I suggest you read the court documents. You have either missed or are ignoring the facts of the case and are throwing good money after bad.
re: "I personally think the game has just began, and for the record, I am long no matter what the outcome and continue to accumulate shares."
If so, he must have used a "world post" envelope, available at one of the 9000 member stores nobody could find.
I don't think that teacher ever got the check. Just as well, it would probably qualify as receiving stolen money. ;)
You don't really deny RA issued false and misleading press releases in order to create buying interest for the new shares he was dumping, do you??
If so, post some press releases about funding which you can prove were truthful.
Gee, did he miss the news that USXP was nothing but a share-selling scam?
That is, of course, why RA took the fifth throughout his deposition - the truth will put him in prison.
How goes the search for a truthful PR. Find one yet?
re: "I do not like repetitive posts"
You've said that many times. Perhaps you should delete the repetitions.
When it comes to hyping his worthless paper with false claims of funding and acquisitions, RA can. Check the PR history.
After all that's transpired, you *still* take RA at his word?
Wow!
Considering RA has proven to be a pathological liar, those emails to muslim potentates are as meaningless as his claims to have become good friends with Michael Jackson.
Why aren't you mad at RA for lying to you?
re: "Why is he a liar?"
Because he issued false and misleading press releases. Nobody denies that. Not even RA, when given the chance, could prove they were truthful.
If that letter is genuine, it sounds like RA was trying to con the Prince. El Comandante Fluffi tiene cojones grandes, ese!
That writer displays classic cult mentality.
Or they're going to let the civil action play out first, giving them time to add more charges. That jewelry boogie makes "criminal conversion" come to mind.
RA lived the high life by printing and selling usxp paper to people gullible enough to believe his false and misleading press releases. Don't you think he deserves to be punished for that? I would like to know the source of the devotion to RA you display. Where does it come from?
RA should be in criminal court facing a half dozen or more felony charges. There's more than enough evidence to justify an arrest.
The SEC cannot unilaterally remove a stock from trading.
If you want to blame somebody, blame the scammers who wrote the securities regulations.
I wonder if Tifford told RA taking the fifth at a civil deposition permits Judge Lynch to infer he's trying to hide past criminal behavior.
I won't be surprised if RA turns around and files suit against Tifford in the future ... from prison. :)
Sounds like Richie is aware he committed crimes. LOL
re: "Gunderson nailed it"
What, the lid of the coffin? He simply repeated old, unsupported, invalid arguments.
The desire to believe often leads one to err.
ROFL!
re: "Mrs. Altomare sat in the chair … crying"
The plot thickens. Shorten the number of the locker and you've got a movie title. LOL!
The site is quite plain. The content, however is extremely laughable, in fact it's hilarious!
Many thanks to Star the Pup for making the court docs available for people who don't have Pacer membership.
re: "This company has HUGE debt, ex-CEO removed and facing charges, all busniess units have been sold off, and STILL they (SEC and/or receiver) do nothing to move for suspension of trading. What are they waiting for?"
A change in the law. Current securities regulations make it very difficult to remove an issue from trading. Write your representatives in congress.
re: "why are they still allowing shares to sell on the market"
The SEC can not remove a stock from trading.
Tell your friends. That question is getting very old and is repeated far too often by the gullible victims.
re: "Commissioners, who meet only a couple of times a month at most, have to decide practically everything."
Just one more reason penny fraud is so rampant. It's probably the safest form of theft available.
tk - Actually it's since 1998, and I've never been wrong. Have you no comment on the false USXP PRS I posted? Want more - there are dozens of 'em.
Here are just a few of the many press releases proven to have been false:

PLAINVIEW, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 1999--

re: "Every press release, every announcement, every interview on behalf of the Company was the truth,"
Where is the SEC filing required when ownership exceeds 10%?
puppydotcom - re your message.
I know. It was a bit of a rhetorical question. But continuing to censor at this point is a bit like locking the garage door after the Corvette's been stolen and run off a cliff.
re: "200 -300 billion have been sold illegally by the naked shorters .."
The total share volume since RA took over is not high enough to support that absurd assertion, even if every single trade had a shorter on the sell side.
I'll help Bud out here. Add a comma and change one word to get:
But there's only about, I think, 100 stocks total on the big board and NASDAQ which are being abused really brutally.
Perhaps that's what he meant to say.
Doesn't make him any less of a crazie, though.
It's a lot of shares, but it's not a lot of money.
Was the SEC printing and selling USXP paper, too?
The SEC can't pay because the CMKX settlement used up all the money in the world.
Because the Feds are way too slack when it comes to prosecuting OTC paper mill operators and their online helpers.
re: "So, why did'nt RA got led away like that and why isn't he in jail now like you'll are ranting about?"
Do you deny RA issued multiple false and misleading press releases?
Study up on the behavior of the sociopath. You'll see RA in there. While you're at it, study up on the nature of cults. You'll see RA's "crazies" in there.
Most penny papermill operators get away with it. RA could have, but his ego got too big.
re: "There are a few shareholders still left that are so mesmerized by him that they refuse to see him for what he truly is. Honestly, I am not sure if it is being mesmerized, just refusing to let go of the dreams they had about the instant riches from their investment, or even worse, their refusal to accept the reality of their losses on their investment."
"I know that most men, including those at ease with problems of the greatest complexity, can seldom accept even the simplest and most obvious truth if it be such as would oblige them to admit the falsity of conclusions which they have delighted in explaining to colleagues, which they have proudly taught to others, and which they have woven, thread by thread, into the fabric of their lives."
