I think that the news was end of month also! correct me if I'm wrong.
I do agree with Ds dad that news at this point might get lost. Also with the market looking like it does people are less likely to take risks, most are buying gold or something less risky.
But I hope I'm wrong!

You are 100% correct IF! My hope is that the companies PR catches up with the companies ability to make money. And I don't blame Jack and I will tell you why, I have dealt with a number of large companies through the years and the PR people take all the heat, one they do not make the news and they only release the news they are told to release buy management!
I know they are in debt but this should only be temporary, unless they figure away to screw things up!

I was going to tell you that I have Etrade and when I put in a buy for penny stocks that the only way I can buy penny stock is limit price, so if the ask is .0045 and I put in a buy at a limit of .0045 if some IDIOT lowers his ask to .0040 that is what the sale will go through at! If I want 250,000 shares I will get whatever the IDIOT has and then the price will go rise to whatever the next ask is.
This is why I call them IDIOTS, why they sell at prices lower than the present ask is not known but my guess is that they have some other agenda like lowering the prices for a future purchase of a large amount of shares.

I have a hard time believing that the numbers won't look good. The only thing that probably concerns me is the market as a hole. A lot of investors are turning to gold and other stable investments. People are not as willing to take risks on small companies at this point. Hope I'm wrong!

Both should be out. IMO. Well connections won't reflect on Aug. #s, but they should have some idea what the wells are producing at this point. Hoping to see some encouraging #s!

Easy money is right! LOL I asked him for an answer and I got one. It wasn't the answer I had hoped for but it was an answer none the less. I still beleive that there is a good chance this company and HTOG will make a strong comeback (200% to 250%) quickly. With that being said I also beleive it will probably be before the end of October. I still own all of my shares in HTOG and UPDV.

The resaon I ask is I am looking for a good reason to keep my shares in these companies HTOG and UPDV. Always wanted to stay long here. I have a fair amount invested in these companies!

I'm happy as hell that is it! 600 to 700 mil. is nothing at this price. other stocks at this price are in the range of 2 and 3 billion.

I'm with Etade this morning I was putting my shares up for sale at a high price to lock my shares from being used. When I tried to put my share price at 2.00 p/s the order was rejected lowered it to 1.00 rejected again this time it said broker rejected lowered it to .50 it was excepted! hopefully they are running ut of shares to use.

It looks like the order held at .50 for 6 mil. shares good for 60 days. hope this locks out my shares in these companies. It seems like mm's are have a more difficult time getting their hands on shares. Hope this helps!

Interesting last couple of orders I tried were rejected saying Broker Rejected! I wonder if this has anything to do with the new ruling? Brokers trying to cover shares maybe.

I appreciate your help, I was going by a story in a Kansas news paper.

Set my sell of HTOQ at 2.00 a share for 60 days to lock my sharers, that is all Etrade will let me do. Did the same with UPDV. When I looked at my Orders this morning HTOG was still listed as an order, but UPDV was rejected. So I reentered Sale for UPDV again this morning, it was rejected again.
Can anyone here can explain why.

That is what I beleive even though I don't understand it. They can still file the 10Q without answers back! When I asked the question about waiting for answers on the 8K he said why? That tells me they do not need to wait for answers!

12 X max 60 mcfg/day max= 720 X 30 days = 21,600 X 8.00 = 172,800.00 added to 330,000.00 = $502,800.00 X 12mo. = 6,033,600.00 this is only the begining with over 1 million acres to drill. the price of this stock is way below where it should be! Someone check my calcs.

Could someone tell me what is the black mark's when there is a sale at ask and not a sale. I'm on investorshub trades section. I always wondered what the black candles were on other charts. Was told they were p/s staying the same. But this doesn't make sence for buys or sales.

Everyone needs to be patient This stock is going to take off when the numbers come out soon and connections are made. Does everyone forget it whent up over 200% in a couple of days a few months ago. It will do it again!
