Mario;
I appreciate the response. I'm willing to say what I've read on problems between you and the SEC is not as damning as most people post.
My only other dealings with you were your statements on the IHub board regarding SCMI/MMXT. I realize it is only one stock but you have to admit...your statements on the SCMI board, compared to the reality of what has transpired, does not lead one to take you seriously/trust your perceptions in the future. Wouldn't you agree? If being loyal to a fault results in that many failed projections/statements regarding a company, why should anyone put stock in what you say.
Again...I only have personal knowledge of what you stated regarding SCMI, so maybe I'm not seeing the big picture. Maybe other stocks you handled IR for fared much better.
Could you tell me if you've ever answered/taken phone calls for HDY (or it's subsidiaries) or been hired to promote/inform/perform public relations functions for HDY (or it's subsidiaries)? Or is owning shares (if you do) the extent of your involvement?
Concerning HDY, what is your opinion on the hold up on the PSA? My thoughts are not enough Guinea hands have been greased yet.
Here's hoping for a PSA signing and drilling permits before the snow flies...here, not Guinea.
Again, thanks for responding.
G
You are correct...been out awhile.
Some would rather moan then research.
Good job TDJ
G
No problem...and it's a good question.
As you know, people often wonder why others post continuosly on a company board they profess to have no shares in. I thought it telling that you read from another SCMI poster of Mario's possible involvement in HDY and poof, you're here with a Mario post. It raises a question in my mind that your real beef may be with Mario...for some past transgression.
In case you missed my deleted post to you on the SCMI board, this board is not the place to ask your Mario question because it is seldom used. You need to go to the HDY board on InvestorVillage.com
Mario's being discussed all over the place at the moment...is he taking IR calls for HDY, is he not, who is he, etc. A very active board you might want to check out. However, they don't take kindly to perceived bashers. I thought it might be interesting to see how long you last over there.
So am I right? Have you had past dealings with Mario? Personally...I don't care for what I've seen/read of him so far and hope he is nowhere near HDY.
G
Thanks...
G
Cop out answer!
G
You wrote:
"Unfortunately management and paid consultants in all fairness are fair game for discussion purposes and I think everyone already knows about the poster of which you speak and his known tactics of being a nuisance in this regard."
Let's think about this for a second...management and paid consultants are fair game for discussion purposes...why, because they post/put out info with an agaenda in mind, trying to influence others to act/think the way they wish for their own purposes? At least we know their motivation and can factor it in to our DD.
How's what they do any different than what the poster we are discussing may be doing? It's been suggested numerous times on this board the poster of concern might have an agenda/ulterior motive. Therefore, how is info which may expose the motive behind the poster of concern's posts any less relevant to this board?
I don't understand.
G
So it's not SunnComm you have the problem with...it's Mario.
Interesting...could have some fun with this.
G
STEH...
Guess you'll flip/flop here to?
Beware MIV Tech posters...STEH flops hot to cold, cold to hot on stocks he owns.
And if this stock goes down and he loses money...he will trash any posters who still may own shares after he sells and takes his loss, continuing to post on a board he has no interest in because he can't take responsibility for his own investments.
G
yes...I am correct. And you agree I am in your post by stating "As far as a revenue producing product....ya they got a few bucks".
So again, Stehvestor either lied knowingly or made a mistake (haven't seen any acknowledgement of a mistake so...). Amazingly, I am put under scrutiny by you two for correcting wrong info put forward. I wonder why?
Why do you want to justify misfacts, wrong statements, etc. to get a point across to us other board members? Isn't that what you accuse SCMI/MMXT of doing all these years? You didn't like the companies doing it but it's ok for STEH?
Now really...
G
amazing...are you pretending to be ignorant that mmxt financials showed revenue produced by a SCMI product?
You can whine about it being not much or not enough to pay salaries but fact is your statement "they have never completed a revenue producing product to date" is factually not correct.
Again, are you getting to emotionally worked up over these stocks or did you "exaggerate" to make a point (stating something not true in the process)?
G
Guess you need to reread the financial statements again...if you ever have.
Your statement "they have never completed a revenue producing product to date" is factually wrong. You are letting your emotion jeopardize your credibility. But, in my opinion, you've gone beyond desiring to speak any truth regarding this company so you must think why not lie or make false statements...it's your right, am I correct?
G
This company is a piece of sh**. I'm gonna bad mouth it whenever I can. Management is a bunch of liars.
Oh by the way...I'm going to keep my shares in case it goes up!
There Steh...that about sums up your view so you don't half to clutter up the bandwidth posting the same old drivel.
Amazing there is someone who actually thinks trashing their investment helps them make money.
G
While googling "sequesterol review" I came upon a web page that was advertising for personnel for a Sequesterol infomercial for a production company in southern California. I copied the text below and attempted to put the URL at the end. The ad is dated Mon April 24, 2006 and states the testomonials shoot in the next 2 to 3 weeks. Looks like independent confirmation that the Sequesterol infomercial is being worked on...not just talked about.

Mediamax won't work sometimes with StarForce copy protection. Let's see what the heck StarForce is...

"Starforce DRM, Another Sony Rootkit?
Posted by Deren Smith on 21 March 2006 - 18:12 | 91 comments
After the Sony rootkit fiasco, you'd think that companies would have learned their lesson involving dangerous copy protection methods. Well according to some rather alarming news from cdfreaks.com, it appears that Starforce is following in the footsteps of the Sony’s now famous rootkit.
According to cdfreaks.com the anti-piracy system that Starforce is using installs a driver that runs at the highest level of access on the system. Meaning that this driver has access to basically all same things the operating system itself enjoys (hardware/drivers/processes). Further more this driver runs all the time, regardless of whether or not you are playing a game that used Starforce's DRM. If that wasn't enough to scare you, if the Starforce driver thinks it has detected suspicious activity relating to disc copying the driver will instantly reboot your computer without any notification.
Aside from restarting your computer whenever the driver thinks it detects suspicious activity, the Starforce driver can also interfere with certain device drivers. In fact it can interfere so bad that the device drivers will run in legacy PIO mode instead of DMA, this not only slows down you computer but also slows down the data transfer to affected hardware. As with the Sony rootkit, this Starforce driver will only install under Administrator privileges."
Kenco...I'm not too concerned.
G
And it shouldn't take you more than an hour to find it out for yourself.
See, I and several others on this board already know what those performance requirements are attached to the Jacobs shares. You, I would hope, have the ability to find it out if you really cared to. I choose not to do your work for you.
Now, you can come back with "groveswise didn't provide a link therefore I conclude there are no requirements Jacobs has to meet prior to cashing in the 10 million shares"...but you possibly thinking or stating that does not make it true?
I would repost the requirements if you wish to pay me for my time to do something you could easily do for yourself! Make an offer.
G
Neilbolton;
You failed to also include the performance requirement built into the Jacobs 10 million stock award.
Why is that? Did you not know of it? Did you know it but forgot about it? Or did you know of it but figured mentioning it would not promote a certain slant/opinion you were trying to convey?
G
kenco;
A little DD on your part would have turned up the following:
the restraining order was denied because "For the reasons stated on the record, the Court finding that Defendant has a remedy under A.R.S. §12-1580,
IT IS ORDERED denying Sunncomm’s Application for Temporary Restraining Order."
Looks to me the restraining order request by Sunncomm was denied because Suncomm has a remedy under Arizona Statute 12-1580.
A little further DD shows what the choices of remedy Suncomm has instead of the restraining order are:
12-1580. Objection to garnishment or answer; hearing
A. A party who has an objection to the writ of garnishment, the answer of the garnishee or the amount held by the garnishee or a party claiming an exemption from garnishment may, not later than ten days after the receipt of the answer, file a written objection and request for hearing. Copies of the objection shall be delivered to all parties to the writ at the time of filing the request for hearing form.
B. The hearing on an objection to the writ, answer or amount on a claim of exemption shall be commenced within five days of the request, not including weekends and holidays, but may be continued for good cause on terms the court deems appropriate after due consideration of the importance of the judgment debtor's rights and the need for a speedy determination. Good cause includes a situation in which the objection raised at the hearing is different from that set forth in the request for hearing. However, in no event shall the hearing be held later than ten days from the date of the request unless the request for a continuance is made by the judgment debtor.
C. A party requesting a hearing pursuant to this section is required to state the grounds for his objection in writing, but the objecting party is not limited to those written objections at the hearing conducted pursuant to this section.
D. The court shall notify the parties of the date and time of the hearing at least two days, not including weekends and holidays, before the date of the hearing.
E. The prevailing party may be awarded costs and attorney fees in a reasonable amount determined by the court. The award shall not be assessed against nor is it chargeable to the judgment debtor, unless the judgment debtor is found to have objected to the writ solely for the purpose of delay or to harass the judgment creditor.
***************************************
A little more DD shows Suncomm, from this case, owes the following based on court judgement:
Judgments
Date (F)or / (A)gainst Amount Frequency Type Status
12/15/2004 F: Btek Software Inc $8,202.82 One Time Costs
A: Sunncomm Inc
12/15/2004 F: Btek Software Inc $10,411.49 One Time Costs
A: Sunncomm Inc
12/15/2004 F: Btek Software Inc $79,314.75 One Time Attorney Fee
A: Sunncomm Inc
12/15/2004 F: Btek Software Inc $115,334.16 One Time Interest
A: Sunncomm Inc
12/15/2004 F: Btek Software Inc $384,447.23 One Time Principal
A: Sunncomm Inc
11/1/2004 F: Maricopa County Creditor $779.76 One Time Judgment for Jury Fees Satisfied
A: Sunncomm Inc
In case you don't have access to your calculator this totals $598490.21 of which $779.76 is paid.
*******************************
Are you telling me you know for a fact Sunncomm doesn't have access to this amount once it goes through all the appeals/etc. and they still have to pay? Or are you making one of your off the cuff, not based on facts statements again?
G
Sunnyday;
Thanks for the reply...just read it (12/12/05 2:30 PM my time) so won't relay any thoughts on what the price will do today (since today is almost done).
My thoughts are we appear to be close to being the only game in town for now. I'm willing to take the chance (with my money) that we will go up from here. Heck, once I saw that Peter doesn't get to cash in his 10 million shares for 10 cents until after the S4 is filed (or the merge...I forget which requirement it is at the moment)...I know if I were Peter I'd sure work my butt a little faster to get it done for the 1 million dollar payout. About time to see pay tied to results.
Also, I think alot of people don't understand what type of committment the company demonstrated to get the software corrections out as quick as they did. And what a slick move it was involving the people discovering the security vulnerabilities in the fixes.
And lastly, looking at past share price history...do you think the share price will pop up from current levels sometime in the near future? I do.
G
Sunnyday...what are you ranting about?
I've owned this stock over 3 years...accumulating at various points along the way. I'm bullish on the product. I have no idea what your post is trying to insinuate. Heck...I can't even make out some of the words! Certainly don't know why your throwing the cheap shots around just because I'm thanking people for selling there shares allowing me to pick some more up.
Take a cold shower for pete's sake.
G
I want to thank those of you selling to allow me to pick up several large blocks of shares between .014 and .0169, This allowed me to significantly lower my average cost. Those that missed the opportunity or hesitated...oh well, keep chattering on line.
Once again, thanks!
G
My bad...replied to the wrong message. Sorry. Least I got the right board so not totally senile!
G
Greg99
Tobacco companies got sued for what people voluntarily did with their product...and lost.
All sorts of gun manufacturers are fearing they're next. Several suits are already on the docket.
You don't think, in today's sue happy climate, no one will attempt to sue Apple if someone crashes while watching ipod video?
Forget about McDonalds losing the suit when a customer spilled their hot coffee on themselves?
G
I'd get off my duff for a million dollars!
G
To all;
In case you missed it, this about Mr. Clement was in one of the links previously.
Kevin Clement is the Senior Director, New Technology, for BMG Music. Since joining BMG in 2000, he has helped pioneer their digital music distribution business, CD copy management initiatives and the
company's strategy in the area of new formats. Most recently he was responsible for producing 12 DVD-Audio
titles for such artists as Santana, Foo Fighters, Britney Spears, Usher, Outkast and many more.
In addition, anybody catch in the filing that Peter has a financial incentive to complete the merger? Think I read 10 million shares go to Peter which post merge company will buy back at guaranteed .10/share. If I'm reading that right, that's a million dollar incentive to get the companies merged.
Thoughts?
G
jrinphx;
You take my post as "challenging" when I was simply asking you to back up your statement with actual releases now listed pon the Sunncomm site which are not on commercial releases.
Your expressed view "As we've seen, many releases on the 'list' apparently are only a Pre-release protection because they don't appear to find their way to be on the 'in store' product" differs from my DD. Was simply looking to see if you had any recent backing for your statement (actual release names listed) or if you were just making an emotional statement out of frustration.
As you know, if Sunncomm's list presently contains (again I might add) a significant number of noncommercial releases, that is a concern to us all.
Interesting how you failed to address my question or support your previous statement with actual release titles vice challenging me.
Guess I have to conclude, IMO, your post was made out of frustration and you have no actual titles to back it up. In other words...wasted reading.
G
jrinphx;
You wrote "As we've seen, many releases on the "list" apparently are only a Pre-release protection because they don't appear to find their way to be on the 'in store' product".
Please name the releases now on Sunncomm's list that you've researched by verifying MMXT technology is not on the commercial release.
You stated "many"...that is subjective. Please give us the names of the actual releases in dispute so we may see how large a problem this is...
Or did you not do any actual investigating and you are just stating an opinion?
G
alj14...
you say "also that one QTIG share will become one new MMXT".
Qtig is already MMXT. I own MMXT at this very minute whether we merge or not.
Still have SCMI shares too...
Gregg...you raise some interesting points.
Sahd...no merger I have herad of is based on market cap...any examples in real life?

Haber Team to Visit Ghana and Introduce Environmentally Friendly Gold Extraction HGP Process; Demonstration of Technology in Africa Begins Worldwide Launch
BAYONNE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 16, 2003--Haber, Inc. (OTC: HABE), a New Jersey-based company with proprietary technology for analytical instrumentation and the environmentally friendly processing of gold-bearing ores, announced today that a Haber Inc. team led by President and COO Albert B. Conti is scheduled to visit Ghana this month to introduce the Haber Gold Process (HGP) to the African continent.
"This is the beginning of our worldwide effort to introduce Haber and HGP to the gold mining community," Conti said.
The purpose of the trip is to conduct a real-time demonstration of HGP and to explore the interest of the various parties in the use of the technology throughout Africa. Haber's agent to Ghana, Kwame Apea, a well-known Ghanaian entrepreneur, has been coordinating all activities in the country, the second-largest gold producer on the continent, after South Africa.
Meetings have been scheduled with the King of the Ashanti Empire, the Ghanaian Minister of Mines, the Ghana Minister of Trade and Industry, the Ghana Chamber of Mines, and various other government and local officials. The Ghana Chamber of Mines, made up of a number of mining companies, will be among those invited to the demonstrations. Visits are also scheduled to a number of gold mining operations.
One of the demonstrations will compare the HGP and the cyanide gold retraction process in real time. The purpose will be to demonstrate the advantage of the environmentally friendly HGP relative to speed and toxicity. It is anticipated that a number of interested parties will be invited to visit the Haber, Inc, Pilot and Laboratory facilities in Florida for follow-up discussions and piloting specific ores of interest.
About Haber, Inc.
Haber, Inc. is a high technology process development company with proprietary technologies in extractive metallurgy and electrochemical separations. These technologies include the company's Haber Gold Process (HGP), a chemical system discovered by Norman Haber, the chairman of the company, for the hydrometallurgical extraction of gold from its ores. The Haber Gold Process is both non-toxic and more efficient than conventional solvents such as cyanide. This technology accelerates the gold extraction rate and may increase gold recovery from its ores by a substantial factor. The company's Electromolecular Propulsion (EMP) technology is an electrochemical process that enables the electrically controlled movement or positioning of a variety of different molecules. It is distinguished from the techniques of electrophoresis and chromatography by its wide variety of potential applications and the greater speed and control of the results. dls...sorry to no longer see your posts on raging bull.
quite the rumors flying around now, aren't there? at least some of the name calling has subsided and people seem to be debating the stock itself.
it will be interesting to see how this all plays out. was going to buy some more shares but I think I'll wait a bit and see what transpires.
on the one hand it seems Sally's opinions/predictions aren't to bad to swallow...I mean it seems maybe EMP is actually going to have some backers with a plan...and 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing.
on the other hand I have no experience with reverse splits, why they happen, or if they'll help us or hurt us.
and lastly, those mysterious preferred shares, how do I get me some of them? or are they all bought up? and what power is there in owning them if they have no voting rights and EMP goes to a private company offshoot?
to many questions...my head hurts. good night all!
