Steve holds the patent and he is XND, so with NUBV merging with XND there will not be a expiration of licensing agreement, and that wiil replace the 6 month licensing agreement. I think that's the way it plays out anyway. Someone feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

Don't hold your breath, I have been waiting for weeks for someone to get back to me and it never happens. Beginning to doubt the integrity of the people running this company. They should have the courtesy of at least responding to an e-mail or returning phone calls.
But that's just my outlook on that.

XND had their sharholder meeting Wed. I think, but they arent saying anthing since the aquisition is not yet done. Would like to have been a fly on the wall though.

I have had no luck getting anybody on the phone or getting a call back from NUBV. Really getting old, being kept in the dark all the time. Wish they would do a conference call or shareholder meeting to answer some of our questions.

Just spoke to Ted at XND
They have a shareholder meeting tomorrow but he said it has nothing to do with the NUBV shareholders. He said even after the merger he will consider XND seperate from NUBV. That makes no sense to me if NUBV is aquiring XND. But what the hell do I know. He said I was the second call he has had regarding this issue today. Wish the people at NUBV would provide some insight.

This is going to be HUGE! The exchange move and can't wait to see what the dividend is going to be.

Just put in my final order & filled at .0001 That will bring me to 100 mil shares and that's it for me.

That sucks. When I first bought into this company the float was 12 million. It's still low as far as penny stocks go but I liked 12 mil better.

I have been playing this stock for a long time now and have seen it's pattern. Usually this is a great entry point down under .0015 but I am not sure you will be able to get any after the market opens on Monday. This news is what some have been waiting for quite awhile now. If they get to the OTCBB that will be huge. Interesting to see the follow up news this next week and then the news later regarding the dividend. Everybody wants to in the stock for that, to get the dividend. So I can't or wont advise anybody to buy or not buy but with all this news, and this being an oil stock I can only imagine the next few weeks are going to be nice. IMO

Not sure who's selling but got the rest of my order filled this morning at .0001, brings me to 75+ mil shares now. Picked up the last 50 mil at .0001

I have received 2 partial fills on my order for 25 mil @ .0001
so far they filled 6,450,000........... so far so good.
Who knows where this will end up but I am stoked when I get my entire 75 mil+

I got an e-mail from Raphael today saying they are going to do the dividend in mid July but there is better news coming sooner.
He didn't say anything but that.
I had sent him an e-mail asking when this supposed didvidend was going to happen way back when and he said by the end of Q2. So I sent him one this morning saying it is end of Q2 what's the deal? Anyways that's all he said, so I hope there is hope. I don't have a ton of this only 2 mil shares but it would be nice to see it run for awhile and hold it.

Geez are we ever gonna crack into the .0003's? I can't see how we can trade this much volume everyday and this is still where it is.
