Yeah, you're right. It is. So was .02 and .01 and .009 and .004 and .0008 and .0007, 6 and 5. It just keeps getting to be a better buy. The only thing that's not getting better is the value of my portfolio.
I dont doubt the veracity of your information, AP. But what is and isn't released and how it's released is always done to put a spin on the information. Tom may well take home a salary of 125k, but I dont think it's his only compensation with business connected to SWVC. His total package includes more such as his management fee of the svf.
Yeah and the contracts also say Tom is required to make sure the shares are available.
How old is that information AP? And does it include his management fees for the swv fund? Dont forget as fund manager he gets compensated 2% of assets. For 3 quarters last year, it represented over $96,000. Look it up. It's in the 10K.
Thats in addition to his salary.
All my opinion, of course.

Becuase I sold 2800000 shares at .0011 2 trading days ago and turned around and bought 3100000 at .0008 thinking it would still go up or at least trade in the same range. I have another day before it's settled and I can sell it. I'm at the disposal of the market. What ever it is tomorrow is what I can get for it. Today, all I can do is watch a quarter or more of it disappear.
All my opinion, of course.

It wasn't a sub when I originally invested. Like I said, a year ago, I could afford it. Life changes and there have been a lot of changes this past year.
My time is out. My 10k investment 9 months ago is now worth less than 16 hundred as I bought and sold more beleiving this was the real deal. Im a divorced father of 2 paying child support whose income doesnt meet his needs. These are real people investing real dollars for a real reason. I had enough savings and could afford the investment a year ago. I can't do it anymore. I'm in a worse position now. Im unemployed with no insurance.
All my opinion, of course.

XKEM just recently went from .0004 to .0044 in 2 days over a shareholder letter ...
...and then dropped back down to .0005 today
Do not think TS will let this get that low...
....didnt think he would let it get this low, but we're one point away from .0004 now.
With my additional 3 million buy at .0006 today... my avg PPS never looked better...
...yeah, I did that when it hit .0008. Look at me now.
I am still long on this ...
...so was I when I started bying $10,000.00 last November.
How long is long when you've lost that much and are this close to the bottom
I 2nd that question. This is reaching towards the far bottom of .0001. It can't get any lower than that. You'll have a few left who will try to double thier money buying large quantities at .0001 and flipping at .0002. But the buy and sell orders will get so great it takes days to execute an order. Gradually, investors just walk away to the next penny of the hour and you're stuck with shares you cant get rid of that are basically worth next to nothing after losing how many thousands of dollars. Then comes the announcement. The RS has landed. To do it all again to those who didnt get hit on the first round. Often with a name change to boot. Sound familiar to anyone? The authorized shares is almost maxed out and pps only has a handfull of clicks before we hear the clink of it hitting bottom at .0001. Please show me a stock which has climbed out .0001 or even .0005 without an rs. and hasnt followed the same MO
So what happens when the os reaches the as?
.0007 .0006 .0005 .0004 .0003 This stock is so done. It's a mad rush to the bottom.
When is the next 10Q due?
Dont forget this includes all shares traded back and forth so the share count is duplicated in the totals. It doesnt mean half the float was traded. One share bought and sold is now sold again counts as 2 shares traded and so on. These are the money movers buying and trading for thier clients. You can't really see who is buying up what. You don't know what percentage is being held by the mm themselves.
Theyll do that on unusual volume. I called and had no problem putting an order through by phone at the internet rate. Picked up 3mil shares today. Same thing yesterday on the sell.
hey, I'm on my phone. Can someone do me a favor and send me a link to a L2. I'd appreciate it if anyone could. Thanks.
Yeah, I do. With the amount of debt and number of os and the propect of more debt and increase of os for further aquisitions and years before the books take any kind of positive turn, my personal prognostic opinion is this will slide all the way down to .0001. Unless Tom does something in the short term to at least build investor confidence, I don't see this stocks history pointing to anything different than the average penny stock out there. Im flipping and trying to play some of the runs, but it's because the stock allows me to. I keep a number of shares held at all times and rotate them out, but so far, Ive lost more money on this stock than any penny Ive held, just because like you, I liked a lot of what I see. I just dont see an effort to support the common share holder. Tom makes a decent salary, he isnt hurting. The rest of us who have been ardent supporters have taken a major hit. It's a shame. I still see potential, but it all seems allusive. This will bottom out before years end. The Tom won't have a choice, he'll have to RS to preserve this or do a major stock repurchase. He might even decide to take this private. Who knows. Then we'll all be without anything. All my opinion, of course.
AP, out of curiosity, as the number one swvc fan, where do you see the stock bottoming out at? You have been a constant promoter of this stock as we've all seen this drop from .028 and higher down to .oo12-13. Obviously, this isnt going to skyrocket tomorrow and in all liklihood will continue to roll down for the near and (short)long term (6months+). What's your realistic bottom before this begins its roll uphill? You have to at least concede this isn't the bottom.
For a company whose stated goal is to aquire other companies and expand, you would think the announcement of another possible aquisition in the near future would be taken as good news. The think looking at the stocks reaction on the board, it's making investors nervous about more dilution. Tom has yet to address the os and it's likley this will be financed in the same way as the previous aquisition. This will continue heading south to triple zeros, in my opinion.
This is a goner. Cant even do a decent flip right now as it's a continuous slide down. This one's good for the shorters. This has slid down so far, so fast, anything long term is way way off in the distant future, like maybe when we land men on Mars or something. Nothing short term is going to save this at these levels. My opinion, of course.
We're on the same page. Reread the post, I modified it.
I havent seen volume like this in a long time for this stock. Lotsa dumping and lotsa scooping up shares. I wonder who is buying? We're getting close to triple 0s, scavengers and bottom feeders are coming in. This'll hit .0001 very soon if Tom doesn't do something positive for the "intrinsic value."
Agian, show us your math.
Can you show your math so we can see how you came up with the 10 billion figure?
The trick degreed moving 250,000 to 500,000 shares in 1-2 click increments. Small numbers add up over time. Try it. Buy at .0031, sell at .0033, buy back at .003 or .0029. sell at .0031 or .0032. You're still making a profit and can decide whether to bank the difference or add another 10,000 shares.
We'll see. It's a flipper at the moment. Im all for longs when it starts the uptrend.
Better than you, I don't work, lol. Just kidding. Watching expt very closely. Lets see what happens here. Maybe the rare breakout? I wish we had some sec filings.
I hear ya mav. But like I said, Im picking up more shares with out investing any more in principal. Im just turning it over. I started doing this when the pps hit the .004s. When it turns around, as long as I get back in under what I sold at, even at .0025, I'll end up in a much better position than when I let it sit. Im not shorting it myself, so Im not risking anything. Im just making it work for me. If the shorts want to buy my shares to cover? They're for sale. And Ive been able to by it back for less. Kind of the same principal, only I own the shares Im selling. Just close one eye and cock your head, you'll understand, lol.
Dude, if the flippers are making money and the shorters are making money and the longs are losing money, what makes sense here? I have no problems playing all sides if it's profitable. I sat and watched my investment dwindle to nothing for 8 months. Now I'm on the profit making side. If it hits a run, I'll hold whatever I have at the time and go long. If it continues to sink, I'll follow it down to .0001 and still make a profit churning and turning it over. The market is for trading. It's what works here, holding it didn't. If it's working for you, power to ya and keep on holding. Im doing what works for me, and making money with this, finally. No apologies for that. GLTA.
Well, how is everyone today?
Well, the point is I'm making a couple of bucks while everyone else is watching their investment dwindle. I'm pretty sure the point of stock trading is to actualy "trade" and make a few bucks. I'm also picking up more shares than I sold, so I have more to play with. It takes 3 days for my funds to settle, I just have a constant flow in and out and more to play with now than I did a week ago. If it hits a run, I'll have something in there. If it continues to drop, Im picking up more shares. It works for me. So how has your investment been working for you in the last week?
Disagreeing with a few here, I believe Tom has integrity, though dissappointed as we all are with the pps. Tom has mentioned it's on the table when underlying business dictates its the right thing to do. The question is, what criteria is he waiting for? Thats why Im not holding anything long and flipping this untill we know something.
If swvc goes BK, guess what. Common shareholders are the first ones to bite the dust, whether it's out of business or reorganization. There is nothing on the horizon though to conclude theyre any where near that. This is still early and a long way to go in any direction. Hard news will change this fast in either direction. If Tom is considering a share buyback to light the fuse, he may be waiting for the pps to drop far enough to make economic sense of it. He may also have a figure in mind and waiting for ya to finish or come close to finishing the conversions where he can buy them out and do a buyback. Remember, with each aquisition, will come dilution. So what he'll want to do is reduce the os, before issuing more debentures. I dont think he'll do an rs. But, you'll still see the os go up and down with each aquisition financing.
I wouldn't put in an all or nothing order. In many cases, orders for buys and sells are peice-mealed to balance out. To have an all or nothing, you would almost need a counter part to meet the exact order. Just put in a limit order and mark gtc (good till cancelled). You can even modify up or down as it fills if it doesn't execute all at once, whether you're buying or selling. Now, are asking can you dump a million shares if it goes below .002? Depends on how many buyers there are, like anytime in the market. My 100% unprofessional crystal ball says, at that price, you'll see a lot of scavengers and bottom feeders. Could even move the price up a notch or two. It'll probably be easier to sell then than it is now. All my opinion, of course. Trade at your own risk.
It's like I tell everyone else AZ, wait till August.
I dont think that includes his compensation for managing the seaway valley fund.
Whats up AZ. Im in Miami. Using this one for a few good flips while it slides and picking up more shares as it goes down. Time will tell.
There it goes Tex. There's no news coming up soon and nothing to support the pps. At this point, a lot of longs are going to dump, save for a few die hards. Even if it goes back up later, it's not worth watching your investment dissappear. 80%loss or more? Cash out now. You can always re enter when it reverses. @.002s or.oo1s. Or worse. Triple zeros are in sight. And we all know what happens from there.
This is going to continue to slide for a long time. We're nowhere close to bottom yet.
Im all gringo. My dads from Detroit and My moms from Texas. That makes me an American mut. Half Yankee and half southern rebel. They met at UM also. UMs pretty big in my family. My Nephew just graduated UM Law and My brother Graduated UM Medical. Just keep him away from my other brother who graduated from UF Law. College Football seasons always a good rivalry here. A lot of people dont like the congestion and the latin influx here. I just came up from Key West from the songwriters festival and met a lot of people who just dont like Miami. I agree with you, though I could do away with the congestion, the people mix here gives Miami a unique flavor not found in any other part of the world. I've seen a lot of changes and growth since the 60s here and Ive always enjoyed it and it's always been home.
