Id just as soon get 2 surprises.........one being the extra shares, the other being ?????????
So what's up today?? or ;-(?
OT>>>We're just about 3 miles west of that gate.
don't know about those big words you used.......I was a small town lawyer--I quit now. Regardless of how the situation came about, I think the issue (with penalty/bonus shares) has to be honored, if for no other reason than the shareholders, the investment community & credibility.
I won't say that anything is legally "certain"......I've got too many stories that contradict that.
So am I assuming right that you believe the Co. will still come up with the 2@ 1/5 penalty shares AND the conversion to common?
If so, can you give any sources or reasons for this belief?............I also agree that they should honor the past dealings of the previous BOD. It might even make the current Mgt. look better in the eyes of the investor.
Waiting here also........as patiently as I can.......but sticking around just in case the stars get aligned.
Nice........eom
I can't blame Stonys from omitting any reference to 'a wholly owned subsidiary of Corporate Vision, Inc.'. However, it would appear that CVIA would want to insist that full disclosure of that corporate relationship appear in any web site, publication, advertisement, etc.
It certainly appears to be a very good question.
THere's always the new filing.................but don't get too excited about it. Have only seen a summary on Yahoo so far. I'm not looking to buy that new condo yet.
Now what??? Any thoughts?
I would agree..................but it appears here that the leaders don't like (or don't like to pay for) PR's. However, our experience here should tell us that late filings never contain really good news.;)
We can only hope that that's true....and that the attys see fit to let it be filed.............AND that it contains some good news.
Any word on the non-filing by Friday??
The one thing I find very hard to understand is that Mgt. is really hurting themselves much more than us by their apparent inability to function under the SEC reporting regulations. I still would not like to think that we are where we are solely so that management can benefit on a personal level from enormous losses on the part of CVIA. I'd like to think that they could benefit much more in the long run if the share price would even return to the $.40 to $.50 level.
Comments?????
It sure would be nice if they could find a little $$ and issue at least one (1) interim statement each quarter. If they are really concerned about share (or shareholder) value, I for one, would be willing to wait one more quarter for a profit.....if I could be better informed in the process.
Hope all is well with you.
If I can recall some of the items.....1. I was not distressed with the gross revenue figure. 2. I was concerned about the condo lease & whether we had to pay anything for the remaining months until termination (they didn't address this). 3. Then there was the statement that Stony's was running in the red (I guess I assumed this would happen....or why else would it be made public.
I was not enthused at all with the filing, and can't understand at all what was in it that couldn't have been said in a timely filing. Now I think I'm just in a 'hang-around & see what happens' mode. There actually is some revenue now, which should be encouraging, so we'll see where it goes from here.
Been taking a break from all the excitement..........What's your take on: 1. The lack of a timely filing---AGAIN; and 2. The lack of any trades for a day and a half. (don't know whether to guess that we are ready for an explosion or an implosion)
Back in IA for a couple of weeks preparing for the permanent move to AR. Anyone want to buy a house in IA???
OK, so I'm still in the dark......where did this ARL stuff on RB come from today?
Wellll, that sounds like a lot of fun
Pete...........hope your absence from the board is either due to something good you know & can't tell us, or due to you being on some exotic trip. Certainly hope it's not due to illness, etc. Rich
That's the impression I get. Somehow this seems as unreasonable as about anything.
Now it's really getting exciting. Hope we all don't fall off the edges of our respective chairs.
OK, I'll bite.......what's all the ;)ing about?
I do remember reading this........any ideas when they will be able to report progress toward increased revenues & entry into phases 2 or 3???
Had a trucker in my office this AM. He is going to convert to an owner-operator and lease his rig out to an established company. I inquired, and he indicated that he had heard of B-right. Since we have only about 7000 people in our County, and therefore "we don't get out much"......I was at least encouraged that he had heard of them.
1. This puts us on track for yearly revenues in excess of 40 Mill.
2. The financials still recognize 152,889 issued shares of convertible preferred.
Soooo, tomorrow's the day?????
If I could get all this last minute pre-vacation work done I'd probably be smiling too! I know you're not smiling cause of vacation, so I assume it's due to hives, or the flu, or something else. I hope-----something else!
There you go again........
Thanks, the Aug 1 date was what I forgot.
Will be on vacation then, so I guess I'll try to get to the library to keep checking in
OK.....is the smile due to no volume & pending news? or, were you just stretching??
Question. I can't remember what date was the deadline for calling off (undoing) the SRR deal. As I recall, if they chose to cancel the deal, they would return the 22Mil (or so) shares plus $200,000. If the B-Right deal is for real, and if the SRR folks can make some extra money with the B-Right connection, then why wouldn't they want to remain a seperate company? Just pondering, since it's really hot & humid here.....and they are installing new carpet in the office----and they're really loud!!!
Hadn't thought about it, but that's probably why they call it raging "BULL"
Nice 100 share trade, huh?
Wow... that was certainly an interesting day. I certainly hope this means that the seller the past few weeks is now out of shares.
My guesses are not worth much now. However, I can only assume that there have been a lot more shares available for sale than people wanting to buy. So, someone (or several people) who got their shares for litteraly pennies (or free- so to speak) have been unloading to obtain cash for other purposes.
From the prospects, as they appear to be, I can not understand the lack of buying other than to say that: 1. People are afraid of the market, and especially anything on the BB, and/or 2. CVIA is only know in a VERY SMALL circle.
Real soap opera over on RB. still wishing something good would break loose, so they can go back to talking about fishing.
What kind of a name should we give to this spread??
Boy... those 400 shares must have been burning a hole in someone's pocket....
Very informative additions to the board...thanks.
Possibly an "all or nothing" order????
I hope you are right....I hate all this rubble in the road. My nerves are well shaken from the trip so far, but the antacids seem to be working now.
