IF my post doesn't get deleted I would just like to say I agree with you one hundred percent
The 'Buy', 'Sell' and '?' columns - Where the 'Price' is closest to the 'Offer' price, the trade is considered a 'Buy'. Where it is closest to the 'Bid' price, the trade is considered to be a 'Sell'. Where it is dead centre between 'Bid' and 'Offer', it appears in the '?' column; this indicates that the trade cannot be identified as either a 'Buy' or a 'Sell'.
just checking does Neowave have anything to do with Neomedia
I sure hope so
are we all washed up or is there still hope
I stand corrected thank-you
I was involved in a patenting process and I believe a patent only last for 17 years
It's great to dream we all do but there is no need at this point to talk about suing.
People a month ago we were worried about a BK now when something great may be in the near future we want to get greedy, this talk is foolish IMO.Yes many of you have held on a long time and it would be wonderful to get a great return on your money but any return that we get is better then what we were looking at before this new rumor surfaced Ha we all would like to be millionaires next week so lets all think positive and wait to see what happens,we waited this long a bit more won't hurt.
you know it really dosen't matter if we get 1cent or $10.00
it's still more then what we have now.
The 'Buy', 'Sell' and '?' columns - Where the 'Price' is closest to the 'Offer' price, the trade is considered a 'Buy'. Where it is closest to the 'Bid' price, the trade is considered to be a 'Sell'. Well I just got out of the Ihub jail but will probably end right back there.seems like I'm always on the wrong page.

Today 1792950 shares bought and 25350 shares sold
that is 1767600 more shares bought then sold.
all buying was at 0.003 and selling was at 0.0028
someone is buy shares, and by the way you people are talking I don't think it's any of you people

Press release
Scan Commerce – Just a click to the Internet!
NeoMedia Technologies offers expertise in Mobile Marketing.
Experience it at CeBIT from March 4 – 9, 2008.
ATLANTA, Georgia, and AACHEN, Germany, March 3, 2008. Consumers everywhere desire the ability to obtain product information and prices quickly and easily – wherever and whenever the need arises. This desire is made possible via scan commerce. With a simple click on a data-enabled camera phone, product data can be accessed from the internet in seconds via a 2D code. NeoMedia Technologies, Inc., the global leader in camera-initiated transactions for mobile devices will be demonstrating their comprehensive expertise in scan commerce in the Marketing Solutions Area of CeBIT. The NeoReader® transforms a camera phone into a barcode scanner, enabling mobile devices to read barcodes and instantly connect to digital content and services.
NeoReader® is revolutionizing the way marketers provide information and services to consumers on their mobile phones. Adding a 2D barcode makes any medium immediately interactive and can be linked directly to the multimedia capability of the mobile Web, anytime and anywhere. It enables permission-based, highly targeted and cost-effective marketing campaigns supported by precise response tracking and reporting capabilities. A potential car buyer can, for example, immediately download technical data from the Internet or schedule a dealer test drive, simply by using his/her cell phone to scan a 2D code in the manufacturer’s newspaper ad. The dealer gets “extra mileage” out of the print buy and delivers valuable content to an engaged prospect in real time.
In order to make the scan commerce experience consistent and compelling for consumers everywhere, NeoMedia is collaborating with recognized leaders in telecommunication infrastructure management to create a worldwide infrastructure for the processing of optically initiated transactions - called the Optical Messaging Interchange. This interchange would provide the mass reach required by Brands and Advertisers to invest in the technology, while enabling operators to leverage their investments in networks and subscribers. By embracing open standards, full interoperability, and by being barcode symbology agnostic, NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. wants to provide a global infrastructure to insure that all transactions requested by end users “work” as intended, all parties are compensated correctly, and that the technology achieves mass adoption globally. In doing so, NeoMedia enables a seamless, secure, and reliable platform for mobile commerce using barcodes and mobile devices. NeoMedia’s mission is to offer new ways to make mobile internet transactions effortless and more accessible while enhancing customer value and convenience.
Scan commerce has a great deal of potential. The mobile phone is arguably the most personal technology we use in our everyday life. In 2008, more than 1 billion camera phones will be used worldwide. Japan is a culture that promotes the early adoption of new technology and barcode readers in mobile phones are becoming one of the most prevalent new applications embraced by Japanese consumers ["Japan Consumer Wireless Study" from NPD group]. According to eMarketer, the global budget devoted to mobile brand advertising in Western Europe will rise to $3.5 billion in 2011, up from $123 million in 2006.
The ability for consumers to turn their camera phone from a communications device into a content acquisition device is powerful. Savvy mobile marketers will leverage this opportunity by delivering relevant and valuable information and content via 2D codes – coupons, tickets, price comparisons, online ordering, special services, etc.
To help make the promise of mobile marketing a reality, NeoMedia also offers Gavitec hardware scanners that are capable of reading 2D barcodes from a cell phone display. For example, instead of purchasing tickets at the box office, movie-goers can obtain tickets through a cash-free Web-based transaction, or from special call centers, and receive an electronic ticket as an SMS on their mobile phones. Tickets, displayed graphically in form of a 2D barcode on the phone, are read by Gavitec scanners at the entrance to the cinema, letting guests in without having to wait at the box office. To gain access, ticket holders simply place the display of their cell phone against the reading lens of the Gavitec scanner. The system compares the electronic ticket with an existing database, where it is verified by GPRS in seconds.
This system dramatically expands the number of people able to use mobile barcodes for ticketing and commerce to any phone that is SMS capable. Currently only 20%-30% of users are able to use mobile bar codes for redemption of tickets and coupons verses nearly 100% of current mobile users with the Gavitec system from NeoMedia. The Gavitec scanners are available as desktop solutions for innovative marketing campaigns and as installation modules for third party providers.

Solomon Announces Patent Case Oral Arguments
DANBURY, Conn., Feb 28, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ --
Solomon Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SOLM) announced today that the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) in Washington, DC has scheduled oral arguments on Solomon's appeal of the decision by the International Trade Commission (ITC) alleging patent infringement by Toyota Motor Corporation, and certain of its affiliates, for April 11, 2008. Solomon's briefs in the case are available for review on Solomon's website.
Solomon's appeal of the ITC's decision is based on the ITC's interpretation of the applicable law and previously established CAFC precedents as they relate to Solomon's '932 patent. Solomon believes that the proper application of the law in this case will result in a reversal of the ITC decision. In its appeal, Solomon cites a number of well settled points of law that Solomon believes were either ignored or misapplied by the ITC in the case.
The CAFC is the primary court in the United States that hears appeals of patent cases from the lower district courts and from the ITC. The points of law raised by Solomon's case have, in part, been established through precedents issued by the CAFC in previous cases.
Peter W. DeVecchis, President of Solomon's Motive Power Division commented, "As we continue to prosecute our appeal of the Toyota matter we are pleased that the case has been scheduled for oral argument in the next forty five days. Although patent litigation is never quick, simple or inexpensive, we believe that the critical issues in the case rely substantially on points of law that have been well settled by this court in the past. We also believe that CAFC's review of this case, in the context of its own precedents, is helpful to Solomon in properly framing the fundamental issue in the case." He continued, "We are confident that the appeal to the CAFC not only provides the best forum by which to establish the proper interpretation of our patent claims but also gives us a broad set of options to pursue full and fair remedies against Toyota, and other potential infringers, in the future."
Mr. DeVecchis concluded, "While our business model does not depend in any way on the outcome of this case, we intend to vigorously pursue all infringements of our intellectual property."
As previously announced, Solomon brought suit against Toyota Motor Corporation, Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. Inc. and Toyota Motor Manufacturing North America in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, on September 12, 2005, claiming infringement of Solomon's U.S. Patent Number 5,067,932, primarily relating to Toyota's use of the Hybrid Synergy Drive technology in its Prius and Highlander Hybrid vehicles. On January 11, 2006, Solomon filed an additional complaint against Toyota with the ITC seeking to exclude importation of the infringing technology. The action against Toyota and its affiliates in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, has been stayed pending resolution of the ITC action.

HI I got this from someone at Neomedia
The next shareholders meeting has not been scheduled yet. The 10-K will be released mid-March, so the shareholder meeting will likely follow in April.
We have press releases as the need arises, we will probably do one announcing our participation at the Mobile World Congress show in Barcelona.
I second that
Thanks Elementus, well put I have to agree with you,and running down potential key players and our banker is not going to help.
I would have to agree we may not know first hand what's going on behind the scene but I think that Neomedia is worth more
to CC-YA as a operating company than dissolving it.
Hi all
Jonesie thank-you for your comments. I also talked to a significant person at Neomedia just the other day. I felt positive about our conversation. Rest assured there is people
working long hours to make a go of this company.
I sent a e-mail off to Neomedia this morning asking when our next share holders meeting will be. As of now I haven't received a reply. I really don"t expect one, I have yet to get a response from them. I did call this morning and spoke to a Gal in the Office she took a message and said she would pass it on.
would we not have to vote on a reverse stock split, if so would it pass?
Thank-you I'm new to posting, but not to reading all of the posts that are here. As for being a me stock holder I'm not I have had my shares for some time now, I've just being sitting back and hoping something good well happen. elliot1234 you said if I just got here I would make money, does that mean you think this stock will go up.
