Military requires everything to be built to their specs. Unless they offered ARSC a very sweet deal, I would expect that the concentration would be on just getting a cell to market for consumer use.
One thing we all have in common.
Don't ya love it.
That' where my mind is treading. I know it seems rediculous at this point but I have F no conviction in a pps that will be in most people's mind as ludicrous. Not this year of course.
I take exception to the Faith thing. If you don't have faith in what you do, you will never make a decision and stick to it.
I like that one too.
Not likely. It isn't even on the docket for review by the judge. It won't be this week. Maybe sometime next week.
I agree.
That's why you keep your cards close, if you are concerned or not about prying eyes. You only need to ask how to play the game if you don't know already. Why even go there? I wouldn't expect any negative impact on the company by not saying something unless its a SEC report. We know how timely they were responding to that when they found out how it was taken.
They didn't loose. The investors lost by waiting extra time for the stock to play catch up after the damage control was put out. If they would have been proactive, it would have been a nonevent and the stock wouldn't have retraced to the extreem it did. Contacting the lawyers has more to do with protecting themselves from the investors if things arn't as they say. Better not to say anything.
Increase in Volume. A half hour into trading and the volume is looking great. maybe an up day.
I didn't know that they could afford 3 lawyers at a time and I am also skeptical about anything that has to be cleared by lawyers before release. It's better not to say anything than have to confer with lawyers. Maybe they could give a well diserved release that doesn't require lawyers input. With the time frame they have gone through without saying anything, I'm sure there would be something safe to talk about.
I'm happy calling Tuesday and Wednesday a pull back. We didn't see a rise like the past several days thus the pull back. I know that is very arguable but optimistic thinking.
Dr Botte Through out a technical cookie in her interview that causes me reconsider the viability of the ACE unit to remediate ammonia in industrial waste streams.
First of all one has to know that 10,000 parts per million is equal to 1%.
Second is that the DEQ sets limits on waste returned to the environment and that the amounts are generally in the lower parts per million range in industrial waste water samples.
Now for the cookie.
In her discussion of removing ammonia from municipal waste water, Dr. Botte said :
“For a city as large as Columbus, there would have to be an investment in separating waste from kitchen and bath water. Some dilution is workable, but all that water is too much.”.
The statement indicated that as the ammonia is diluted more and more, the cell becomes less efficient until it doesn’t work . This is good for producing hydrogen on demand but bad for recovering ammonia from industrial waste water.
I can say that her ACE unit may work with some companies to get the level in compliance with DEQ. It depends on the other contaminants and chemical compatibility of the cell to the process.
We analyze for impurities in different process areas and the material of construction in contact with the process changes form unit to unit.
I can speculate on the operation of the ACE unit as a result of the interview. In My opinion the below would be a highly viable concept.
There is a good thing about the cell efficiency changing with concentration. It will allow the ACE unit to produce Hydrogen volumes that change with the power demand of a fuel cell in a house or a car. Anhydrous Ammonia would have to be the fuel stored.
I understand that water is needed in the process but not consumed. Given a container with a set volume of water in it and using the Anhydrous Ammonia to change the level would allow the concentration to be linearly controlled. I expect that this would be the way they could get Hydrogen on demand for various requirements.
It would be nice to get some feedback from anyone that may be interested in the technical side of the company.
Most start with deep family pockets or know someone with deep pockets. I can't see anyone playing the board over tenths of a cent to buy major shares of ARSC, not knowing when the stock will take off. The only way to get a sizable quantity at a set price would be to go through the company. They sell at the going rate. No discounts or markups.
I can honestly say that no one can play the wave with ARSC and make big money on the small moves. That much isn't traded.
With this type of company,it's all a gamble and the big players don't stay big players doing that. Get in and stay in stratagy is the only way to play a bet on this company.
Thanks for Clarifing that.
That sounds good but the bottom line is that someone has to be selling. If the longs are holding put and most of the short term players are out, the only logical place to buy would be company sales.
I would also like to mention that any big investors with deep pockets wouldn't need to play the market price game. One can purchase directly from the company and avoid commission fees.
Buy as much as they want with out affecting the market price.
The company,on the other hand has to sell on the market if it doesn't have a buyer at the door when they want the money. It trading a stop is used to set a price at which a sell would be initiated to prevent excessive losses on and investment.
On a buy, one would set a limit order so that a purchase would be made at or below the set buy. I don't understand your intention suggesting a stop oder on a buy.
I don't think that there is any argument that ARSC will be selling a few more shares. I think Lowman suggested a point that they plan to stay under. I would suggest that the company is selling but trying not to put so much out there as to drive the pps down. I expect that anyone keeping a close eye on the OS could make that call. I haven't been checking it on a weekly basis.
I'm surprised that this wasn't deleted because it doesn't pertain to ARSC. but I can say that ARSC ,IMO , is holding back on some good PR and I expect that they are waiting for a ruling before talking too much.
Even though the message was deleted, Thanks for the reply. At least I have several places to Google.
To add Info on ARSC so this won't get deleted, I called and found out that there were additional arguments made in court concerning the case after ARSC put out the PR. I expect that the "within 30 days" would apply to a time frame afer these last arguments were made. The judge handling the case is in trial this week so it won't be addressed this week. It hasn't been put on the docket yet. I don't know what kind of time frame the "docket" is for, A day or any other time period. Maybe a person with a legal background could answer that one.
I plan on calling back sometime early next week to get an update.
I don't know, maybe I'm wrong here. Does anyone in the world remember seeing a reel to reel in anyone's car. I wasn't talking about home audio. In home audio, the 8-track was never a serious contender.Commercial audio and home audio used the reel-to-reel years before anything else came up to compete but the casset was next in minitaurization area. I was there and had all of them at one point. I still have my reel-to-reel.
I am 100% with a diverse team. In my opinion, that's the only way to be competative and have a sound position in the future.
Let's see. 8 track, cassette,CD not 8 track,CD. I would think that most things come around in stages so I would expect that the aternative energy fuel souce will do the same. There will be pitfalls with anything. People in LA don't think too highly of the smog. Any kind of advancment will bring about someone with a better idea and thus "Progress". As long as more people are focused on advancing . There are currently industries that will eventually be hurt by the switch over and I am sure they will promote bashing of things just to delay the future. I hope that the bashing turns out to be a non-fruitfull thing.
I say that all attention should be put on Dr. Botte. Her credability and respect by her peers are most important.
Her visability should be like a Mac Truck towing AHC to success.
I see it as wasted time considering that anyone interested would have to register and log on to listen to it.
The PR that was done earlier reached more people and IMO did an adequate job.
The only thing I can think of is that it was done some time ago and just played.
I'm glad that you think so. That would imply that many others would think so also. That's not a bad thing.
I'm sorry but I take exception to your comment about Frank's interviews. A lay person in the electronics area may not see how shallow his comments were.
I'm not saying he is shallow but his expertise in that field is shallow. His background is financial not scientific..
It makes a big difference when trying to explain something to a diverse group of people.
If one wants to explain a concept, allow one that has a background in the area to explain it.
If the company wants to explain anything about the company books, allow Frank to address that.
An example of my meaning would be listening to someone that claims to have a perpetual motion machine. BS can fool some people but experts in the associated fields would laugh at many comments.
The company needs to have the backing of everyone including those that have knowledge in that area. Money is money so accept it from the professionals also.
I dread the day when He attempts to explain the operation of the ACE unit to the public.
I have had numerous comments about Frank. They all comment that he is a great guy and has good intentions about his actions. A number of investors have bought into this company because of the product and what friends, that know Frank, have told them about Frank. Not bad to have someone say something like that.
Sales should be handled by sales people. They should stick to areas of their expertise and let more people speak about their companies great opertunities.
Just my point of view.
Very good point Zoro.
Don't go to basic physics. You might find that if you pass cold air through a warm medium, the air will tend to start warming up.
The trick is the insulation. Some have good insulation and prevent most of the warming effects. Some have poor insulation and pay higher utility bills because the overall efficency is reduced more.
The ground below the slab is a more stable and cooler than that above ground. Not to mention the heating effects of the sun on the attic.
It is very uncommon to hear of someone running ducts below the slab. The expense is the biggest barrier. The cost generally wouldn't offset the small return.
Thanks Much for the Reply.
Has anyone seen the latest video? Please elaborate on any information that may have been released.
BP Whiting Refinery . Lakefront waste water operations.
is applying to increase the amount of ammonia they can dump.
The EPA current monthly average limit is 1,030 lbs per day.
The company is requesting to increase the limit to 3,358 lbs per day.
The company is haveing major problems complying with the current agreement. Something like the ACE technology would not only solve their discharge problems but would return some money to help cover remediation of waste water.
I don't know,it makes sense to me. Why they wouldn't make a call to Ohio U is beyond me.
Ammonia in waste streams cost companies a lot of money to clean up before returning it to local water supplies.
For companies that have ammonia in their waste streams, a way to remove it and recover some Hydrogen to off set the cost would be a big payoff. BP has a huge ammonia remediation problem that they are currently trying to deal with. Yes I did contact them and asked them to check out the process that Dr.Botte has developed. The person I contacted said that the information would be passed along. Does File 13 ring a bell ?
I am being sarcastic because more often than not a company will dismiss outside information that didn't cost them anything.
Do you have an alternate "Smoke"? Do you have an idea and are too shy to share ?
The comment," Management continues to re-iterate how the lawsuit had placed the company in compromising positions."
It sure would be nice to know in what ways this situation put the company in compromising positions. Every time the lawsuit was brought up in the past, it was passed off as frivolous. I can understand why they would not want to say how damaging it was. A slim but possible reason for all the PR that turned out to be less than accurate was that ARSC was trying to snowball the other company and make them loose Faith in their plans success. I thought you would like that Faith thing. I am sure that the lawsuit was intentional just to slow ARSC down or drive them out of business. We don't know that the other company is or was working on that could be damaged by a successful ARSC.
With the loan and grant success, the other company may have seen that the plan wasn't working and they decided to cut their losses. I wonder if there are going to be lingering issues or delays as a result of the lawsuit. If they can recover the cost, It would be a major help to operations.
This next line is directly from you.
"If all hidden gems were obvious, they wouldn't be so hidden (nor beaten down), now would they?"
Now tell us again why we shouldn't have faith and remain positive.
Hidden gems are that way because of lack of records showing them as gems. There is a diference between being told something and seeing something on an SEC document.
Until it happens, you have to have Faith that it will.
If you don't remain positive, you will always doubt the decisions that you make. If nothing else you will end up with ulsers.
Now I do like that Comprehension Ability thing and I think it is a good fit. I am a a loss to the pps direction over the next few weeks. The news was most welcome and I would hope that it is just taking a while for the information to get around. You have to know that there will be some profit takers cashing in on a few percent gains. If the volume stays up, I think we will do ok but if it drops, the shorts may gain control of the pps. Someone actually said that they can't control it. When 2,500 shares can cause the pps to go down 10%, I believe that they can when the volume is low.
You were doing ok until you made that last statment. How long does someone have to hit you on the head before you decide that it hurts.------------- "no one can be that stupid."
You said it,not me.
The way that it was worded,it implies that Hydra couldn't go to market until the lawsuit was settled. That never occured to me and I bet to others a well. Still 30 days till it is a done deal but it is very interesting.
You need to call it the way you see it.
You may be my only fan.
I like those old sayings.
