Not true. In business, those types of discussions are often confidential until a deal is finalized.

I've already laid out my reasons why I like this company, go back and re-read my previous posts, if you need a refresher.
JMO
I don't agree with your assessment, I like the CEO and the progress they are making right now.
Of course, if you don't like the company, then you shouldn't put any money here.
JMO
It's simple, he wants further financing to curb dilution and to futher expand the company's presence in the US. Pretty basic business plan, sounds like a wise use of resources. I am 100% ok with that.
JMO
I agree, you actually said it better than I did!
The future has never been brighter for US sales/revenue.
JMO
That's just it, they don't need that ONE great account/order anymore. That would be welcome, but they have so many avenues in which to succeed now. This is not six years ago any more, that's for sure. In just the last few months, Do It Best, Duane Reade, the GSA have come on board. And let's not forget Sam's Club, the re-introduction at Walmart Canada and all the other fine merchants, who already carry 1000+.
They have a foothold now in the US and I expect them to expand their presence even further in the months and years ahead.
JMO
You're right, those are all positive developments. Look for that to pay dividends in 2012!
JMO
PROT is exactly where WNBD was a few years ago, unrealized potential with hints of what may come. PROT has not accomplished a thing, as yet. WNBD has followed through and slowly built a presence in the US. That hard work has come to fruition at the end of 2011, with the addition of some national US chains. 2012 is the make or break year for WNBD. The nature of business, though, is that it takes money to make money.
JMO
Still, you love PROT, which has a horrible looking balance sheet, but you kill WNBD for the same reason. Only difference is, PROT is having a run now and WNBD had its run a while back. In a short time, PROT will be back under .50. Will you then start killing them like WNBD?
I understand the jump in pps, but you're wrong, it is listed on that site if you actually look. Not only is it listed, it's in their Hall Of Fame.
http://www.pumpsanddumps.com/p/pumpsanddumpscom-hall-of-fame.html
I have read the PR's and the blogs, and have watched the company develop its presence in the US and around the world. That's what keeps me here, despite the low pps.
JMO
The business is steadily building its presence in the US, with several big accounts initiated at the end of 2011. 2012 should be a breakout year in sales for WNBD.
JMO
btw, I would've preferred to stay private, but you blocked my PM's once PROT went in the toilet. Big surprise.
Explain to me why you love PROT again?
I guess these guys were right, after all.
http://www.pumpsanddumps.com/
What I can't understand is how you guys can post over and over about the evils of WNBD and then turn around and talk so glowingly about a company like PROT.
You guys could at least be consistant.
JMO
I think one of the biggest reasons why WNBD is disliked by some, has nothing to do with the business itself, but rather because it is NOT a pump and dump. No quick cash ATM here, just a real company slowly building its business. If you believe that, you buy the stock. If not, you don't. Pretty simple formula.
JMO
I believe Eric had the vision to create WNBD and is working hard to make this a success. And I think we will start to see his hard work begin to pay off this year.
I think any of those people you mentioned will tell you there is a lot more to running a successful business, than meets the eye.
JMO
So, how can you make the statement that the CEO doesn't have the talent to get the job done? If you haven't walked in his shoes, you can't possibly be familiar with all the daily challenges involved in making an international company a success.
JMO
Are you basing this opinion on personal experience? Do you have any experience trying to run a business like this?
JMO
I love the progress this company keeps making. I have a lot of Do It Best, Duane Reade, Janovic/Benjamin Moore stores in my area. Would love to see them also in my local Ace stores.
JMO
Very nice and professional looking. Can only help to bring more awareness to the product.
JMO
Options? You mean like Do It Best, Duane Reade, GSA, Janovic, Walmart, Home Depot, Sams Club?
Sounds like pretty good options to me. We'll find out in 2012!
JMO
"Its not obvious , your still here! "
"Scenario A ..I in fact have stated what I would do.Given I owned or was to buy the company or it was my money in this company."
All you're doing is stating the obvious, that there are challenges ahead. No news there, this is the case for any other company at this stage.
What I haven't heard is your suggestions to move this company forward.
JMO
"I report the news I don't make it. "
"Stains are by accident
Lubrication is purposely required. "
"its your money "
By any standard this is still a very, very young company. Pick out any successful company and look at their history. In most cases, you will find that the first 5, 10, even 20 years, in some cases, are the hardest, with the company showing very little in terms of profits and many times showing significant losses. Throw in the fact that this is the worst economic climate, since the great depression, and that makes it even tougher for a small company to survive.
The company is doing its best to expand the business and be successful.
JM
This is simply not true. Many of today's successful companies first went through years of tough times and losing money, that's the nature of business. If these companies threw in the towel, just because they did not have measurable results early, they never would have had the chance to succeed. In business, it's all about future potential. WNBD has spent years trying to gain a foothold into the US market, and now that is taking place. Things are now in place for this company to see a significant increase in sales and revenues.
JMO
Imagine that, honesty in a pink sheet stock.
JMO
I disagree. If it was a typical penny stock, it would've been gone long ago. Typical penny stocks go on a run and then disappear. This company is still here and is expanding.
JMO
It's kind of hard to ignore all of the daily posts.
You might want to try telling the whole story and not just the side that fits your argument. There are two sides, you know? Some good, some bad.
JMO
That's why I'm still here. If I didn't think so, I would've been gone long ago. We've been waiting for them to make headway into the US market and now they're doing that. Only time will tell, but I like the prospects.
JMO
Seriously? Welcome to the Penny market, we all know the risks. Investing at these levels brings a huge risk / reward, that's why people are here.
All stocks are a gamble. Even big board stocks, who are fully reporting, can fail.
Everyone is a novice, at one point or another. Again, it's their money to do with as they wish.
I bought WNBD knowing all of the above. It's my decision, no one else's.
JMO
That's what I don't get. I've been buying/selling stocks for over 30 years and I have to listen to lectures on how I should invest? Unreal! I prefer big board stocks but love little companies like WNBD.
JMO
"Only 2 yrs lol?? OK , yours to believe. I have zero reasons to trust. He hasn't earned my corporate trust. "
That post from the other day seems quite odd, after all this time, no?
Especially this...
"There is always room for another opportunity in the beverage industry. Steve is innovative which has carried him quite far in this field. His next venture will be coming out soon and will be something not yet seen in the bottled water industry."
Looks like they're getting the old PUMP machine oiled up and ready to go again!
JMO
Honestly, WHO CARES! As you state, he's still connected to Nutripure, by working for XND. Shareholders here have watched their entire investments wiped out. Anyone with an ounce of integrity, who actually cared about the investors, would have absolutely nothing more to do with this company. The fact that he's still there speaks volumes.
Please take this nonsense someplace else.
JMO
You're kidding, right? All I have to say is...Clueless!
JMO
