Show me there when it is on the chill list, because I cannot find it.

There is no DTCC chill order in effect.

Scott trade told me there is no chill either. They told me something different. They told me they have a transfer agent that charges too much and they don't like the transaction fee, so they chose not to do business with them, thus, the stock is restricted.

So, they just need a cheaper T/A for Scott Trade, but others don't seem to care like TradeKing or ETrade


Scott Trade uses a clearing house that doesn't like penny/microcaps, so you shouldn't use them for trading stocks under $2.00.

Ameritrade told me there was no DTCC Chill. ALso, did you not check the DTCC chill list I posted? MDIN is not on it?

Could be, put no chill is in plcae. I spoke with Ameritrade. Call them yourself.

I also have a call into Scott Trade.

I have a call into the company (Northstar/MDIN).

I left a message with ameritrade and tradeking. well get this resolved if they are not taking orders.

If people cannot purchase, remember, try to call it in.

Sometimes they allow an order to be placed by phone while they are in the process of getting this sorted out.

But they are not on the DTCC chill list.

They reported the 10G would be delayed.

Found this product recently advertised on tv, so thought I would buy it for my hubby who snores every might and keeps me awake. He sprayed it on to his throat and we went to sleep as normal, I woke up a couple of times because the room was so quiet and I wanted to make sure he was still alive. Needless to say it works brilliant, and has solved our sleeping problem. The product should last a long time and is only $10. Awesome

Damn wife snores like an amplifier 800+ wattage, purchased this from the company website, and the decibals are down from 10 to around 3. Huge accomplishment if you heard my wife.

Bought the new Label Snorenz, the taste is not that good, but you can get use to it. This new Label Snorenz is thicker and works so much better. The thicker Snorenz will lubricate your throat a lot longer now, so I get a good nights sleep. I use it for 5 nights straight and I slept the whole night without my wife kicking me. I use this for myself. I keep it by the bed. I use it several times a night. But the taste isn't so good. I think the principle by which it works is lubricating your tongue, especially the back part, to avoid snoring. (i also use Biotene mouth spray for this purpose.It works the same way but tastes better.)

When was the last time this stock traded? Is it suspended?

Normally it tells you this trade is restricted or gives you some other reason. It went as far as telling me it was ready to dump it to a market maker for execution.

I posted a link earlier showing the DTCC searches. MDIN not listed.


Ameritrade should not be diallowing trades for MDIN.


I have over a half million in my account. Maybe you are otherwise not exempt from elite traders. But Ameritrade does allow me to buy MDIN.

TD Ameritrade allowed me to execute a trade up until the "execute" button.

So did tradeking and etrade.
