I'd croak before paying $5.00 for a can. You can still get them for 2.29 at Huck's
Menards most likely was a seasonal me too order. Uncle Herb when he was president and Ceo of Higby's in Cleveland, Always said such orders are a one time purchase. Then re evaluate after all sales are final. If a fad then don't re-order stick to basic product.
Huck's has done a lousy job of putting product where it is easily seen by customers. Most floor level or in the around the corner cooler section.
None at eye level or close to eye level.
You can't hide the product or put in Patio furniture area and expect good sales.
KGKG need Sales Reps to go in get store managers to show products better!!!
I see CFGN is back in play
The last time if I remember correctly. RC put up the shares got the note settled and bought Lemin.
Now is it possible with a like scenario that we are about to purchase another line.
My guess is maybe something like BUBBL'R. Goldleaf Dist. is pushing it, same as they did Lemin.
But we all know RC doesn't reveal anything until all is said and done.
Yes, we need a nice explanatory letter from the company.
I would certainly like to know what's going on.
Kona Gold Beverage, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined it is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-
Q timely for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 (the “Form 10-Q”) due to certain technical XBRL filing issues that
the Company expects will be remedied on August 17, 2021.
In accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Company currently intends to file
its Form 10-Q no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date, although as noted above,
the Company does not expect to utilize the entire five-day period.
Hmmpf
46 days and still couldn't file on time
I think we need a new auditing firm

Wow!!!
NITE threw up a 1.3 milly wall
Maybe we can get a little info in the disclosure section of the fins.
We use too
Must not be anything new to say. Looks like everyone waiting on Monday's Fins.
Same old crabby lines have been posted for months and looks like peeps are just waiting for something new.
Everybody must be contemplating the fact that there are only 2 more shopping days till fins come out
Anybody notice CFGN is back on the lower of the ASK
LUHO

Personally I think the New Dist for Kona Gold is the right type of Distributor. The really big Beer Dist have too many products to try to make
a meaningful effort get product into everyday locations for the common person to purchase our product.
The big guys like AB handle our items as an also maybe sale item. Liquor stores don't draw traffic for Energy dd rinks like Mom and Pop stores, gas stations, and quick marts. Not forget grocery stores.
Not to forget there are dozens of these in every state.
jmho
The basic reasoning in my opinion for the name change to Kona Gold Beverages was to imply they are open to selling any kind of Beverage.
Before they had the stigma of only dealing in Hemp infused and CBD products. Therefore adding Beverages to their Name to expand their product line.
Who knows, maybe next year we'll add a cola line
YA NEVER KNOW!!!!
Hopefully the territory rep will circulate in the stores and distributors pushing for better show presence. I know that Hucks has mostly to poorest showing around corners, lower bottom positions, and etc. Need presentation at eye level or ne.at and closer to center of drink sections. Not to say Menards is doing much better with being in patio parts hiding in aisles
As far as the 2 other sales guy's I think they are for delivery and knocking on doors..
Anybody have any information on how sales are going with Straub Dist, and Cresent. Straub is in Anaheim Ca. Crsent in Louisiana. Both are older Lemin distributors.
TKS
Markets closed on Monday
bought 12 cans at Menards in Evansville today
Cashier said it's selling good.
Last week they didn't have any
Give it time to cook!!!
Thanks Ardly
heading to my Menards in Evansville tomorrow to pick up a case
Anybody see this on Gold leaf's home page??
Sparkling water called Bubbl'r
Cherry Guava Blend’r
Pitaya Berry Nect’r
Twisted Elix’r (raspberry, lime, and citrus flavors)
Cranberry Grapefruit Sparkl’r
Passion Fruit Wond’r
Pomegranate Acai Refresh’r
Blood Orange Mango Mingl’r
Lemon Lime Twist’r
not listed as product yet but showing picture
they're always really slow in updating site
I also had questions about the last Q estimate of 850,000 since it was mentioned 750,000 not counting Menards sale.
We know Lemin sales are up and Gold leaf are up. so that must mean the core brands are down.
JMHO
I was wondering yesterday at close with that 1 milly sell @ .02763 , was CFGN coming back??
OOOOOOP/s
1 milly drop @ 02673
Nice pic's for Menard's

Yeah, I like trade shows. You can land a lot of New and large customers there. That's where buyers go to see what's new and get a corner on their little share of the market.
Kona Gold Beverage is excited to announce it will be exhibiting its beverage portfolio at this year’s NACS (National Association of Convenience Stores) Show October 5-8 in Chicago. The NACS Show is a premier trade show in the country, related to convenience and fuel retailing industry, where Kona Gold Beverage will be sampling its products to the industry’s leading buyers
The S-1 was mainly explained in the April News letter:
Kona Gold Beverage raised an additional $1.5 million in capital in early 2021. Portions of the proceeds from this current round of funding were used to acquire S&S Beverage (Lemin Lemonade). The remaining proceeds will be used for product production, expanding the Company's national sales team, growing our distribution footprint, expanding our market share, and on going business operations. The Company will be hiring regional sales reps that will be tasked to grow sales within our distribution partners' territories by working on-site with each distribution partner's sales team. Additionally, Kona Gold has partnered with several beverage brokers who have relationships with national and regional chains. These brokers provide the Company with additional sales power by utilizing their established relationships with buyers in key markets and chains.
a tweet is nothing more than a side note of no consequence. Only a bit of chatter.
I consider tweeting to be nothing more than teenage gossip babble. No big deal.
Where do you keep getting this pie in the sky quote?
Like I've said before
Due on the 15th tomorrow but that's Saturday so they are allowed to file on Monday instead. The 17th.
I'm looking for somewhere between 500 and 550 thousand for 1st quarter.
Q1 is due the 15th
The 15th is Saturday so most likely it will be Monday the 17th.
CFGN DUMPING AGAIN!!!!!
I see that WAWA is already reordering for their 400 stores we are in.
“Our Ooh La Lemin Lemonade brand is growing rapidly and doing extremely well in its current and new markets. We recently launched Ooh La Lemin in an 800+ convenience store chain where its performance has exceeded expectations and that vendor has already placed multiple reorders.”
I wonder how much re-ordering is going on. SALES SALES SALES!!!!!!!
I consider them high also.
In an interview back in the 50's the CEO of MA BELL, (AT&T) stated that they found that every time they lowered prices they made more money.
this was made possible by more people making more calls.
Same strategy could apply to our wares. Lower prices, more sales, more exposure,
But one has to be careful about too much to fast.
Like the old saying goes. I was the cheapest on the block right up to the time I filed bankruptcy
In response to lowering prices which I consider h
The question is if CFGN is here to dump shares like last time or what?
I guess we'll have to see what happens by end of day.
I believe those shares covering the big debenture for .03 are due to be released. It's one year time this month
I can concur for sometime this week.
We're due for either a P/R or a letter this week.
Exactly what I'm referring too.
I hope to see more product lines in our portfolio and more distributorships. Maybe even another location for Gold Leaf.
