this shows how idiot this former NEOM CEO was.QR code about to explode worldwide and this guy kind of weak bashing since he found a job after long unemployment.why AT&T didn't hire him.
NEOM damaged greatly from this guy and now LM doing great job.

Great article, but I would like to voice a few insights in my reply.
The first is that QR codes will have a much longer shelf life than most would expect in relation to the introduction of NFC. NFC Handset must first become the norm or at least NFC SIM cards. This may happen sooner in the USA/Asia and Europe however it may take some time in developing nations.
Secondly, QR Code gamification. QR codes have much to offer marketers who think creatively about closed loop solutions. This is where QR codes can act as the entry link to geo location games/promotions that use multiple mobile platforms such as facebook, foursquare, twitter etc to interact and reward participants. Rewards can be in the form of 2D barcodes that need to be scanned at a venue or retail outlet to reveal the reward although on device codes can also be used if scanning a 2D code is not an option.
Finally, why does everybody keep saying that you need a smartphone to engage with QR codes? This is simply not the case. Anyone with WAP or Mobile Web access and a 3.2MP or higher mobile phone camera can scan QR codes. NeoMedia provide the best QR code reader available and the process of getting the reader to the handset is painless. The NeoReader not only looks up the compatibility of the handset request but if the the handset is not compatible a return SMS will include a direct click-thru link to the content. So there is no disappointment factor. My business is in South Africa and as you can imagine the handsets are not as current as might be found in the USA or Europe, however interaction with QR codes is very popular here and in other African countries we currently work in.
Sentiment : Strong Buy
the reason NEOM pps will be at +.30 to up to .60 in coming months is b c finally QR going for dramatic mass adoption.
this is very long article from my city Las Vegas business press but I paste the QR part and see AT&T all over this as next big social networking...

FUTURE OF APPS
Abhi Ingle sees a future in which businesses won't have to worry about cramming a lot of text on a print ad or flier. The AT&T vice president tries to preach that vision to companies around the country while promoting AT&T's codes and smartphone code-scanning app.
For what Ingle calls a nominal fee, companies can buy a code for AT&T and the telecom giant registers it for the business, thus safeguarding it from theft.
"This isn't just for scanning quick-response codes, but it can be used for scanning data or ID bar codes," he said. "Just think of all the new codes. In the old world, it was, 'Call this 1-800 number.' Think about this new paradigm today."
Quality- or quick-response codes, also known as QR codes, are increasingly popping up on products, ads and other brochures. The codes work similarly to a traditional bar or universal product code, but have a square shape and a different pattern.
Those who have AT&T's iPhone code scanner can use the app to go right to the website after scanning the QR code.
Merlin Contracting, a Las Vegas-based custom homebuilder, recently added a QR code to all its marketing materials and brochures, said Erica Morrison, who directs Merlin's marketing and online promotions.
"It cost us practically nothing," she said. "All we had to do was get somebody from IT to customize a code for us. It was easy."
The proliferation of smartphones encouraged Merlin to add the new technology, she added.
"So many people have iPhones, it made sense to make it easy for them to go right to our website from their phones."
Since Merlin's app experiment is only about a month old, Morrison said it is still too early to assess its results.
Merlin did not register its QR code with AT&T, but Ingle strongly encourages code users to pay a little money and play it safe.
"That way, nobody can hijack your code or steal it," Ingle said.
Ingle warned that unscrupulous parties might want to redirect another company's traffic to their own websites. Registering the code with AT&T prevents that from happening.
The additional charges from AT&T include one based on traffic generated by the QR code, which can be as little as $10 per every 100,000 visitors.
Businesses should realize that codes have a variety of uses beyond simply linking to a website. Among them: Linking the smartphone user to different companies offering a similar product via a scan of the product's code. Coupons can also be posted on sites linked to the code, Ingle said.
Still, businesses should not be lulled into thinking that they need only to set up a code, he added.
"You need to have a mobile website for your companies, because your traditional website won't fit right on a phone app," Ingle said.
The hassle of creating a mobile website for a company is well worth the reward, he said.
If Japan is any example, smartphones and their code-scanning apps are far from a fad, Ingle said.
"In Japan, 97 to 98 percent of the people have code scanners in their phones. People are having a love affair with their phones."
can't wait to see godaddy tv/online advertising where they show QR code and mention take a pic to see the rest.it's coming.
clearly shows you few old time so call longs are confuse since game plan changed and basically the old game isn't about repeat by pps going down to single penny and the pop few fold on news and partecipation of momo's.well few things changed since.
QR/code about to go main street for mass adoption and if you didn't notice NEOM operate in this sector and has valuble patents.
big brand name players(AT&T today)launch/start or about to start mass awareness/campaign/enrollment/of technology.increase use of advance smartphones..again NEOM is here to benefit as buyout target or licensing it's patents.
NEOM pps few days or couple weeks will be in accumulation level but sooner then later will explode to teens and then higher base of news/events.good luck to all
that's why he is getting upset from newbies(buying in .04's)and not letting pps goes down to .03 as he wish.
NEOM pps will be at .30's to .60's in few months.
sorry just newbie opinion.

groupon rejected $6 bil offer from google and recently valued at 16 bil-25 bil then LNDK a day of IPO reached market cap of $10 bil.....
MSFT acquired 1.6% of facebook for $240 mil again only 1.6% for $240 mil.social networking brand names are like a owning huge gold mind.if QR code sector goes main street then with NEOM we will have huge story.NEOM very very attractive to big/small/aggressive/traders.couple pr's will turn NEOM to trading stock for months and pps will go up and down few pennies a day.base of what happen to PVSP financing(someone acquired 16m debt at discount and then converting at .25 bla bla bla)you never know maybe look a like scenario here with YA comes with reduction of a/s shares to 500 mil from 5 bil and conversion at .25(all debt with interest to common).
NEOM will have a lot of events in coming months.
YA people aren't that stupid to pump $ monthly and then convert/dilute in cheap in order to make or get back some as interest.things may change soon.there is a bigger pie here.
I only heard about groupon 2 months ago when start trading a loser LOCM and ask from 10 friends all techi/traders/golf players and no one new nothing or never heard of getting discounted coupon from internet sites as groupon or livesocial but as we see groupon had 3 mil rev 2 years ago with few subs but now talking about 600m rev and 80 mil subs.
QR code sector at this day is like 2 years ago of coupon offering or just the start of going main street.
NEOM potential enormes.hundred's of traders monitoring NEOM as mobile advertising play and extremely especulative and pps could surge dramatically.this pps of .05 will be gone soon and watch for pps of .030's and .60's
there was a bio/device stock imgg that in sept 09 pps took off from .04 to high of $1.85 just b c was especulative(still waiting for device approval).I know my English place me as newbie and pipe dreamer but trading pink/penny stocks all about a sweet especulative story/attractive/futuristic/positive/flying object and there are buyers out there.like a fiction movie/3D
in all stock market there are only hand full of penny stocks that made in big league..UTA(halted)kitd-siri few of them from pennies reached to dollars but 99% just became fail story.
NEOM has a chance just b c of the sector and potential patents that been challenged twice and contravertial lender that keep pumping $$ for some reason(maybe see the big pie).
look at ACTC a stem cell player with 1.5 bil o/s at .20 pps just especulative and that's all....NEOM much better sector and more especulative.I'm very positive on NEOM pps potential.GLTA
after close L2 ask jumped to .055
I believe there are a force of big players or few little aggressive hedg funds see neom as huge especulative mobile play and possible follow SIRI pad(NEOM becomes trading stock for good period of time).good luck to all....getting ready for caribbean vacation in few days for a month but will have access to PC no worry.
NEOM huge especulative mobile play in stock market and just one pr could skyrock pps in to .20's again.
a lot of big players monitoring NEOM pps.
177k on bid .05 for 1/2 hour,no seller and today and yesterday early sellers were short sellers.they are confused what to do(cover or short more).
agree,one meaty pr and
IMO after the last run we should make it to .30's this time.
NEOM/IHUB/LONGS...I understand base of history of NEOM pps performance(your all expert to know)you follow to trade NEOM base of YA dilution(basically more dilition/lower pps)and sell it on run up(news+momo)but this time things looks crazy.pps jumped 2000% and now doesn't go down as you thought and possible could get crazy again.basically your all confuse...well I'm big gambler in attractive/unique/mobile info penny stocks and take risk/reward.
50k investment here so far or lose 50%-80% or gain 2000%
so please don't get mad of my comments and know my English sxxxks.
possible NEOM hits .07 today ?
diamondteh,so base what you say NEOM a strong sell here ? or you think there will be light at the end of tunell ?
streetstylz-those cenversion are two years ago before 1/100 r/s why you bring up ?you were part of that but I'm new investor and what you trying to say I don't buy NEOM or trying to help me or show your hate from YA ?
so basically years of litigations, patent been challenged twice,NEUSTAR bil $ company trying to build ecosystem/will succeed or not but(using NEOM)for reason and MobileTag b c of CEO and Ebay afraid not to be sued by NEOM.if NOEM patents a worthless base of what you saying then Ebay afraid of what ?to be sue by NEOM ?sue for what ?
why MSFT isn't afraid or actually should be afraid ?
I believe you could be a good attorney for divorce or home modification.do you think there will be a 8-k by AT&T about licensing NEOM patents ? do you think AT&T will follow Ebay steps?
then for what reason MobileTag signed licensing agreement with NEOM ? if AT&T see no need of using NEOM patents then why Ebay signed licensing agreement?
royalties and then a percentage of revenue generated by Mobile Tag through the use of our barcode ecosystem patent portfolio within a defined field of use in the United States.
pop, thanks for reply.. AT&T using MobileTag and NEOM having licensing agreement with MobileTag just add more fire that NEOM patents has huge potential.I'm sure AT&T knew that MobileTag have signed licensing agreement with NEOM before signing with MobileTag.
and Ebay signed but knew about AT&T-MobileTAG-NEOM connection.
MSFT history always been solo.late to the game, domination, and ultimately will face consequence, especially if we get kind of confirmation that NEOM will benefit $$ from AT&T-MobileTag launch of 2D barcode......Vegas heat today at 105 and we still in june.
pop, this so called article or what ever you want to call is for you to read and post your take(onest I didn't understand anything).http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:YHfOS8o-gKMJ:mobilemarketingfail.com/2010/11/12/att-has-its-own-barcode-fail/+at%26t+2d+qr+neoreader&cd=8&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us&source=www.google.com
If you’ve read many of the FAILs on this site you won’t be very surprised to see another one tied to the use of a QR (Quick Response) code. That is, unless it comes from one of the largest mobile companies on the planet.
MediaPost has an ad running (or did) in its November 10 edition of the MobileMarketingDaily email publication. The entire email (well, the three prominent ads in it) appeared to be
AT&T Barcode Banner Ad
dedicated to a promotion for Mobile Barcodes from AT&T (Mobility). I was curious about this, wondering if AT&T was trying to commercialize a technology that is for all intents and purposes free. So, of course, I clicked one of the ads.
I was presented with a rather nice flash-based landing page promoting the AT&T Mobile Barcode Service. The main thrust of the page is to get you to watch a video. On the main landing page there’s a video for marketers and on the “Experience” page the video teaches consumers about mobile barcodes. Oddly, neither of the videos or the site use the term ‘QR code’, which made me wonder if the lawyers made them strike it for potential copyright issues.
The other call-to-action, aside from the standard request for more info, is “Want to scan this barcode? Click here.”
Cool! Ok. I clicked and out popped a fairly large image of a barcode/QR code and beneath it instructions to “..visit http://scan.mobi on your Smartphone to download the free code scanner app.” Do I really need to download a new reader? I already have 4 barcode scanners on my HTC Hero but one is for Microsoft Tag and the other is built into a Best Buy app. MS Tag is clearly different – to me, at least – and the Best Buy app probably only works on consumer products, though I don’t really know. I’ve had good luck with NeoReader scanning barcodes in magazines and such so I popped open NeoReader. One of the AT&T videos mentioned using barcodes in magazines so this seems to make sense. Scanning the code NeoReader said it found: “Code: 5415400001005399?. That’s funny, I usually get a URL. Oh well. I select ‘continue’ and let the app do the work. I end up on the NeoReader site, www.qode.com, where I see an error message saying that the code is invalid.
Hmm.. Maybe I’ll try a different scanner. I try the ShopSavvy app. Nope. ShopSavvy doesn’t even recognize it as a barcode at all. Grrr.. Do I really need to use the scanning app that AT&T told me about from scan.mobi? Seriously? No, I won’t, and neither will most people.
FAIL.
There is no way that QR codes are going to proliferate if each style of code requires its own scanner. To be fair, however, I downloaded the scan.mobi app, which is proudly provided by MobileTag, and it worked perfectly. Great. Now I have 5 barcode readers.
***************************************************************************
What could have saved this campaign?
Well, it isn’t really a campaign as much as it is a puzzling decision to use a technology that requires it’s own scanner/reader. But there is the issue. Why would the second largest mobile operator in the U.S. use a proprietary technology or, at best, a technology that is not compatible with others in the market? The only thing that will save this is to make the barcodes they’ve committed to scanable by other barcode readers. They may, indeed, have the best barcode technology and reader but at this point they need compatibility; too many smartphone holders have a scanner app already installed.
Oddly, the ad in the MediaPost email that I clicked on was no longer available 4 hours after I received it. Clicking on it takes you to the MediaPost CMS platform provider, adtechus.com. Maybe AT&T discovered their problem?

imagine a nice girl with QR on her T-Shirt or on her jeans basically free advertising for her business or products to people that take her QR picture with their cell phones....
imagine your are looking for rental business/house and all you see phone number of agent that must leave message only and you need info immediately but instead there is a QR and you take a pic then agent or owner already downloaded all info about the business, instead of looking for penn and writing down the phone or website to login(while driving)and see general if any website of 21century.
QR will become window to the world for information(common sense).
the big Q here is company has 38m debt to cornell capital and need rev of only $300k a month to offset recieving more debt and preventing YA from dilutive conversion but still isn't there(rev at $120k a month).
NEOM needs few meaty deal and if that happens we will all go to palm casino on saturday night and explain to those midnight walking girls the benefit of QR.GLTA
brokers or whom ever that short NEOM for how long/duration can keep short position and not cover ?
I understand yes if NEOM pps hits low then they cover for profit or if pps goes up with lucky real news then try to cover to prevent huge lose....my question is duration for how long they can hold or sit on short position ? thanks in advance
where is BE CONFIDENT ? hope he is ok and just enjoy from life.
usually I read past messages and really liked his posts.
there are a lot of penny day traders that trade stocks base of alert mail or sub sites or their own DD the night before and in AM they get out with 10-15% lost in order to accumulate their hot new 5-10 bagger.I did myself many many times then read the message board posters saying oh this is dilution by xxx no that was me unloaded 500k for example.I traded one mil shares of neom on the day/friday that hit .22 and unloaded last lot at market order few minutes before close.for this reason hard to say yes ARCA today selling for YA or few traders in south africa or jerusalem or NY mahattan selling for their own reason.this is pure info gamble between thousands of brains.at the end common sense that this technology soon will be adopted by mass consumer and NEOM will fine it's valuation possible more then 100m not few hundred's of mil(yes looks like finding oil in nevada dessert)but reality no NEOM tech/patents are here and sector to about explode.GLTA
sorry for terrible grammer.
today everyone talking sideway in order to pick up few more shares at lowest bid and no one talking AT&T-MobileTag launch of 2D QR or forget about MSFT.now I like to know is there really any connection between ATT and Mobile Tag ?
Mobile Tag: On July 28, 2009, we entered into a three year non-exclusive patent licensing agreement with Mobile Tag, Inc. (“Mobile Tag”). Under the terms of that agreement, we will receive annual minimum royalties and then a percentage of revenue generated by Mobile Tag through the use of our barcode ecosystem patent portfolio within a defined field of use in the United States.
MAN your one almost know everything but at the same time look at sector AT&T with 90 mil users just about to partecipate/test/beta/launch 2D QR...did anyone knew anything about group buying(coupons)via groupon two years ago ? groupon rev two years ago was at $3 mil but look at sector.groupon 2010 rev believe at 600m and valuation at 16b .look at viop(skype)how many years took till valuation of 8.5b
yes added some and still only 9 am in VEGAS and continue watching L2 to see how things going today or may wait for tomorrow.one thing for sure I'm not afraid to lose my trading bid on NEOM.this is huge technology gamble and that been all my life.I never buy a oil or gold stock in nevada dessert but use my common sense and see NEOM with contravertial CORNEL CAPITAL debt possible will find greater valuation then 38m debt.
how many of us wished to have or picked up a mil shares before patent pr at .012 or even right after news at .05 since pps hit .22? NEOM potential surge in pps is there and only smart traders buy when pps is depressed for lack of pr but once news hits the wire then too late to buy and chase the pps.
I believe on next pr pps will claim and stay since slowly NEOM potential valuation coming to play.
well there are some general news of AT&T+MobileTag relation already out about 2D QR going main street for mass adoption.NEOM will come to play sooner then later.
hope everyone including/yellowman picked up enough shares so from here we turn to positives and look at NEOM potential in this ocean of 2D QR sector.let's dig in relation between ATT and MobileTag....how close they are working together.
UFGator, can you explain this shorting in simple language by whom, how they gain by shorting, what's duration, are MM's involved in shorting or hedg funds, retail traders can't short penny stocks?
thanks in advance.14 years of trading and never shorted any stock.
great close,.0585 tomorrow there is a oppurtinity to add around .06
NEOM pps please stay at .06 for today, need to double my position tomorrow(roth IRA fund)will be clear in AM.but pps looks in verge of eruption in the last hour.
no one selling....
NEOM pps like a rece car waiting for bell....START...will run hard today.
NEOM pps monday possible to hit .17 and tuesday there are no look back and will keep going up.we just learning MSFT(not a smart company)offering indirect method of 2D barcode sooner then later will come to licensing table(the reason NEOM patent 048 for indirect method)or get infrigement sue by NEOM,especially if AT&T dot's with mobiletag/neomedia get connected.I'm new to ihub and they let me only 3 posts a day and will save another two for green tomorrow.GLTA
google acquired ADMOB for $750 mil,try to google to see what was rev of ADMOB at the time of acquisition.....not much....but google paid such premium for potential in future mobile advertising.
does any bio drug in III phase has rev ? answer no but potential FDA approval and future rev/royalty yes.
time is now for booming next big thing as 2D barcode.
NEOM valuation soon will axceed YA debt and later will double and triple the debt.
just downloaded neoreader on my blackberry and interesting at the end noticed they offer downloading in six languages.
