Don't worry 2Foolish2, you will keep all the new shares.
Instead of 25% dividend Medify did 4:5 forward split, so no record day was in play. Best wishes and good luck!!!
Got your e-mail. On Rushnet read Rushnet board post #23622.
All pinkies are about the same. It takes much longer time for everything to materialize, but I think they are moving in a right direction. 2007 will show the picture for MDFY, RSHN and PYPR. Will hold all. IMHO
Doc, check my private e-mail to you and let me know what you think please.
Poker, Medify should be far behind pilots time and entering into income territory. Still a very interesting document.
Thank you Sidney.
Geetar, I would really like to get answers on my questions please. In my opinion they are very important and could give some clarity to coming situation with Medify.
Also with all these changes in Medify I still would like to see any positive step toward investors.
Medify it is time respond to your investors NOW and to show that you are trying to become a real company and not a BSCO any more.

iPod access to health records launched in US
22 Dec 2006
New software called HealthFrame 2.1 has been launched in the US allowing patients to access their personal health records using an iPod.
HealthFrame is described as a software system designed to permanently record, organise and help users, and those to whom they permit access, to understand their personal health more easily and completely. Suppliers, Records for Living claim “2.1 is the only commercially available personal health record to support iPod connectivity.”
Simone Pringle, president and founder of Records for Living, told E-Health Insider: “When considering this upgrade we tried hard to deal with connectivity issues. The main resource used by clinicians on the move was USB keys, but these had clear disadvantages. They could only be read on PCs and risked bringing infection onto the computer.”
The move towards connecting to iPods came as the development team at Records for Living realised that the iPod was commonly used by teenagers and could make the transportation of medical records much easier.
Pringle added: “In the US, teenagers are a group facing medical problems due to lifestyle effects. We realised that most of them do carry iPods on them and use them on a daily basis. They don’t carry USB keys on them outside of school and you can’t make them carry things they don’t want to, so using an iPod to carry medical information on seemed perfect.
“We used iPod Notes functions to create a system that could pull together medical records and compress them to fit the screen of a standard iPod. The notes are composed into a hierarchical status and so if they need to go into hospital, then they can give staff their notes using their beloved iPods!”
Using the system, access to medical notes becomes simpler for patients and clinicians.
Pringle explained: “With the click of a button, HealthFrame 2.1 users can transfer to their iPods emergency contact information, provider and medication lists, known allergies, and other pertinent health-related information. The idea is for you to have access to your health records, under your control, always accessible, anywhere and anytime.”
Records for Living argue that the HealthFrame 2.1 will make accessing patient records less intrusive. Data will be saved on the players’ hard drive and can easily be synchronised to PCs, or read off the screen.
The system supports the Continuity of Care Record (CCR) industry standard, which enables clinicians and patients to exchange medical records more easily. It has been developed by the American Society for Testing and Materials International (ASTM) and backed by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
Dr Richard Peters, managing director and chair of the ASTM E31 Healthcare Informatics committee said: “Standards-based web services and data interoperability, supported by Records for Living’s HealthFrame 2.1 and the freely distributed HealthFrame Viewer, will have a strong positive impact on health care quality and patient safety – a key role for Personal Health Records.”
The vendors say they have received good feedback on the iPod connectivity feature and Pringle told EHI that there had been interest from UK companies who had heard of the product.

Herbie, also don't forget Voice 2 Voice. This is why I put these questions to Geetar. If bought by Medify and really has income it should help significantly.
Happy Holidays and better luck in 2007 with Medify to all.
Sidney, thanks for posting. Like I said before the next 3 months are going to be the most important ones for Medify yet.
MERRY CHRISTMAS to you!
Hi Geetar, thanks for coming back to us.
Here is my post with questions:
"there are 2 things if you could possibly check out for me please:
1st, why there isn't any big announcements are made by NHS or in any UK press so far?
2nd, is Voice 2 Voice officially being bought by Medify and will their income show up in Medify's next quarterly report, and if any buyout of Medify will Voice 2 Voice be included in it?
Thank you for your efforts."
As far as your recent post I would like to stay optimistic,BUT...
Medify is reading boards, BUT so far I still have to see the prove that they care about what they read. There are plenty of good ideas and suggestions, BUT they prefer good ideas to build their profits. They are the only people who can sell at the profit and they do. As far as investing somewhere else most of us invested all we could and more than we should in Medify based on false information and promisses. Also, still waiting for any real info from new marketing guy, BUT I may only hope to see it. BUT hope is all we did and do.
Geetar, I could go BUT and BUT for a long time, BUT it doesn't change anything. So I'm not rushing to any lawyers by now, BUT I can understand why some people would do it. Being in 6 digits number in my loss by now I can only hope.
If you can bring to us ANY MEANINGFUL POSITIVE AND PROVED NEWS it would make us much less frustrated.
Happy Holidays to you, your contact, and all Medify's guys and girls. May THE NEW 2007 year will be THE HAPPY ONE for us, INVESTORS.
Solidgold
And to you as well.
I say next 3 months are going to be bery interesting. The saga will continue.
Something to read:
Never has healthcare computing been in the news as much as it has over 2006. Unfortunately it was rarely for the right reasons, as the national media focused on the travails of the NHS IT programme and fanned fears over the confidentiality of patient records.
If you were to weigh the implementations delivered by the NHS IT programme then the scales look impressive. But as NHS IT survivor, Richard Granger, acknowledged, not all Connecting for Health (CfH) implementations are equal. Missing from the litany of statistics offered by the agency were the key systems required to deliver its promises on integrated clinical record systems were missing.
Frustrating and confidence-sapping delays have remained a constant of the programme in 2006 as implementation schedules – albeit with some notable exceptions – headed south and kept on going. In July the local service providers (numbering four then) promised to install 22 new patient administration systems to acute hospitals by the end of October; they managed four.
Despite the National Programme for IT running two years late and forecasting doubled costs the National Audit Office found much to praise in CfH. Key contractors, however, have not fared so well with the faltering programme: Accenture decided it was better to pay to leave than bear the cost of staying; and iSoft is a shadow of the company it was at the start of the year.
As the year ends CfH is being re-invented to ensure 'local ownership', and by March next year all NHS trusts must produce an IT strategy. One of the key developments to watch for in 2007 will be how much these depart from the priorities CfH has set and whether they can be delivered within the current LSP contracts.
EHI will be back on 5 January - until then we wish all our readers a very merry Christmas and happy New Year.
Thank you for being nice and honest. MY VERY BEST WISHES TO YOU AND YOURS!!! GO MEDIFY GO!!! GO UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was thinking about answering Nik's e-mail to me, but after reading today's posts so far I decided against it.
It will not change anything at this time, so hopefully Nik will do much better in the future. He knows what investors are looking for. Good luck and best wishes to you Nik.
I will also think twice before posting anything from anyone from Medify to me on this board.
To some of the people who posted this morning I would advise to go back and read your previous posts. Than if you take an honest look on these you should realize that you too as everyone else here become bipolar long time ago. This is not your fault, it calls being Medified.
To Geetar who ever you are as I see it no one run you out from this board. Your info is always helpful, and I'm still waiting for response to my last questions. Thank you again.
I hope I didn't offend anyone, and I wish you all Happy Holidays.
Solidgold
It's all looks like sh..t so far. No one is able to confirm anything positive, and PPS is not lying.
Clancy, best of luck to you. Stop by, as story to be continued.
Hello Turpinator,
Congratulations on your new grandson!!! My very best wishes to you and all your family in the NEW YEAR !!!
I hope that in the NEW YEAR everyone will get that they deserve in our Medify venture.
Sincerely yours,
Solidgold.
Just to be fair to everyone and Medify I'm posting the response from Nik.
W/o going much into what I think about it I would ask him: "Why it took my letter to be send to you to get a slightly more meaningful response from you than your original Weekly Bulletin?" But I thank you for response. MY BIGGEST HOPE THAT I WOULDN'T HAVE TO WRITE AND SEND THESE UNPLEASANT LETTERS ANY MORE. Also, that at some point we are all will be more happy with investing in Medify than we are now. Here it is:
Nick: Thank you for your recent communication. I have decided to answer your message by responding to each of your points. Please see my comments in between yours below. I hope you find this useful.
Best Regards
Nik
To Nik Ellwood, Head of Sales and Marketing.
Much to say about nothing.
This is how I would name your 1st Weekly Investors Bulletin.
Nik: Thank you for your feedback. Should I take it that you wish to be removed from the bulletin distribution list?
1. Medify "has been involved IN THE PROCESS OF ENGAGEMENT with the first multi-site PCT".
I thought that we have been passed this stage by now unless the enemy resistance still remains very strong.
Nik: Incorrect. Up until now the sales pattern we have seen involves engagement of the product by one site within a PCT. Once proved how effective the system is with one site other customers within the PCT appear rapidly.
2. "Leading Marketing company ENGAGED in the US market." Did you concur already UK, Italy, Spain, Germany,Far East and Latin America so you can send some of your battalions to "ENGAGE" in USA by now? Than why we have only YOUR rumors about your achievements and UK and the rest of the world press remains so quite? If you have "to book" your articles in Public Health Service Review than looks like your achievements so far are not so impressive "despite SIGNIFICANT news issued last week".
Nik: Very interesting point. However, let me give you an example that may help to expand your knowledge on this subject. Most magazines work on at least a two month lead time. So, the instant PR cannot appear. Additionally, as demonstrated in the past by Medify, if PR is not planned and targeted to have a certain effect then any potential impact will wane and disappear in record time, not only having a negative effect on the share price but also having very little effect in growing product awareness.
3."Development and construction of MedifyRemote.com has started." My congrats on this and wonders on how you manage to sell to new users signing "everyday" so far w/o it?!
Nik: At the moment there are three people working flat out on the enquiries that come in. There are potentially 250,000 users just in the UK. If a demonstration of the product takes 20 minutes it would take 3472 days (496 weeks (or 9.5 years)) to demonstrate the product to our prospective customer base. Therefore it would make more sense, would you agree, to have a portal where anyone who is interested in the product (who may, for instance, have seen it in an article or an advertisement such as Public Health Service Review) can go, view a demonstration of the product online (see the point below) and then buy the product all in one visit?
4. "An introduction to Medify remote" DVD shows that you are not forgetting that huge money still can be made in Hollywood. I could recommend myself and some other longtime shareholders for the being Medifyed characters. And don't pay anyone in real money, just print more shares and split.
Nik: Pretty much covered in the above. So far we have learned that once someone has seen the product in use they are convinced of it’s effectiveness. Therefore the DVD is designed to demonstrate the product to a large audience in the most efficient manner. The DVD will be utilized in a direct marketing campaign, at exhibitions and through partner marketing programmes currently being agreed. It will also be streamed on the new sales website, MedifyRemote.com. Again this part of an integrated marketing campaign to achieve maximum impact and sales.
5. Oh yes, "shorting activity", you can always blame this one while you continue to print and sell new shares.
Nik: The boards view that the stock price is being “naked shorted” is supported by the recent activity surrounding the share price.
6. "New communications strategy implemented"? I see nothing new. Just precisely nothing about nothing.
Nik: The new communications strategy is designed to be truthful, and deliver real, factual news to the market when it happens, rather than rely on promises that may or may not happen. However, the downside of this is that people then complain because the company does not issue news everyday. Conventional listed companies do not list news every day, or even every week.
7."The new strategy is designed to allow maximum time for key company personnel to focus on core objectives". Now this really GOOD NEWS! GO FOR IT!!!
Nik: Thank you for your support. The more time that we can focus on delivering revenues, solid marketing and PR the better.
Solidgold,
your long time shareholder who is siting in solid sh..t with this investment so far.
Investor Relations
Medify Solutions Limited
MEDIFY, investor's patient is running short. You have to start answering hard questions now! NO MORE BS!
Geetar, where are you? Say something.
IAN and JONATHAN< TAKE A LOOK AT PREVIOUS POST # 14709,
IT SHOULD TELL YOU EVERYTHING!
Only when they will sell @ .25.
@.0021. Stay corrected. Thanks.
The target is not important any more, no one believes in it.
Paying customers with numbers proven by the 3rd party!
Was lucky to pick up some @ .0021. Was filled right away.
Very good news indeed.
With full and truth discloser this stock WOULD NEVER start trading at the prices it did. By now at the penny's we would still be all up.
Still waiting for Geetar to provide some answers.
The problem with Medify is that right from the beginning they chose a path of lies, misrepresentations and broken promises. They would achieve much more with truthfulness, cautious assessments and full discloser.
Their investors would respect them, wouldn't be disappointed, and it would be reflected in a much higher PPS by now.
Thanks Doc. If I can improve than there is still hope for Medify. LOL

Solidgold,

Doc, it seems to me that these candies are made in Ukraine. Don't now much about Ukrainian candies these days. As far as liquor the Ukrainian main one called "gorilka" (like Ukrainian vodka) from the Russian word "goret" that means to burn. Based on your description and somebody bumping into the wall it could be the one. But basically it's like feeling Medifyed for everyone else to understand it.
Lemonade? It tastes more like water, but not pure one.
I would expect much more "substance" by now, but got nothing instead. Not surprised.
Lets see if Geetar can bring any news today. The more Medify say the less I understand.
This is a big difference between 25% dividend paid to holders on Nov. 30 and 5:4 split.
Split is not taxable and applied to all shares w/o holding record day applied. But price should be ajusted from 20c to 16c.
Good luck to all.
And of course we have to "doveryai no proveryai" (trust but verify), so we STILL NEED PARTNERS and UK PR's.
HAPPY HANUKKAH !!! GREAT WEEKEND TO EVERYONE !!!
VERY BEST WISHES TO MEDIFY AND MEDIFYERS !!!

Considering everything going on with this company it will be no effect on PPS. Today PPS is moving based on other matters discussed on this board and some unknown ones. Good luck.
