Well, 3-4 million shares equates pretty close to the total remaining in the Barrington offering so by my calculation that fulfills the goal.

By my count there should've been about 3-4 million shares sold, so if thats correct good for them. Should be looking at a profitable 2018 fiscal if this walmart deal is "real" and not just some kinda promo.

this company looks like its become just a hobby for most of the people involved. they raise just enough money every few months to sail their bourbon to different ports.

well, almost a year removed from this stock, and i see nothing has changed. funman still predicting black every "Next Q" and the rest of the cheerleaders talking about how local liquor stores keep a stock of 3 bottles of ocean.

this company's best days are (surprisingly, as they weren't even that good) at least 2 years behind them. Management had the opportunity to push for a sale when bourbon was a hot commodity; instead they profited on their free shares of stock.

who knows, maybe bourbon will be popular again in 5-10 years and this will come out of the 100-125M market cap doldrums to make another run at a buyout. probably won't though.

no, the event i went to was BreakThru fka R&R Marketing distributors' spring tasting at congress hall in cape may.

hear they may be winding down operation in some areas; they no showed a wine & spirits expo last week in cape may, NJ - despite being in the brochure, they didn't have any representative at the event.

unfortunately looks like most of their products have been pulled from my neighborhood stores - not a big whiskey drinker myself, but love me a dark and stormy. looks like i'll have to venture out a bit further to find my fix.
