This is one of the first steps to become current and search for a merger in the plastics industry. I am not aware of the next steps after this filing but they will need to get current to buy shares with new OTC rules

I agree with the penny and higher statement but also am not attending the conference on 10/18 unless $LIGA stock is higher than a penny - we've waited too long and another 8 weeks is plenty of time to get their act together...there shouldn't be some magic bullet at the conference...
