Has anyone heard back from Orlando and crew from any attempts to email or phone?

Looks like we opened up from yesterday's MM buy off. They are all probably looking for some profit margins today...especially since Orlando still did not release ANY info on ANYTHING

Some have claimed to have spoken to him via phone or email, but the last official communication that anyone can verify is from 16 July

And I would hold out hope if this were a cartoon...unfortunately we are in the real world and Orlando is probably crawling under a very large rock right now.

I do not understand how you can say the Honda thing is part of the buyout...they two were seperate and would never need to have a gag order placed on the deal...they have already said they turned in paperwork...if it was a gag order then they (LTDI) would never have mentioned it

I find it amazing that our boy Orlando is such a rocket scientist that he is still not coming out with any updates. I agree that the buyout may still be getting worked, but what about Honda? what about the shows? what about the sales so far?

so you agree with me that Midnight Express is still in business and are the ones that collaborated on the Interceptor boats? That is great please inform the INFORMER that you agree with me.

On the other note, are you stating that the govenrment does not do business with any business that may have someone with a record (although no one has proven that Orlando has a record)? I would hate to differ with you, but you only have to worry about records when doing classified work...the Interceptor boat is not classified (Neither Midnight nor LTDI built or designed the systems that went on board the boat). Therefore a criminal record is just that...a record--but once again you have not shown any proof that the person searched for with the name of Orlando Hernandez is the same one found with a criminal record.

In an email from today from Midnight Express (whom I was asked to contact by this board and told to call by this board), the Intercpetor was "Built in a collaborative effort in a joint venture by Midnight Express and Navigator Powerboats." This is all I got and therefore...DD holds out that the statements made thus far are accurate from a company that really could care less if the LTDI stock plummets further.

I will use the same rhetoric as you then...LTDI did not make the claims of which you are speaking...this board did (with pics to boot)...the PR was not published with pics so we can not deduce which boats LTDI is talking about. The Midnight Express websight does not state that they sold to DHS...they just have pics (the same ones you are using in your signature) and it is linked a hyperlink called "government"---which they also spell out and state that you can contact them for their vendor number. so I would say that both are claiming the making of the boats or that neither are...You can not have it both ways though

WOW...should have known that everyone would come right back to start in again. Thought we had already put the convict insinuations to rest but I guess that is all some can come up with is old arguments that have already been shown to be false.

But if this contract was for a few years ago (which everyone says that it was and we all agree that it was a few years ago) then the molds would be different now. Does not mean that we have two companies claiming credit for selling to the DHS inaccurately.

But same name, same pics, and same DHS. Honestly you dont find that odd that everyone just abandoned the pics and two comapnies not even associated with the contract at all now show the pics???

Is that rather curious to you that the company that went out of business and lost the contract...but there is now a company by the same name posts the pictures from the one that went out of business.

Did you also think that the movie "Conspiracy Theory" was based on actual events?

Okay the problem here is that in one breath we are posting that LTDI did not do anything with the contract, then we hear that they are doing minor repair work, then we see that Navigator is a sub of LTDI.

Midnight Express secured the contract with DHS.

Midnight Express subbed this contract to have LTDI (Navigator) rig or build the boats.

In the end, do you honestly believe anyone that has been given a subcontract for any type of work (especially when the mother contract is with the federal government) for free??? Come on.

Some are talking in circles here and that is even before they change the subject and say that there is repair work being done by LTDI--which only you posted...no one else brought it up.

How can you say that without being able to see the detail on the boats...

In fairness Informer, you have not been speaking with much basis either. Are you even invested?

I really doubt that. I think the thing that is taking so long at this point is on Orlando's end. Sadly my impression of him at this point is a person who thinks he is worth more than he is. The increase of A/S (trying to milk more money from the position with no real talk of how that money will be used--new, larger work spaces or buying the molds), no real desire to hire a professional to handle PRs, etc. The list is growing every day that he tells people "I am trying to build boats here." He has become aloof and forgotten that his investment in his company requires him to keep shareholders informed.

The 504 is irregardless at this point. They have still opened up a can of worms with the increase in A/S. If they cancel the increase and return us to 2 billion for the A/S, then we could see .003 (which is roughly and offer of $6 million). I still think this is stretching it and we will have to rely on the true tendered offer, the PR (and it has to be well written), and then the MMs forcing the price up as they rally on the PR and buyout.

I think the highest we will see now is 0.0015, which is a stretch as that puts us at 7.5 million for the buyout offer with the number of shares in the A/S alone

Hear Hear BLUE! There is not a thing we can do but ride this out and take the loss or try to get some of our money back. If Indian is invested here then he ends up cutting his own throat (and ours) by keeping new investors away. New blood is what will increase volume. This is still a dangerous play and it could pay off if someone gets in at current levels instead of where many of us did. Orlando has killed his own position, but the MMs are keeping this thing afloat for some reason. That reason may be that they see something that we are not picking up on just yet. Hopefully we get news on Monday. This would be the best time to come out with a GREAT PR...anything less than great though will just stifle more of the movement with this stock.

I agree semipro but I think if we continue to wait we will finally see 0.0001 and then no amount of PR will get us where we need to be. Buyout speculation just 3 short weeks ago had us looking at 0.01 to 0.03 with a few souls venturing to state possibly 0.05 per share, but now I think we will be lucky to see it hit 0.0012 and that is truly sad...though it will be enough to get my money back.

I mean we need to keep in mind today that we reached 0.0003 with a $7.50 trade...if that is not sad then I am not sure what is.

I also have no sarcasm, my comments would better classified as cynicism. Anyone can come in to a penny stock position and declare that it is a bad investment. I heard the same things when I put money into GCOG when they were sitting at .0001...I got out at .0195. It is now in the toilet, but has not retreated all the way back to 0.0001. It is easy to see a penny as a bad play, but then most of us are here to see if we can find that diamond in the rough...and if not a diamond then maybe at least a ruby. Most of us at this point are simply waiting to make this the write off of the year or the payoff of the year...either way every pinky that anyone may want to get into carries the same risk. There are NO good risks in the pinkies...if they were a good risk, then they would not be trading on the pinks.

We might as well write off news coming out this week unless Orlando is really that stupid to release on a Friday and be willing to kill all momentum with the weekend staring him right in the face.

LOL, but it is true...I just have a hard time believing at this point that good news will get better with time...the stock price would not make the jumps that it could have made had the information been timed better. I think the only thing that is helping is that Orlando is still trying to raise money from the 504 so he still must have an MM in his pocket working the sales.

In my opinion the only thing that has held this position above .0001 is the MMs. They have carried the load that should have been placed squarely on the company's shoulders, but I don't think Orlando is strong enough to carry such a weight.

Unless of course it dives to 1.

Not really. i think there will be a chance for me to write this off on my taxes this year. Although it hurts now maybe it will offset some of the ones that have done very well for me this year.
