Oxonius, good to hear your positive observations. Many of us have been investors for a long time and know the folks running the company. I for one have made several trips to the factory and met with all the personnel. And I do expect the company will be successful followed by a decent rise in pps.
Hang in there - won't be a long wait!
I have to believe that Q4 of 10 and Q1 of 11 will show the potential that Mick alludes to in his Face book impressions of the future:
Pacific Sands 10K for Fiscal 2010. Look for the sharp reduction in overhead and a modest increase in 4th quarter over 4th quarter sales. In many ways, we have turned a corner with this annual report.
The very good news is that we have survived the ‘great recession,’ cut expenses to the absolute bone and gotten ourselves... back on a growth path.
Had we not had the complete write-down of the Natural Choices acquisition, FY 2010, despite the small overall decrease in sales would have been pretty decent. We’re now doing business pretty consistently at a break even or profitable level.
This puts us in a relatively unique position for an OTC company where new money can go toward the development of new marketing, new products and new sales initiatives.

For your comments and question (#2) call Mick - sure he would be glad to talk to you.
Think the Bugs thing is work in process. Each company has its view of the future for direction (one commercial and the other for folks like me) and are working to that end. I do ask Mick from time to time on the progress. I'm sure we will hear if things are positive.
With the 10-K out, I expect to hear lots of varied comments. Personally I feel the company is ready for profitability.
I totally agree. I do expect to hear more details after the annual report in a couple weeks. Does look like folks have been accumulating shares over the last few weeks.
Do like the last few days action will make many feel good for having entered below .06.
Will be about a two week wait - than I expect to see details of what has been going on. And the fun things that will grow the company.
Do believe we are on the train to profitability! Than much more.
Great news (on facebook) on the water clean-up project. A testement on the cleaning ability of ecoone .
Why so quiet on such a hot day? Looking good!
I'm sure there are buyers lerking in the outfield waiting for sellere to come out. They need an entry point before the rush!
And Mick has been very active - as evident from info on facebook.
I did notice that last year there was a NT-10K late extension filed on 9/18/09. Followed by the Annual on 10/13/09.
Looking forward to happenings over the next couple weeks.
Thanks for the updates on company happenings. The new logo's are outstanding.
Do expect to see favorable numbers in the reports and hopefully a few words on the upcomming year.
Getting close to Q4 and annual reports - due out next week?
Thanks I'll forward Mick your remarks.
Facebook does seem to be a really great way to generate interest in "anything", including Pacific Sands.
Just returned from a road trip, including Racine WI. Was at Pacific Sands on Friday before last and the following Monday. If you read the Facebook pages the Zoo trips may seem hokey but in reality it could be one whale of an opening into zoo customers accross the country. Once a process is defined and documented it becomes a used method at all locations.
Since Mick gave up his CEO position he is free to spend time promoting company products in any area he see's potential. I was really impressed with where things are headed. Michael now has added resoponsibilities with the CEO position, but he is a big man and is handling it well.
Dr. Jack H is fully dedicated to designing new products. I tried the new refillagles and the new "Critter Cleaner", they are outstanding - a whole new generation of awsome new products.
Not to forget the efforts being made to promote awareness on company growth and promoting investors to purchase company stock. At last count I think the company has 71 proven products, and Dr. Jack is working on more.
Any questions about my take on Pacific Sands please ask - Buddy M
John, answer to your question - Now! Start of new year and I think (my opinion) we are there, and gaining. Am now testing the refillables, impressive. And am getting my motor home ready to go to the gulf to help with clean-up and field testing new products when ready.
For my buck there is a bright future. Am planning to be in Racine in a week or so (my fourth trip).
Example of info from facebook (Pacific Sands):
Written by Mick Wynhoff last Thursday, "Anybody else want to come with down to LA and wash some critters? One of our investors has volunteered his motor home. Right now we’re primarily working on a natural dispersant / emulsifier that can work in conjunction with microbes (from US Microbics) to do actual cleanup / breakdown of tar balls and crude."
Check again (mentioned many times) and follow the PFSD news on face book, BUGS mentioned many, many times. Mick and Bob have been friend for a number of years and have each others interest at heart
Lots of good questions and some stupid.
From an outsider, I do have BUGS shares but am heavy in PFSD.
What I do know Bugs has experience in oil clean up and clean up products.
PFSD has cleaning products and good Chemists. The combined companies are out in front together developing a program with old and new products to fight the latest tragic problem on the gulf.
Both companies are jointly promoting their present and forthcomming products. Each time Mick from Pacific Sands talks pubicly or in a news letter or PR, there is mention of the relationship/partnership with BUGS.
Mick posted on facebook that the Journal Times (Racine WI) will do a featured article on PFSD tomorrow.
Who ever did thanks you. Buying at the open and at the end, still sellers but buyers are happy.
By the way I checked out EcoGeeks.com for first time in a month. Noticed two major changes, many more products listed and price increases in pool and spa products. I can't keep up with changes so I will sell at same prices, am more interested in PPs of the stock.
Stock incentives - what a great idea. I resigned from IBM after 20 years and went with start up companies, next 25 years. I found that you are at your best working for start up companies and the stock options made all it worth while. Great move!
Way to go!!!
Lakers - will do.
There was a confidence of being able to help and their products were up to the job. I didn't get the sense that there would be a problem proving the ability of the products to perform.
I was left with the question, do I sell PFSD and buy BUGS or sell my BUGS and buy PFSD. Such questions.
How about just hold!
Mick and Bob / Bob and Mick - what a team. Great 45 minute interview.
I'm ready to take my long overdue sabbitacle and go to the LA coast and set up camp for two months and sell the new products. Or just clean the grimy birds, gators, snakes or people. What an adventure that would be (paid for by my stock winnings, of course).
Tomorrow should be great for PPs.
Lakers in my experiences I have concluded that the MM's are "god". They can take a penny stock from a reasonable level to total underground and trash a company if they "Want to".
Like our current administration they can do as they please and violate what ever laws they wish. Look at the histore of a gold stock GSPG through the last 5 years. Total violation of law. Took a promising company to ruin. Now back to ???
Thought my daughter might help with new product label. Mick had already done the artwork and was shooting video of (new product/application? )
Todays internet really lends itself open to varied possibilities for promoting your products.
Good play - wishing you the best!
Joby, hope you are one of the heavy share holders (lord knows you had opportunity) as portfolio gains for large holders have have been "Chevy Camero" status. Have you seen the 2010's, beautiful!
Deet what would be the benefit of a forward split - I think there would be a buyback first. Cost of running operations is minimal except for advertising.
Checked out 15 minute intervals for todays action - mostly heavy buying.
Check out this PR from AllPenny stocks news..

Bob S, yes I have a boat load. Also have a web site (since "05"} started selling ECO One pool/spa supplies. For kicks check it out. Everclearspa.com.

{I posted this earlier on the BUGS message board - and now here incase anyone from this board have not checked out the site}
You guys are generating a whale of lot of volume - maybe some could spill over to PFSD. I did pick up some BUGS about a month ago, really smart move.
I do get good information from Pacific Sands facebook site, hope its useful to you as well.
Buddy M
GetSum, to match you I took a position in BUGS today. I'm long and a rather large share holder in PFSD -- so
If BUGS hits the big time you win and If PFSD hits, I'll ride the big wave.
Wishing both lots of luck!
Could be we will have something to talk about when we see Micks plans for the future:
From facebook May 3rd. A snipent of what Mick wrote " We hope to be doing 10% growth at the $100,000,000 level someday, rather than 25% growth at the million dollar level. We NEED start doing the 100% + growth again to get there and are working on plans for just that..."
I'm waiting to see what he has in mind.
Erratic stock volume and prices of late:
This might explain whats happening. Mick forwarded this to me;

PFSD does a private label for Annie Bond - and today Annie will be a guest on Martha Stewart show at 1:30 ET. Could be she will give a plug for Pacific Sands.
