Word!
You ever hear of new dilution after R/S, share retirement, and buy backs?
Lenny has added new dilution to GC after the most recent share buy back. This is a fact.
Also, Lenny has a history of pulling a R/S on his previous companies (Luke Entertainment, Inkway USA, and First Petroleum) and then adding new dilution. In fact, he has previously pulled a 1 for 5000 R/S on INKW and then added new dilution.
$1 share price would be a $2.114 billion market cap for GC due to 2.114bil shares outstanding.
Nestle really did sell their North American operation for $4bil.
The previous pump to $0.15 is now at $0.007 and the company is supposed to now have more sales and assets than at the time of the pump. Why is the price at $0.007 and not $0.15 if the company has more to offer?
I made up nothing.
They are gonna white label "the worlds best water" for anyone who wants to use the plant for bottling and create competition for themselves with their own product. :)
So, no 1 for 5000 R/S until a small little water plant in NC has a total market cap of $2.114 billion? :/
Nestle recently sold their giant water plants and entire North America operation for around $4bil.
"Nestlé S.A. today announced that it has reached an agreement to sell its regional spring water brands, purified water business and beverage delivery service in the U.S. and Canada to One Rock Capital Partners in partnership with Metropoulos & Co. for USD 4.3 billion."
This included all the water brands, purified water businesses, and a beverage delivery service for all of North America.
Is anyone on this board serious about anything? The previous pump to $0.15 was a faint, an illusion, there was never any intrinsic company value to support the share price... it was a pump.
IMPORTANT INFO:
1. 175 Camping World places selling Be Water - No idea if CW reordered or not.
2. 200 new retail locations,- This is not a done deal.
3. more small shops nationwide through H2O distributor - This is happening but we are really talking small scale here.
4. Amazon sales - Almost non existent
5. New production line being added for multiple bottle sizes and gallons - We have seen a couple of pics but no jugs.
6. 1500 locations selling Happy Mellow - This isn't even what the PR stated.
7. White Labeling for other companies - No companies mentioned.
8. Plant is being revamped for new sales team to step in - They already had the admin building being used for storage, simply remove the storage items and use it as an admin building
With 2.114bil shares outstanding they will have trouble maintaining a decent share price with the upcoming dilution to fund expansion of their 75 different products.
Correct, Lenny believes BeWater can reverse his aging.
I agree that this magic wizard mineral well water should be in every household so we call all live to be 250 years old.

What do you think is a adequate amount of time for an auditing company to audit another company the size of GC?
Please keep in mind that 1000s of fully reporting companies have been getting their financials audited on time during the last year. Do you think that Slack & Co. is so inept that they start audits they know they can't finish until one year later?
It has been 16 months since they released the "we have selected an auditor" PR. They said in the interview that people are not responding to questions the auditing firm is asking of them.
Do you think that people are all of the sudden going to provide written substantive responses via email to an auditing firm (that could be scrutinized by the SEC) if they haven't already done so during the last 16 months? If you think this is going to happen, we are not living in the same world.
The probably picked a "discount" auditing firm because they thought they could skate by without proper documentation and the firm would rubber stamp it. It is obvious that this is not the case.

Only in Greene world do words like finalizes mean something other than what everyone else knows it to mean.
This was almost 2 months ago and they stated in the interview that the deal is not finallized.

I have repeated this again and again.
The previous plant owners called the water from well #2 spring water.
Well #2 sat unused for years before GC bought the plant.
Lenny repurposed well #2 to now produce "artesian" water instead of spring water.
The "artesian" label is why there is an upcharge.
Same water, different label.
More like the arrangements of the convertible debts and how they came to be.
GC is currently paying a large amount of interest on something that is not really mentioned in the fins.
Lenny indicated in the interview that he can't give the names of the stores because the "deal" isn't done yet and the stores still might not carry the BeWater.
He spun a tale from 10 years ago involving Rite Aid being mentioned in a PR and the ink product never ending up in the stores.
Yeah, they are STILL working on the "deal" to get water in a few stores.
This is what he was talking about with Rite Aid.
The "deal" was never sealed and no contracts were finalized.
LUKE ENTERTAINMENT, INC’S ACCUBRITE TAKES A BIG STEP IN THE ‘RITE’ DIRECTION WITH NATIONWIDE RETAILER
"New York, NY- December 17, 2010- Luke Entertainment , Inc. (PINK: LKEN) aka Greene Concepts is pleased to announce that its AccuBrite has sealed a deal with convenience giant, Rite-Aid, to have the company’s ‘FreeInk4Life’ high quality inkjet refill kits distributed among the retailer’s more than 4700 US stores in 32 states.

Lenny said in the interview that he offered to help the auditing company by getting some of his people to do some of their jobs.
If you read between the lines about what he was saying, it is something like this...
The auditing firm needs answers from people, and the people they need answers from are refusing to provide those answers in writing.
This isn't something that is going to change.
I am pretty certain that you can't even sell water-infused CBD products in every state. This is why it is being made in Colorado and not in NC. Also, the market for what will probably be CBD water for $7 - $9 a the point of sale is extremely limited.
The interviewer gave quite a long pause after Lenny mentioned that "people" have told him that his aging process was being reversed by BeWater.
You are missing the point here.
Lenny has repeatedly implied that BeWater has health properties beyond hydration and minerals. Why would a CEO make those bold claims if they aren't true? Could it be that he is a scammer at the cellular level and says the first thing that comes to his head when trying to sell whatever product he is selling?
The dude said that he previously had a deal to sell ink at Rite Aid, but it wasn't on paper, and a new executive wasn't told about the agreement he had with a previous executive, so the deal was off.
Does this sound like someone you want as your CEO?
Two PRs in a week from multiple Pinksheets companies working in a collaborative effort were not simply for informational purposes.
Well, Lenny claims that it is changing him at a cellular level and could be reversing his aging.
Do you agree with the statement from the CEO of Greene Concepts or not? Does BeWater have properties that other well water does not?
Yes, well water is magic and allows you to live to be 215 years old.
It is well water, and basically, 50% of the people of NC are drinking the same thing.
Anyone saying well water is reversing their aging is a clown.
Supporters of this assertion are also clowns.
Any clowns supporting this are also clowns.
You wearing your red nose?
Yeah, Lenny said that BeWater is reversing his aging.
Lenny is a f@cking clown!
The "great development strategy" is an app company releasing a PR about an upcoming app release?
The only app the "company" has in the Google Play store has around ten downloads and makes zero money.
Will the INKW app follow this same "development strategy" and also make zero money?
Yeah, this thing that both INKW and MRNJ are doing with dual-release PRs is goofy AF. They are both releasing PRs that basically state nothing because the app isn't even available yet, and the PRs don't even state expected revenue or increased water sales from them. Also, the app is supposed to be generic and not even "BeWater" based, so the actual benefit to GC could be nominal.
The year is 2022, and most companies worth their salt have some app that does something. We are supposed to believe the appearance of an app for INKW is supposed to be a game-changer for both companies.
Pure BS!
These people are clowns.
It is always a Greene day for them.
Your Greene is showing.
Yeah, Lenny and his friends are probably the only people in America trying to operate a water plant on a part-time basis. Of course, these things only work when you scale production, but that would also mean that there has to be demand for the product at scale.
However, these current production levels work great if you are trying to sell some stock instead of products.
You literally had no idea who this guy was before the PR.
I hear that Lenny once thought about visiting the water plant, but eventually decided
that a company CEO has no place at its only facility and decided against it.
Cheapies - A term used by some traders to describe a stock entry point, whether the stock is up or down for the day or decade.
Example1: The stock is down 50% over the last month; I am buying these cheapies daily.
Example2: The stock will rise to $1.65; buy these cheapies now at $0.15.
They haven't even mentioned Camping World in a good while now.
What was huge about it? Typically if you are going to PR something like this, you should at least have the product available for download at the time of the PR.
Do you know anyone who gets excited about water consumption tracking apps?
If this PR was an intended pump, it pumped in the wrong direction.
The store locator list has been stuck at 267 for a little while now.

It might be common in pinkie land, but it still provides endless entertainment to actual investors who provide startup capital to developing companies. Do you think it is normal for tiny little companies to create higher classes of shares for the sole purpose of giving the insiders control of the company while retaining the ability to dilute all they want?
Remember that PR where Lenny stated that he wants to uplist GC to NASDAQ? How can you turn 2.114bil to 10bil outstanding shares into a $1 to $3 share price to uplist while still providing equity to the shareholders? If you say R/S I am going to laugh myself silly right now.
That foundation PR was nothing but confusing. A floundering company is going to set up a foundation that is supposed to educate the general population on the benefits of proper hydration? How is giving BeWater away supposed to return value to the shareholders?
The May - July financials have to come out at some point, and this party will be just about over after they do.
