Anyone know if our MMs are physically located on the floor of the stock exchange? Or, are they are electronic entities that can be located anywhere?

<You are correct. Typically any creative work product of employees is automatically owned by the company. Still, Ted's name would be on the patent as inventor and while he might not reap the financial benefit, he would be considered the "owner" insofar as he was the inventor.
The true owner of the patent (in regard to it being an asset) would be the company>
Thanks.
So the invention of Scott and Reggie is controlled by whoever controls Exobox corp. even though the idea for the technology was generated prior to there being a company, but not prior to the granting of patents?
By the way, it dawned on me last night where in the world Robert Ross was.
iagman
Clairfy this point for me.
<Mr. Ernst spent 20 years at BMC Software where he was one of the most prolific patent holders in BMC history>
<While at BMC, Mr. Ernst became the holder of 4 patents for technology innovation -- the most of anyone at BMC -- with 2 more patents currently pending>
I had always thought when inventions were developed as an employee of a company, then company was the owner of the patents. Is this not correct?

<In January 09 EXBX announced the creation of a young entreprenuer program to attract free thinkers>
Anyone heard anything about this idea or did it get pushed to the back burner? Maybe they couldn't find any free thinkers because they all wanted to be paid.

The problem with Favorites might be this. Many of us may have added this site to our favorite list using the Bookmark function in our browser. I did this years ago and never paid any attention to the Favorite link on the webpage.
However, adding a bookmark using a browser probably doesn't register the same as what Eagle requested, so I tried the Favorite link this morning.
I use Firefox and when the link at bottom of page is pressed, nothing happens. I get no indication that any action was taken.

Houston, we have a problem. I think the fuse went out.

Get Screen Hunter. Free, simple, and will make capture sizes any way you want; will automatically save to a file or clipboard or both. Waits for you to press F6, then comes alive.

I wonder which will be highest at year's end; Exobox or General Motors?

Great and mature responce, zstrata.
Jon prods many of us deep inside because we probably have wondered about the same exact things at one time or another.
And Jon is right, maybe someone would leave a 20 year career at BMC for a reason other than seeing EXBX potential. But, it's unlikely a sting of folk would cross the street for a similar reason.
Jon's post like much of this board is just speculation. He talks about having nothing to sink our teeth into, but offers the same.
In the end, having done proper DD, we have to have faith in the leadership at EXBX. That faith is properly founded on the character of the principles proven by their past performance. For me, that shows that EXBX is legit and striving to get this company off the ground using their best efforts. Whether this is enough to bring success remains to be seen but I think the odds certainly favor our side.
iagman
I hear that Exobox is developing an Exobama? It would detect a hand slipping inside your back pocket and chop it off at the root kit. Unfortunately, it's reactive and needs to be updated every 4 years. I heard this on the street.
iagman
Don't see any catch. You can't expect people to fly in from around the globe to see an unknown product from an unknown company. Gotta start somewhere and Texas is as good a place as any. If the product is not taco bell technology (same ingredients served up differently) the word will spread worldwide.
iagman
Exobox for the good guys,
Exopox for the bad guys.
iagman
<i know SO SO many people that will not invest in this because they think it is a complete scam and that there will never was, is, or will be EXOBOX>
How do they explain the big league players from BMC? Or Dr. Evans? These are highly successful people who have no need for scams and would certainly have more knowledge of company intentions than the rest of us. With them on board it doesn't guarantee success, but it surely rules out the possibility of scam.

The Buy/Sell list at IHub based on Bid and Ask price isn't very accurate. It shows my buy today as a sell. What's the value of this listing if it makes incorrect assumptions?

According to Scottrade, a grouping of 14000 shares were bought at .05. At that time I received a notice from Scottrade that my order of 5333 had just been filled. That's how I know.

<Just remember, Paw said "You can't get all the coons up one tree">
I would like more in depth information about this dilemma so I don’t have to take what Paw said on faith.
Is it because coons can't be herded like cats? Or is the tree just too small for this situation? And what does the word ALL mean? Maybe there is only one coon to round up. And had Paw been stirring the moonshine when he made that statement?
Very distressing not knowing these things. But, I suspect the coons, like speech impaired owls, don't give a hoot.

2.2 MB free download from symantec to remove conflicker, aka downadup.
The download is an exe file. No installation or setup required. Just run the exe and it will automatically begin the scan on your drive.
Run before April 1.
It found nothing on my system, so do not know what the removal procedure would entail had it found the virus. They may have wanted money, don't know. But at least, I would know.

Some days it's bugs; some days it's windshields.
...And that's what happens when you don't panic, stay cool and don't sell. We are forever on a financial wheel which may currently be rolling toward the bottom. The wheel never stops but keeps rotating and will always rise in time. If you can hold out, then keep what you have.

By golly, I'm beginning to think we were bombed by news. Just not the bomb we were hoping for. But, I'm not the least bit worried.

Basic question regarding OTCBB Level 11. It shows Time and Sales. I assume the sales figures are individuals like us buying chunks of EXBX stock such as 5000 @ 0.15.
But, where do you see the figures on stock that is being sold by an individual? In other words, if I sold 5000 share on Scottrade today, where would that sales figure show up?
iagman
NITE has entered the building.
Goodnight,

This is great news for us in the choir. More importantly is whether it is also applauded on Wall Street. The closing prices over the next week or so should provide a clearer indication of what MTM (money-that-matters) thinks about this point; or whether they consider an “as advertised” product as being the only key to a worthwhile pps?
iagman
What about this? With people having free rein to traipse all over the new Exobox office space, taking photos, and who knows what else, perhaps a proper security sweep for electronic surveillance equipment would be in order after they move in. Who knows who would be interested in private conversations held in their offices and the conference room. There could be a lot of shady corporate interest in their future plans. Or, have I been watching too many spy movies?
iagman
Exobox Technology is like bulletproof glass in that it is virtually 100% effective in protecting....
I wish this sentence would be removed from IHub because of the word "virtually". Looking briefly through the new Exobox site, I do not see that sentence. Perhaps it was there previously.
Adverb: virtually
1. In essence or effect, but not in fact.
"the strike virtually paralyzed the city"; "I am virtually broke".
2. (of actions or states) slightly short of or not quite accomplished; "virtually all the parties signed the contract"
"virtually 100%" means LESS THAN 100% which is more or less where we stand with current virus technology.

There are more costs involved with brokers than the fee you pay when buying/selling stocks. Don't make your broker decision based just on that one aspect.
Look at all the other possible fees that may be charged against your account such as monthly maintenance fees.
Some brokers will nickel and dime you to death even though at first glance they may seem less expensive because of their low advertised buy/sell fees.
For example, Scottrade is rather high when purchasing pink sheet stocks and must be done by landline, but they have no monthly maintenance fees. If you just want to buy and hold EXBX with no further costs, then this route is attractive. If you want to buy and sell regularly, then other brokers look more inviting.
Look at all the costs charged against your account when deciding on a broker to see which suits your investing style best and which, in the long run, will be least expensive. Only considering the buy/sell fee doesn't tell the whole story.
are.

At the above link you can download a small software program called IP Lookup (free). By entering the IP address, such as 109.12.15.22, it will search and show you info regarding the registration of that address (who owns it, etc.).
Also, if you type in Exobox.com, it will show you a lot of data regarding the registration of that name, ie;

The above is shown on the MOJO radio station link provided by Eagle. There is a typo. In the interest of accuracy Scott isn't 22, he is 42.

Often times in science the reality of the unseen can be deduced by observing its actions on those things that can be studied. Previously unknown planets in our solar system have been discovered this way.
In the stock market, perhaps the same principle holds true. The same also applies to the spiritual realm. Give thought to the short writing below.
One Solitary Life
There was a baby born in an obscure village, the child of a peasant woman. He grew to manhood in this rural country but little is known about his childhood. He worked in his stepfather's woodworking shop until he was thirty. For three years he was an itinerant preacher. He never wrote a book. He never held office. He never owned a home. He never had a family. He never went to college. He never put his foot inside a big city. He never traveled more than 200 miles from his birthplace. He had none of the credentials that usually accompany greatness. His only riches were contained within himself.
While still a young man, the tide of public opinion turned against Him. His closest friends ran away and denied knowing Him. He was betrayed to His enemies. He went through the mockery of a trial. He was nailed to a cross between two thieves. While He was dying His executioners gambled for the only property He had on earth, his coat. After death, his body was laid in a borrowed grave given through the pity of a friend.
Twenty centuries have now come and gone, and today this man is the central figure of the human race. Love for this man has inspired more treasures of art than for any other man. Adoration for him has been transformed into more songs of love and devotion than for any other. More books have been written about him than any other. The entire earth sets its calendar to mark the passage of years based upon His birth. A fledgling land built its foundation upon his teaching and grew to become the strongest, the most abundant, the most bountiful and generous nation in the history of mankind.
I am far within the mark when I say that all the armies that ever marched, all the navies that ever sailed, all the parliaments that ever sat, and all the kings that ever reigned, put together, have not affected mankind upon this earth as has this One Solitary Life. He is called Immanuel, Jesus, The Christ, Son of God, Creator, Messiah. Hail to thee, O King of Kings.

Merry Christmas to all,
iagman
Everything is relative. This may help place things in perspective as we await the EXBX phenom.
If you woke up this morning with more health than illness, you are more blessed than the million who will not survive this week.
If you have never experienced the danger of battle, the loneliness of imprisonment, the agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation, you are ahead of 500 million people in the world.
If you have money in the bank, money in your wallet, and some spare change in a dish somewhere, you are among the top eight-percent of the world's wealthy.
If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof over your head, and a place to sleep, you are richer than seventy-five percent of this world.
Even if EXBX fizzles, we are all doing okay.
Merry Christmas,
iagman
(Copied from House to House/Heart to Heart)
Exobox, 'O Exobox
We are all impressed by the EXBX idea. I expect most of you are like me; weary of the Internet thugs that constantly bombard our computers with slimy bits of data designed to inflict misery into our lives. Along comes Exobox and, VOILA, we have a potential Preparation-H for our hard drive. To add fuel, a host of impressive individuals join the wagon train. Assuming their credentials are truthful and contains less padding than your 14 year old sister, the entire concept seems too good to pass up.
However, greed also comes along for the ride and causes many to abandon common sense and the basics taught in Investing 101. Finding the goose that lays the golden egg is forever a quest for many and Exobox certainly is surrounded by fluffy feathers. Only time will tell what kind of egg is laid. Assuming, of course, it's not a gander.
