Cajun, caddy is a challenged person/ PAB and seems only fit to point out negative disclaimer info that is required of any company that shows no revenue or net income. You have pharmaceutical companies that show huge losses and are an ongoing concerns as well unless they continue to get loans, sell stock, etc. Maybe he should go chart something on another board.

theres no doubt that PK has received info back a while ago on the prer14c. The sec takes only a couple weeks to review it and get it back. So I would figure PK should be filing the def 14 c soon.

I dont think we will see 10k until Monday or Teusday next week.

So its Klamkas fault that the mm's kept pushing the stock up for grsr. Tell me how that is. I do beleive grsr is a good stock, but no one knows about it. Every CEO has failures and success. What makes a great CEO is learning from your failures.

Well My going rate for doing research is $250 hour with a minimum $500.

The stock used to trade as well. Maybe the new CEO can hire some Pr people to spread the word about the company to give the shareholders some value to their stock. So we dont have to hear the wild theories as to why we are at .05 x .09 and hardly trading.

when have i ever pumped this stock? I only reported many times how volume kept increasing. I never told anyone to buy. And usually when there's volume, somethings happening behind the scenes. So you're saying newbies are dumb naive investors. You say the dd is obvious. well where is it? the stock price isnt controlled by a ceo. Its controlled by the mm's and by demand. If a stock takes off and there isnt much reason for it being in the price range it's at, then the mm's will correct it. Maybe you should be pissed at them. Heres another question? Hypothetical.

Say there are shares sold short in a company. Now say there is a ticker change and the company has outstanding shares of 5 million shares and authorized shares of 7 million shares. The company changes the ticker symbol and cusip. All these brokers start sending info to the stock transfer company of how many shares they need for their clients accounts. The stock transfer company receives requests for 8 million shares.

Does the company have to issue more than the 5 million shares which is the outstanding shares? Does the company have to issue more than their authorized shares? Or would the company never receive a request for more shares than the company has outstanding?

Ask yourself, why would these people getting shares of stock for monies owed to them take the stock and call it a day. If i was owed money and thought nothing was coming down the pipe, i wouldnt take this stock. Obviously these people receiving shares to settle debt must believe something is coming. Cause otherwise theyre saying give me this worthless stock and ill call it even. I dont think theyre saying that. These people that are taking this stock obviously believe that it will be worth something.
