Am also in warrants. Selling/exercise decision to be made during this year with expiry date just over a year away(can't see any likelihood of extension should $2.78 not be reached)and this will depend upon several factors. Common reaching $3.5 and more would mean nice returns if exercising but if these figures were reached before March next year then surely warrant price itself must start motoring .....
Time for sleep...its late at this end. Will look with interest to see how Tower on Tase kicks off tomorrow.
Some see C & H....
I've been waiting a long while on this stock (Jazz then Tower)so here's to further new contracts, continued growth and company out of debt, if not by this year end, then certainly possible by the next at present rate of progress. Hopefully, 24th will give more accurate forecast/guidance re time scale. I still think RE could end up CEO of the year not to mention the company itself. The future is bright.....
PLUS both TSEM and TWSRF nicely up so far today....hope this continues to 24th followed by solid lift off.
Sounds good....meanwhile excellent day on Tase

Real 'fun' should start 24th of this month when 2009 Q4 is finally reported....and not ruling out any more deals before then.
Thanks for that 43......Javas' 'refreshing' is so right. For those of us who have been here a very long time the prospect of something finally happening is great. Here's wishing you the best of progress in the next 12 to 24 months.
Second that Java ....and 'here's to' some genuine progress being made, at last.......be interesting to see if SW is able to continue with such candid and as you say 'refreshing' responses.........
Just a typo on Corp instead of Partners I assumed.... couldn't see any other likely candidate on a quick look. Both Gillette and Cheyenne are in Wyoming although being a foreigner (to USA) don't know much more.
With GRC soundly asleep at present its beginning to look like we will be seeing yet a further extension to Warrant exercise expiration date with March not that far away.
From the 2009 November 10Q
"On July 13, 2009, the Board of Directors extended the expiration date of all of the Acquisition Warrants to March 31, 2010"
Unless, of course, some amazing action is shortly about to unfold....
Turk....agreed with your first conclusion, so after searching didn't think response was necessary. This link may be the answer unless MITK knows differently.

Guess HH must be on holiday or something (maybe helping GBRC rebirth) or otherwise we might have had a humorous response (or two) to 4441's mild bash.Good to see board rules are being upheld though!TIC-LOL
Wonder if that was a JCK clone?
Inactive company = inactive board(s)
"This technology would sell like hot cakes if they change out the microwave devices to what’s standard and then demo that to the 100 people from all over the world"
Nice if it was that simple...but surely there has got to be more to it than that, Hawk, 'cos as you are fully aware, we had this same conversation 'ad nauseam' early 2009 and 2008,including my asking why you had completely 'about turned' on the issue. Your answer seemed plausable enough....although of no real significance, with you no longer employed by our 'inimitable' GRC. Whether it's 'patent issues', 'cost to change', Sunseekers' favourite 'management skills' or something else, it hasn't happened...and unless something wonderful is round the corner.......

The entertainment is good though.
Its late here...I missed the date....a nice senior moment.DOH.
Sounds like first line to a ditty.....no, Hawk...I was using GRC Time & Sales chart and viewing from 10.55 onwards. The rapid early drop in pps shows there must have been meaty early sales...all assuming I'm reading the chart properly, but the rest of the day looked pretty good, although a 'drop' from 0.82 to 0.76 last gasp looks a lot for low volume. Explain further if I'm missing some technical stuff here.
What do you reckon to indirect 'news' from JCK...genuine or not?
On another issue, Hawk....do you happen to know if any time limits apply for any registration processing, considering two years since submission of application are up in February and there is talk of yet a further 6 months:or can the ball keep rolling to and fro indefinitely? If I remember rightly, doesn't the Transfer Company looking after the liquidation trust have a shout here re unnecessary delay(s)?
Hawk...already 'on board' with that since appearance of subject in question..or any others as well, but am trying to stay neutral. From your well posted history of posters and their aliases, method of delivery is rarely as easily hidden as nom de plume.
Time and Joint Ventures are the issues really...without JVs', of course, GRC haven't the wherewithal to make/sell machines. The Schlumberger deal is likely to be at least two years before any potential significant revenue is achievable. Apart from tyre units which need a year to complete, why should any newer partnerships produce any sooner? Assuming no remaining technical problems, it looks like the only reason a tyre unit isn't being made/sold is cash or lack of:but there lies the rub..no company seems willing to 'take the plunge'. Chicken and egg really....Or ...have they finally got a taker? AIMO
"If there isn't change very shortly I will eat my words and never post or believe anyone again!!!!"
Not sure what you expected or what you included in 'change' but post CC posters on this board do not seem overjoyed, and perhaps the market price 'says it all'. Nothing so far this week has improved the pps much and without sales its surely going to be a rather long journey.
Well posted Java....its 'fun' following GRC don't you think.
Or encapsulated... 'the diary of a MS long': any forecasts for pps by end of week? Would be surprised if CC and Patent achieved much on their own.
"how about a 6 to 1 offer of shares given as a warrant free of cost if you hold your shares for say two years after the conversion!!! "
Sorry, misunderstood you earlier. If you mean a bonus of 1 warrant for every 6 shares of common stock held....GRC already offer something similar as part of the conversion..
(iii) 27,205,867 common stock purchase warrants (the "Mobilestream Acquisition Warrants”) to purchase shares of our common stock on the basis of one Mobilestream Acquisition Warrant for each three shares of either Mobilestream common stock or preferred stock, exercisable at $4.75 per share for a period ending on December 31, 2007. 23,500,000 of the Mobilestream Acquisition
This is from the last S1 A
unless you are already aware of this, of course and you are just 'adjusting' it.
Oops Error
Interesting but not sure many non US MSRM holders would go with that plus not convinced about the justification for any conversion factor at all.
Wherever your optimism comes from it would be most welcome if later vindicated...problem is this company has been full of empty promises/great potential for quite a long time. Capable officers to fulfill this have been all to disappointingly absent. Additionally, competitors may soon, if not already, prove more than a distant threat. Whilst contracts are obviously a must, my priority is for registration/conversion of CRC/MSRM stock and so remove a prevailing stigma which surely has long tainted this company. This would then allow 'market control' of their own stock for relevant shareholders. If GRC are deliberately 'going slow' with this process because, eg, the fear of a big post conversion 'sell off', it probably would be supported by most US stockholders. However, with all foreign MSRM holders likely to have purchased at much higher prices than the current pps, why would they incur a big loss by doing so? GRC needs to sort this NOW, take the consequences and progress from there. The potential for GRC remains very high and a longer 'post conversion' road would then be a much easier one to follow. AIMO
Understandable......what a generous company they are! All the board, GRC that is, in red outfits for the 25th.
"In September of 2009, the Company recorded a severance expense of $3,654,714 for the payments to be paid by the Company to Mr. Swain pursuant to the Swain Settlement Agreement. The payments were valued using the present value of expected future outflows."
just to confirm the above from the recent 10Q.
Three Million I think the figure is/was...what a good system...saves really working for a living. Must have been a very good reason to shift him knowing how much that sum would hurt GRC:or was too much provided in the 'signing-on' package before the wonderful new CEO proved his/any worth. Now who could it be that pays for that tidy sum..........??
"Things are about to CHANGE"
got any evidence to support your claim?
You're so right on that...after all, GRC is a very capable and caring company...isn't it? Now what will MIs' be getting for Xmas from GRC.....
And still not a word about completion of the registration/conversion process...how unsurprising
Probably so at the time of the split, which was around SEPT/OCT 2006 as far as I remember.........I asked because I'm sure I saw/read something since that time which promulgated using the ratio to facilitate an overall balance relevant to the split.Obviously I would have to find it to verify the claim.
Thanks.....wasn't the 'forward split' the main reason for the introduction of the conversion factor (7.13 or thereabouts). The 'dilution impact' has been much discussed quite a while ago. If they don't 'bite the conversion bullet' for that reason then I guess we're certainly likely to have to wait for sales success....and a long piece of string is needed to answer that one.IMO
Its just like 'old times' with you two back 'together again'. Perhaps you should have been the model, Hawk since you were the 'main man' so to speak. So has the court case slowed down 'effectiveness/conversion in any way, Hawk? Missed the deleted one KP....wonder who was OT and with what? shouldn't be too difficult to figure out....
Thought you'd never ask...KP.....he may be still there but it looks like the white coated 'scientist' has gone from the website...or was it some time ago and I missed it? LOL
Looks like 'Laboratory man' got the push....perhaps not before time
