1.Japan deal. Testing is completed and they are waiting for final approval from the Health Ministry. Stewart is working full speed on Japan and using his old contacts. Importer he is dealing with for years has a client who may do distribution for them. Also waiting for the artwork to be completed. Will distribute to Japanese 7-11 stores.
2.Bob: " Caribbean is coming alive for us". Puerto Rico, Trinidad, Jamaica will be huge.
3. Garden deal is getting final signatures and will be closed within a month. Will get us 500 health clubs and over 100 natural food stores.
4. AppleRush will issue a dividend directly to RushNet shareholders on the record of 29 , December 2006 within 6 months.
5. Japan and Caribbean only will net around half mil by the end of this year.
6. Stewart is also working on Mexico, South and North California, Oregon and Washington. Also looking into some very good opportunity in Hawaii.
7. I took pictures but have to wait for my daughter to help me with it as I never used this camera before.
I left the show with very good impression about personal and their doing. Also with free case of E-Water which I finally tested together with AppleRush (VERY IMPRESSED).

The Medify's reply is very selective just as JB's used to be . They prefer not to answer the straight forward questions which they don't like and get very defensive if you insist on answers. This latest PR is very fogy and just brings more doubt from investors. Nik, if you can't be more clear better don't say anything at all.
Medify lost credibility with investors long time ago, so IN OORDER FOR NEWS TO BE READ AS GOOD ONES THEY HAVE TO BE DONE IN THE VERY UNDERSTANDABLE WAY AND VERIFIED BY THE 3RD PARTY. Medify, best of luck to you!

Lets organize. How about organizing our questions to Medify in one single place and putting them on the board? They have Weekly Bulletin, and we should organize our questions to them and " help Medify" by letting them know what we really want to hear about. It is like "Everything we always wanted to now about Medify and are not afraid to ask". Dwudman, Doc or Lem you could organize these questions on the board where we could add or edit them. Also it would help with Web Chat with Medify in the case if it will ever happen. Of course we could still answer questions privately if we wish. So Medifyers what do you think about it?

Nik, how about publishing the current share structure in your Weekly Bulletins and telling your shareholders about any increases/decreases and reasons for them? It doesn't has to be specific, but coming straight from the company's mouth it would give some so needed credibility to the messenger.
