Well then they are stupid, the markets are just getting started and if it does translate to a recession, housing crash, and other it will be years before we see anything close to a recovery ... It will show that they are incompetent.

Well the current market is only going to get worse if they wait too long it's not going to end well for anyone, and that time is if not already here really close. So if they file i hope they follow it with a PR and not kick it down the road.

My fear is if they do not disclose and start showing something to shareholders, it might be a very long time if any before this ever recovers.

Silence and failure to file is never a good sign.

And no keeping silent has never been a good thing to any stock or shareholder. I love those who say they are happy and doing the right thing by keeping quiet. Such a joke. It never translates to anything good hiding and keeping silent from share holders.

#2 - will they be audited ....
#3 - will news come out at same time ?

So i had no doubt they would miss the deadline.

So now the question is when will the filling hit or if they will ....

What missing fillings ? There are the ones that are due any moment now, or we will end up in Yield ... But there are no filings missing that i know of ...

Well the next question is are they going to miss again on filings putting us into Yield ?

What's worse is that they are losing time here the markets are volitile, and we are headed to a possible recession and some pain in the markets. And if they dont act now they wont have a good outcome.

These shares are sold to flippers now and any momentum that comes out will quickly be killed off by them. Not looking so good.

You are correct there is no company, its a shell here.

they have been thru three auditors in a short period of time so that should clearly tell you the past is questionable .... Plus it does not matter again a shell.

Also i love the people calling out two year old releases saying there will be a dividend ... LOL. They never did and there is no company currently its not going to happen it was an old attempt to pump up people talking about the stock that fizzeled.

They are due for their financial statements ... they are always late, question is will they make it or will we slip to yeild or further till they submit ...

I think your missing a very important part ... Sell to whom ? When all trading platforms are not allowing buys ? There will be little to no market to buy so it does not matter if you need or want to sell ... LOL

Well they have about 13 working days to make it happen or when TD restrictions take place on this stock this will be shredded with sales only. If this is true for TDA then why trade with them they are putting artificial restrictions on stocks that no others are ... the trading restrictions are not till Sept for those stocks that are flagged.

If you take the time to read more carefully they are so backed up that if they do not file by the end of this month no matter what they do they will go dark. They are warning everyone that they are back logged.
