Brigunn are you kidding me! One of your recent posts implied some people on this site are not who they claim to be. After a post like your last I wonder who you are. PA should be investigated to the hilt and prosecuted if need be. The only way that will happen is if you, me and we for that matter speak up. I for one have already contacted the SEC both by phone and via email and was told verbally that they will take this complaint under advisement. Whether or not they do is up to them at this point. All I know is if there is criminal wrong doing and or negligence on the part of PBLS or its officers I will make every effort to see justice is served.
Paul "Brigunn" Alonzo, good day sir. I said good day!
Typical response when someone can not take responsibility for their own actions, blame the victim.
Class action suit anyone!
Do I need to sell my shares in order to take a loss on my taxes? Or should I hold on to them and let them die like my marriage did because of this stinking company?
I officially lost my home today. My investment in this company would have bought me an additional 11 months. My wife (soon to be ex) and three children (all girls) would like to thank the Alonzo, Blackburn and their attorneys for their lack of investor support.
I hope my money at least paid for your mortgages. Well we know the answer to that.
I got this off the yahoo finance page in the reports section under the stock quote. Don't get to excited with the $10.00 below. That is how much the report costs. Anyone have a membership or acces to this guys info?

Actually it was renamed the Madoff scheme recently. However, I think we can get it changed to the Alonzo scheme if we try really hard.
Anything is possible at this point, however, I doubt it. Everyone is entitled to their opinions. I still belive mine to be true.
What would you consider ludicrous iyo? Please elaborate.
My guess is Paul or Ron at the beach posing as a bum named John.
Not buying it "John". Although, I am hopeful things take a turn for the better I think we are simply fools for hanging on this long. Our stock is nothing more than a lottery ticket that over 4,000 ticket holders would need to simultaneously win. Fat chance of that happening. Enjoy my money, please!
No idea who he is, however, Batou State Holdinh Corp is a related company accoding to the link below.

Scroll to the bottom where it says:
"Other Companies Either Owned or Related to Phoenix"
When are we all going to file suit against the Madoffs? Whoops I meant the Alonzo's. Sorry Bernie!
This is odd to say the least. Either everyone went on vacation at the same time or the wizard behind the curtin does not like the posts being generated.
Can anyone point to a business relationship that Osprey Partners has that is succesfull? Is it the economy or is it their business model. How to pump your shareholders and then dump them! Sounds like a winning combination.
Is the case that we are all waiting for on pins and needles the FNBP case that has the potential for a substantial settlement? Or is this another case that has great potential?
Who added the new Phoenix logo to this board? Is it an official logo change or just a spoof? I would think it is a spoof since the pbls.biz does not have anything new to offer.
Can anyone local go by the courthouse for a couple of hours and sit as an observer in the court room and give an update to us out of state investors. May be the bum can do it.
Shocker. John Paul has something positive to say. Spin is alive and well on the board.
John,
I too have researched the historical posts and there seems to be a deepening concern for the future of our collective investments. More so the cry for help has gone unanswered for far to long. Whenever a hair brain idea idea comes up to call out the powers that be, you seem to want to be the voice of reason and stop anyone from getting some answers. My point is this, John, who are you? Who cares if anyone crashes Miki's party? Who cares if they ask her a question regarding the stability of OUR company? There are more than a few shareholders on this board who took a risk, calculated at that, by investing in this company, but, that does not mean we have to sit on our hands and wait. Serious money is at risk and no one seems at the top is considering the lives that could be ruined by our investments. Unfortunately, we have made our beds and will have to sleep in them too. So I ask you again, who are you? Why do you feel it is your duty to stop or quell an uprising! Good day sir! I said good day!
Who will go a represent us pebblers at that meeting and put Miki on the spot about what is happening with the company? I am in Florida and do not have enough money to get up there otherwise I would.
I answered my own question.

AJ Hand beats Laurent for Distrct Judge.
Any word if Reggie Laurent won? He was running for District Judge and the election was October 4th. Isn't he do back in court on October 10th? If I recall the Judge literally called in sick and the case was pushed back. My guess is they wanted to see if he won and therefore he could push this under the rug.
John just curious what you think about my idea to rally the troops/ shareholders and retain legal council of our own to join the lawsuit PBLS has against FNBP? PBLS has already done all the leg work we just supplied the money to fund the case. As shareholders and a party in the case we would actually be able to share in the judgement rather than waiting to see if the powers that be put the money back into the company.
I agree!
I brought this question up before, but, no one really commented. Can we, as shareholders, join the lawsuit against FNBP with our own legal council and become eligible for a share of the potential proceeds? The lack of information really leaves us no option but to act proactively and make our presence know.
Can anyone offer a legal opinion as to the validity of this argument?
Bueller, Bueller?
Conspiracy theories abound when there is no communication.
Would it be possible to ask the LA Supreme Court to add the shareholders to the case against FNBP? Are there any lawyers on this board. If Mike Mulshine is the investor relations contact why doesn't he answer emails about legitmate PBLS inquiries? I think I speak for all of us when I say one PR would stop quell or anger. A simple "PBLS is continuing to move forward with legal remidies in several actions before the court. Our shareholders patience in this matter is truley appreciated." THAT IS ALL I NEED!
Reginald Laurent for Judge. Vote October 10, 2008.
The timing and date change is a bit suspicious.
I predict a dismissal in the case vs. Laurent.
Please ask him everything.
1). In his opinion is PBLS still a viable company.
2). Does ownership plan to make a PR in the near future?
3). What are the companies currently active in the PBLS book of business?
4). If yes, are any of them generating positive cash flow?
Has anyone heard from Mike Mulshine? Does anyone have any concrete information about our poor proforming stock other than bad news?
Is it far fetched to think that the wave of lawsuits and lack of pr's is a strategy to show as much damage as possible to the company? If pbls relied heavily, if not everything, on the pit for revenue then I could see these lawsuits as fader to the FNBP case. No revenue coming in due to the equipment siezure and therefore no money to pay existing invoices and contracts out in a timely manner. Am I right or reaching?
On a separate note, if this all proves to be a complete shame, which I cast some doubt due to them taking this all the way to the LA Supreme Court, is it possible to file a stockholder class action suit against pbls and its officers?
Any stock that trades at less than $1.00 US dollar and had the volume pbls did on a daily basis is a risk. Could of should of would of. Now we wait.
I have been called worse in my life.
I am new to this board as a poster, but, have been reading for quite sometime. I am also an investor who heard of this opportunity through a friend about a year and half ago and was initially very impressed with what I saw. Like many of you I have become dismayed by the lack of communication from the top brass, however, completely understand why they would not make any PR's until certain legal matters have been rectified. Once I heard the legal preceedings went before the Louisiana Supreme Court and could verify there existence I decided this alone was validation that there was something worth while here to wait for. I know I speak for most of us here that feel this is a longer road than we initially thought we were going to have to travel, however, lest we forget this is a high risk proposition that we involved ourselves in.
Can anyone tell me why pbls is suing Reginald Laurent. Is it for ineffective council? Was he a pbls attorney at one time? Check out two of his published cases.
-First Nat. Bank of Picayune v. Pearl River Fabricators, Inc., 2006-2195 (La. 11/16/07), 971 So.2d 302 (La. Supreme Court).
-Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate, Inc. v. E.H. Mitchell & Co., L.L.C., 2007-0108 (La. App. 1st Cir. 9/14/07), 970 So.2d 605 (La. appeals court).
Seems like he has a lot to lose if pbls is successful in its case.
