it was 2 blocks a 1.875 mil.! wish it was me!
baammmmm - 4 million + traded @ .019
you only loose it when you sell it though. IMO
Where is the "matter of fact" in stating (as you underlined for us) "explore a possible merger"?
If we should then take all the PR's into consideration where they have stated a "possible" action, then we would be guaranteed to be listed on the AMEX? Not to have mention, we would also be bought out by the European Company listed IN THE SAME PR!
i read the PR - Where did it say they "ARE GOING TO MERG" with another company?
here is a link very relevant to the topic.

it will move the stock, just not sure which way (but you know that) - this is the wildest thing i've seen in some time. holding strong...........

I'm still hangin' with you Capt. I may pick up more this morning - trying to get up to 1/2mil shares. have yet to sell a $worth. holding strong.

i think the PR said $1.5mil cash - no stock - dont quote me but that sounds right.
Janice Shell, to me you seem to be fairly level headed and objective (although slightly unpopular at times) in your observations and posts on GLCC.
So i am asking you: forgeting about short selling, hedge fund deals, rapid-fire PR's, i.e. Ceteris paribus - If GLCC follows through with a GAAP audit from a decent firm, they show growth and profit, are filed with the SEC - what will happen? Can an evil hedge fund keep the stock pinned in the cellar? Will it be embraced? Essentially, is GLCC terminally dommed?
thank you for your clarification. great DD
I just understand that Haorizi translates to Goodlife & those are the same. i dont know what the subs are then.
they are one and the same.
sorry - before my time with GLCC.
not sure - but is this what ya'll r looking for? if so - it is a shame that i found in on my blackberry (while in the golf cart)..........

Good Life China (GLCC) Preliminary Approval for a 5 to 10 Million Dollar Facility
Wednesday June 18, 9:00 am ET
TORONTO, June 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Good Life China Corp Pink Sheets: GLCC.PK www.goodlifechina.com is pleased to announce that it has received a preliminary approval for a 5 to 10 million dollar line of credit facility through a New York based corporate financier. Mr Yang, a company spokesman said, "The next step is the due diligence stage, which should take a few weeks to complete.
What we like about this deal is the fact that our share structure will not be disturbed in any way shape or form as we march forward with our outstanding share structure reduction plans already in progress. This facility is an asset based loan and NOT an equity one. It is a straight through asset based loan that encompasses our assets, and receivables. It allows the issuer to grow without encumbering the shareholders benefits. We intend to use these funds to aggressively grow and expand our business. The facility comes part and parcel with the recent buyout proposal to the issuer."
In other corporate updates, the proposal asks for audited statements. The issuer feels this request should not be that difficult to complete and compile. One of the reasons for this is that the issuer already complies with similar China based laws that has allowed it to assemble a large shareholder base, and financed its growth to about 2000 locations to date. The issuer will meet with their North American corporate advisors in July on the buyout proposal, this funding facility, and other corporate matters and will work closely with the advisors' Hong Kong satellite office to bring this and other announced projects to a successful fruition.

GOOD MOORRRNINNNN GLCCers!!!!!!! i heard of a new PR but cant find it on any of my news sites therefore i will remain skeptical. Anyone see anything?
will watch from the golf coarse today - hopefully big day with a big green candle!
GOOD Morning and GO GOOD LIFE!
Jim, can you give me the rundown on what makes you so confident GLCC is a scam? i mean since it is so obvious - i must be missing a lot and dont want to get burned here.
just trying to learn something. Just the top three tips will do. thanks in advance.
"Even a Blind Hog will find an acorn, once in a while."
i'm cheering!! growing pains my man. just hanging on for the ride - up, down, sideways. i'm not a flipper. buying and hanging tight has worked very well for me in the past. I firmly believe this is a good choice. i am not the risk-averse type. if i were, i would be on the boards for large cap funds.
Not necessarily addressing you directly, but in general - there seems there are a few on the GLCC board that get upset when they cant flip for %100 everyday. there comments dont get any traction with me. Of course GLCC doesnt have a DNB# or a Hoovers listing, its my descision to put my $ here. i am tired of being "saved" from myself when it comes to investing in GLCC.
If this thing tanks and i loose everything, then i welcome all to get in line and tell me "i told you so" - if it makes you happy. Until that happens, GOOD TRADING!!
"Even a Blind Hog will find an acorn, once in a while."
i understand that it posts as an even average. IMO. does not effect the closing price however.
nice volume at 12,163,654.
the square-up post of 2,390,000 was right on time.
not today - there is always tomorrow. fun as hell to watch though.
common - give us a green candle for the close!!!
looks like the MM's liked it too. bounced back to .03 with a helluvalotta volume.
"Even a Blind Hog will find an acorn, once in a while."
Unfortunately, for some, if it aint on Google, it aint real. try yahoo next time heh? I did and got it on the 3rd link. LOL.
Yes, to a point - one of the translations of the Chinese word Haorizi is - Good Life. They own the logistics centers, trucks, IT infrastructure, shelf products, etc. Just not the stores (they are franchises).
as i understand it - and why i own 375K parts of it.

yup. i'm loaded and have been holding long. got just enough powder in my keg for one last buy, but only if it really drops (i dont anticipate that happening though and therefore i dont have a bid in at the present time)
i was able to pick-up another 125K shares thursday or friday at .032 but it took them 4 trades to fill. they are scarce.
Im ready for the ride my friend - lets go!!

Top of the mornin' t u mamm.
thanks - guess whatever happens (if anything) it will certainly be rewarding..
holding strong.
I've never owned a stock that was "bought out" only a couple that merged. How would the trasnaction go down for us holding unrestricted shares?
1 - The offer is $1.50 and we are paid and our holdings are gone (with lots of cash in the bank of course)?
2 - We are given a comparable stake (in shares) in the new owners company?
How do you think it will end up?

NICE - a phantom company my rear-end!!!!
helluva slice of DD....
membermark brother! i guess i dont have the savy (or the time) to dig up these things. thanks for sharing! further confirmation my gut is taking me in the right direction....
long and stong - GLCC
thanks for the info. sticking with my gut on this one.
"Even a Blind Hog will find an acorn, once in a while."
i must admit i am not worried about not finding much DD outside of PR's. i must also admit that i can speak, read, or understand a lick chinese (which is where this company has supposedly been operating for 10 years). i will admit that i have found at least 9 pages (web pages) in chinese that had text to match “Haorizi” im sure they were only American PR's translated back to chinese, right? IMO, most of the articles or published info we currently find with ease with US companies is out there - but it is in CHINESE!
i guess i go with my "gutt feeling" more times than not and i feel good about what i know about GLCC (even if i havnt seen them on MSNBC). this is afterall a pink.
BTW, trusting my gut has worked very, very well for me. hope im right about this one 2. GLTY
"Even a Blind Hog will find an acorn, once in a while."
i certainly saw that too but at least they appear to be giving an un-biased assesment.
check-out the link in this post - it appears to be a truely no-compensated (as noted in the fine print) assesment. I'm in and very optimistic that GLCC will live up to the hype.

I have heard the comparisons seperately but i think there are the strengths of both "walmart" & "7-11" present in GLCC.
Comparing GLCC to Wal-Mart: strength in having large CDC's (central distribution centers - Logistics centers), heavy in IT and logistical support to franchise locations, producing & marketing their own line of higher profit products & put on the shelves of their own stores, future growth and stability of a very large corp. imo logistics is the key to walmarts success.
comparing to 7-11: many, many small & convient stores, national name recognition (everyone knows what a 7-11 is, even if they call it Circle K, Ha!), iron clad relationship with very large petroleum refiner, solid franchise training and support.
combining just these traits of the two makes GLCC a MONSTER! IMHO of course.
