I agree. This project is too large and too many entities are involved for it not to move forward. We will see.
Investing in energy projects is a marathon, not a sprint. Are we going to give up on heartbreak hill? No.
Perhaps I should have phrased more appropriately. "Questions". I have questions...
I'm not sure what LLEG will receive as payment.
Where does this $60M figure come from?
I'm not sure I understand what you are saying here. What is 'one of the accusations by SEC'?
I will agree that the PPS will be substantially lower than we are used to in the near future. However, as I have repeatedly said, I believe that the company will recover and uplist to the OTCBB.
Broken. Record.
I do not care what other companies have or have not done in the past. LLEG is a different story with a multitude of potential outcomes.
Here is the account in question

I just checked and the account is not suspended. However, I did not find any posts in reply to yours from February 2011.
Then it shouldn't be a problem for you to discuss some examples of such and provide parallels to LLEG, correct?
You should provide a reference to that post to make it easier to understand what you mean.
Without an update, there is no way of knowing whether the charges against LLEG are substantial and valid or not.
This being the case, why do you and others feel the need to chastise LLEG and convict them without due process of a thorough investigation?
Zero is a tricky number (or absence of number, depending on your perspective). I'm aware of this.
You gave the blanket statement that "the SEC has a history of being correct in regards to such allegations" without you, yourself, verifying this.
Therefore, it's evident that you do not know this history well enough to make this assertion.
Ok, those are suspensions. What about cases where suspended stocks have been charged with crimes or suspended stocks that have been found innocent?
With these low volume swings we could be up 5000% and it wouldn't make a difference, unfortunately.
Same goes for the low side.
not really, the SEC has a history of being correct in regards to such allegations
Have any examples history that you care to share with us?
Remember, anything can happen.
I am discussing what will happen post SEC suspension. There isn't much that can be done until that has concluded.
I've met the management team. I've seen their projects first hand and have verified information with 3rd party individuals.
I believe LLEG was just struck with the unfortunate task of dealing with an SEC investigation but I also believe they will recover and continue progressing.
I believe that LLEG is very much alive and that we will see this in the near future.
You are welcome to your opinions.
How much has LLEG invested
I'm willing to wait and let LLEG answer these questions instead of passing quick judgments and jumping to inaccurate conclusions.
What about the New Bedford plant? Which, as we speak, is providing thermal energy for Konarka's thin film solar manufacturing processes and is being operated by LLEG.
LLEG is not like those other stocks. You will see.
Its not clear to me and its not clear to you. Still a lot of unanswered questions.
One thing is certain, negativity has claimed victory in the past several weeks. We know how cyclic these things can be.
That's not true.
Where did you read that?
Yea, if you want a funeral its best to move on.
I just spoke with a lady at E*trade who confirmed essentially what Bigbucks said. She said there were some matching orders but wasn't sure why they weren't executing.
I believe that LLEG will rebound from the grey sheets and will continue progressing and growing as a company.
Try .002 if you are really eager to buy, otherwise just sit on .0015 or lower.
Nice picture, C. I hope Laidlaw Berlin gets built for Berlin's sake. Clean energy, good jobs.
All because of 1 Korean owned power plant company who decided to appeal to the Supreme Court. 2 things could happen that would still bring biomass to Berlin:
1) Laidlaw/Cate St/Whoever else takes on the Supreme Court appeal (could take awhile)
2) The NH State Legislature changes the mandate to extend beyond 2025 (could take a lot less time). Depends how Green NH wants to be.
I still believe that the company will survive this ordeal and will progress past this nonsense. That being said, they put themselves back a bit due to lack of transparency and intolerable ambiguity.
I think interest will slow until:
1) The SEC investigation is over and LLEG can uplist to OTCBB
2) The Berlin project resumes or we hear more details about what LLEG's payment will be from the project
3) Management assures that New Bedford is indeed producing revenue and we know what the cash flow is (transparency)
4) Susanville, CA begins permitting/construction
Bottom line: We need more transparency from LLEG management. We need to know what we own. Investors cannot be expected to guess as to what is happening; tell us!
Volume is drying up and we are trading at lower and lower levels. Things may have appeared stable for awhile but now lethargy and pessimism are setting in.
But why wait until the last possible day? I don't understand this game.
I'll join you in buying at that price.
I think they need to bring the best minds together to solve this problem.
Yea they are in a tough spot.
They should just cut SS and let people invest their own money. Diversification of assets would prevent this.
I don't feel like anyone has "done me wrong". I invested in this sub-penny stock because
a) I believe in the company
b) I have seen their projects first hand and verified their claims with 3rd parties
c) I have 40+ years of income ahead of me and am not afraid to take risks at my age
I can only thank Mike and his company. They have made a few mistakes which caused the SEC to investigate their practices (blog, website out-of-date, etc) but I believe they will come out of this OK. I am holding all free shares with a cost average less than .001. If this drops to 0, I will still have the experience associated with this investment (which has been quite a learning experience).
