should be at. Then comment on what the offer is. I am sure EESO, Jared is bound by a silence notice in the LOI, so he con not share with the investors what I suppose he realy would want to. Just my thoughts? A us company???

EESO Provides Algae Remediation in Korean Drinking Reservoir With $12M Deal
Enzymes Called in to Starve Cyanobacteria in Crucial Water Source
FORT WAYNE, IN--(Marketwire - March 25, 2009) - Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO) has secured a contract from its recent trip to South Korea. The contract was entered into between Star Towers, Inc. in association with Dow Chemical and Enzyme Environmental Solutions late last week.
The signed contract is a one year term and calls for a total $12M ($12,000,000.00) purchase of EESO's proprietary biotech and product for use in bacterial remediation in Chungju Lake, a man-made reservoir that goes about 100 meters deep with a volume of over 2 billion tons. Chungju Lake is one of Korea's largest man-made lakes and is the main water source for domestic (includes drinking/tap water), agriculture and industrial use in that area. The area also is host to numerous tourist attractions and scenery and stands as an overall revenue source for Korea.
It was found in a 2004 report published in The Journal of Microbiology that two species of Cyanobacteria (the dominant phototropic bacteria in water environments) were found to be prevalent in Chungju and the nearby Dunpo reservoir: Microcystis and Anabaena and the problem has only escalated from there. These bacteria were found to be directly linked to pollution levels, "which is sad," states Star Towers owner, Su Lee. "This (Chungju) reservoir is, at times, boasted as Korea's 'largest and cleanest' man-made reservoir. What does that say to us? The pollution has to stop, and I believe that the recent meetings between government officials and Jared's company (Enzyme Environmental Solutions) will help us to put into place garbage and food waste remediation which is a large part of our pollution problem."
The enzyme solution provided by EESO is unique in that it doesn't attack the bacteria directly, but rather its food source, forcing it to starve to death rather than potentially resurfacing in mutated form over the long term.
Lee goes on to state, "In addition to preventative measures to be taken by Korea as a government and community to eliminate or significantly minimize pollution, we need to take measures to clear the matters at hand. I think this initial contract with EESO should prove highly effective as our testing of this product has produced outstanding results and I am looking forward to its applications in bacterial remediation of our water sources, including bacterial remediation in our reservoirs such as Chungju."
City authorities have already put into place agendas to tighten regulations regarding the management of water pipelines and tanks. "We are taking these measures to build public trust in Seoul's tap water," a spokesman for City Hall told The Korea Herald. Initial product for the deal shipped from Enzyme Environmental Solutions' facilities in Fort Wayne, Indiana this morning. The order is the first of multiple shipments to be sent to Korea for the purposes of the agreement with Star Towers in association with Dow Chemical.
President/CEO Jared Hochstedler feels, "It will be a big step in the right direction for us internationally as I think there's a collective understanding here that our products have several useful, cost-effective applications for countries and municipalities worldwide. If this is what it takes for us to receive domestic recognition, then so be it. The benefits to ecosystems and economies alike are, at this point, obvious, and we look forward to continued increase in sales force, research and development as we progress."

bid ask size Please
No Every time that he sells some of the wow green retail product EESO will make money off that he will only be getting a commision from the sale just like any other distributor. If he was not selling the product something would be wrong.
Looking at the 3Q ad 4Q on Pinksheets.com the jump in preferred owner control from 2,401,861 3Q to 4,330,219 4Q do you think that has something to do with those 200 mil shares?
6k as in 6,000???? 1 pref is 6000 common that's what you think just so I am clear on your post
Hey need a bit of help I am trying to figure out how the preferred shares are valued here and was wondering if anyone knows when the 200 mil shares were issued (the shares that everyone was trying to figure out who got them possibly wow green) need to know when that was and the range of that day if anyone can help would really appreciate it thanks......
anyone with level 2 remember how many mm's we had sitting at the bid? and who took all the shares?
Sounds reasonable but would that be done on the open market?
just to throw an Idea out could someone be trying to keep the PPS low so that the Buy out did not happen say someone holding a large intrest in the company and wanted to buy EESO down the line and then they where caught offgaurd with the buyout PR...... maybe make the buyer think that they where not getting a good deal and have them withdraw the offer?
Yeah I Guess you correct 65,000 shares I thought there was more
Hey thanks One,
I believe that the 5000 share orders this morning where placed so someone could accumulate shares without driving the price up I understand that is how the big buyers and institutions will buy into a stock as not to raise the price
ABCDEFG mentioned 4 products in his post the other day that could be used in Asia we know about 3 but as for the 4th??? could we have the GC2000 up and running??
did someone post today that there are now 33000 wow green dist.? or was it 3300?
Well if Jared is on vacation then I would only expect to see PR's about more Contract from Korea if anything.
Would be nice if we could get some green days in here but at the same time the big market is going down in smoke again
that is so true can't WaIt for the pr machiNe to tell all one Killer pr and eeso is going to make some here a lot of $$$$
then how do you know he over reacted????????
Have been trying to figure out how these preferred shares convert over I think we need to use the Float that Jared said was about 900 mil so would that make everything else Preferred? If so (preferred owners control) would be around 800 mil and may convert from 1 to 4 or 5 if my math is correct...... But not sure if I am reading this correct...... Anybody that has Marks Ear and can get an answer out of him I think it would be best for all shareholders to Know how the preferred shares convert.

So you are saying we should use a P/E of 7 OK so if all the projections EESO has made come to be realized we are looking at a share price of at the end of year of .2086 correct ?
136 projected sales
+ 12 mil (one Korea contract to date)
total 148 mill
at 40% profit
59.2 mil
divided buy 1.988bil shares
.0298 times a P/E of 7
EOY share price of .2086
as of today the Personal & Household Prods.Industry P/E ratio is 14

Notice on the chart how the MFI has been zooming up, while the Accum/Dist and CMF have been declining....
Any chartist here to explain the mixed signals on the chart?
Z
How is LV2 holding up any chance we make a late day run?
If Jared was selling more shares it would make his shares less valuable so IMO its not happening may be buying more back that make more sense to me as all shares would increase in value
