Chin is now working for almost nine months to make dbyc achieving from grey to otc but he never really informed about the level of all this.

You are right fallback, two times he postponed the quarter report and twice for the same reason. It was allways the "financial statement" which made any problems. Well i agree chin has to inform his shareholders better but he doesn´t. We all just have two opportunities to handle this situation, first one is to sell our shares at this price but then we give good money away, second opportunity is to keep hate down and just wait for an end.
Barb has announced two good prs about all in one 1 million dollars in new contracts but that is not enough. Chin has damaged too much and it requirers still a lot more to repair this damages.
You know he won´t do the right stuff , hey we are talking about peter the man who knows everything better chin ...

Calm down brothers in pain, i just presume he needed some money for bills and so on he still had to pay, you guys don´t forget he has to pay attornies service, he has to pay accountance service. Unfortunatedly chin never made a right decission at the right time. This new filing has shown this very good. I´am also amazed about the not availabel q-report last year we´ve got q2-report on august 12, in 2007 on august 9, what will raise up in a couple of days?

pps yesterday has shown how much truth chin lost through the last years and also to make Barb announcing prs shows that chin has understood his time as public respresentative of ptsh and dbyc is over.

I wouldn´t overweigh this 12 mio shares he diluted, finally it was a private dilution not a company dilution, means chin sold some shares of his privat equity. Weeks ago when he released a filing in which he declared exchanging preffereds into common shares it was clear he would sell some shares.

In german boards people also don´t understand why he sold shares on such a low niveau well i think he really need that money for essential stuff.

500- gap the stock. this gap can be either up or down, dependig on the direction of the 500 signal.

Nite&UBSS on 0,001 so where do you see a big party? As i said there won´t be even a fart if there are no essential prs and news. A few weeks, barbara thorpe said, a few weeks are over, last year on august 12 q2-report got released and the year before on august 9... It´s too silent nothing runs, i just hope dll was wrong as he said last weeke someone is going to thraw options. I really can´t understand this anymore! We have monday and this week should be one of the most important and nothing happens. Even in germany people are more sure to make a cow singing in the rain by frank sinatra as peter chin will do once his job well.

I think this week some people got still some shares all in one we had 35-40 Mio share volume this week. Yesterday it was a well not expected turn inside pths pps but ok, thats business. Well if we should get next week informations about dbyc and its achievement from grey to otc bb and maybe also some contract news we all will be on the right side! I can´t imagine why someone should invest almost 60000 Dollars in a week if there is nothing upcoming? I agree with you in several points dll, now we just can hope for best.
