The call center was not paid in Stock ,nor offered to be paid in stock. Were offered a bonus in stock though!! Two people were paid a little ,because they did not file a suit. But still no excuse not to pay the others. They could pay the folks and not have to pay penelties before 1/2/08. The excuse is (you took us to court) well pay now and the suits will be dropped!

Let's please not forget about the corporate stores employees! They have not been paid either! They also have a law suit! Along with the employement agency that employed the call center employees first! This is all FACT! We must remember the call center folks were there! They KNOW what was going on in the office.Yes it's hearsay to folks on the board,but they lived it!To them it is FACT!
Actually the Latrobe store is owned by Heather P,but just used to saying her husband Tom,Luke was manager! The Vowlers themselves say Tom Papencheck stores. Said so on last cc call!

Call center employers have not been paid yet! They were told that since they filed a law suit they would have to wait (not so ,they could be paid and the employes could just drop the suit)! Also the few that didn't sue,will be paid first!!! Where's the logic? Latrobe store up and running! YEAH!!!!

Ir's simple there is no cash flow.If they don't pay bills.And also what's up with the phones? I wonder if they didn't pay that bill? JV says you can reach him direct,but none of the lines are working! Just the order line. I'm not feeling real good about this,no financials either,year end is coming.
Nope Mt Pleasant is not open ,closed about 6 wks ago. But same owner in Latrobe store,close to his home. Way better location. right near a Pizza Hut,let's see if he can put them out of business!!!!
Rt 30 in the Walmart plaza next to Valley Dairy. NO there is no Greensburg store and I don't see that coming for a long time ,if at all!! Maybe we can hope!

RK,you are way out of line! The folks at the cc could manage the store just fine! But who would want to? Again it wasn't the cc folks that drove this co. into the ground. If anything they tried to prevent it! I know the facts! I don't run down JV,just think he should pay those folks.Nothing more! They were people taken in by the dream just like the rest of us. Empty promises. They stayed because they believed!!!

Midwestinvest, you are so right! JV has put himself first!!And looks to me so have the Vowlers. The cc manager weeded out the bad employees and the best are what remained. If the budjet allowed there should have been more employees to handle all the calls. But I assure you these were top rate employees
I'm not seeing Billy Blackwell involved the Red Praire. He doesn't even live up that way any longer. I do know for a fact that he is great at what he does. But the budget was not there! Everything was pretty much done the cheapest way possible,again you can only work with what the budget is! The folks from the cc, worked on site of UPZS.Then after so many hours UPZS hired them on. So Carol Harris is out quit a bit for paying the cc folks. Now that the cc folks went with UPZS and they are not paid! What a cycle we weave!!!!
Yes,true, he did teach the call center manager alot of things.And did help her by phone even after he left.But the cc really needs a full time IT person. He was great,but again had to feed his family also!

Again,it is not the fault of the call center folks. You are only as good as what you have to work with.I spoke with cc folks and store owners. The problems seems to be in the system. Phone and computer. It isn't just the call center that was not properly run the whole corporte office is, NO ONE is ever there!Come on guys you know when you call they aren't there or even take the calls.
I agree JTM. Those folks went to work every day, and deserve to be paid for their loyalty to the co. Hear that JV? BV? Pay the people!!!
