They should. Did you?
Did you get an e-mail? Not me.
Looks like it is holding on this level, than up higher. JMO
My latest communications with Nik could suggest that something is going on in the last 3 days. What is bothering me is that if any buy out it comes after a such very low projection. Unless they got a huge response in the last 3 days or the offer is really low.
JONATHAN, IAN and NIK here is your chance to do right by us your long time suffering shareholders.
THE BUY OUT SHOULD WORK FOR US TOO.
Used to have it before and just bought some now. Should go higher from here. JMO
European wireless health market growing fast
Wireless Applications in European Healthcare IT will earn revenues of $300.5m (£150m) in 2006 and these could rise to around $1199.8m (£600m) by 2013, according to a new Frost and Sullivan report. According to their research, the ability to provide improved medical attention in remote areas, together with the potential to lessen the load on doctors and other medical professionals, is creating lucrative market opportunity. However, it warns that a lack of an organised healthcare structure and the unwillingness of medical professionals to use wireless technology continues to hinder market growth.
Information Commissioner backs electronic care records
30 Jan 2007
The UK's Information Commissioner has issued new guidance to members of the public on the government's plans to develop a national system of electronic care records, based on enquiries that have been received.
Overall the Commissioner backs plans for a national system of summary records but says he plans to keep a close eye on how the accuracy of information is ensured, the way people are kept informed and how they can access their records.
According to the Information Commissioner's guidance, individuals will have the option to "limit the future scope of the information on the Summary Care Record or the option not to have one at all".
In December the Department of Health rejected hundreds of requests from patients to opt out of having their details loaded onto the system after a newspaper printed an opt-out coupon for readers.
Then in a dramatic u-turn health minister Lord Warner later in the same month said that patients would after all have the right to request their details not be uploaded onto the spine.
The Information Commissioner says that patients will be notified before any upload occurs and given a chance to respond. After uploads of data onto the Summary Care Record have occurred individuals will subsequently be "able to choose to remove some or even all of the information initially uploaded", or to keep the uploaded information but keep it invisible through mechanisms such as the sealed envelope.
The Commissioner says that he has been consulted by NHS Connecting for Health, the DH agency responsible and that based on the information provided can see the potential benefits of plans for electronic care records.
Setting out the development of summary care records the Commissioner says that he understands that a small number of PCTs will be selected as early adopters, who in Spring 2007 will "begin to upload information from the health records held by GPs".
"The Commissioner understands that the early adopters will be subject to evaluation, including by independent researchers. Later in the year additional areas will begin to implement the new systems, informed by learning from early adopters."
In addition, the Commissioner goes on to stress that the initial content of each Summary Care Record will be "restricted to information relating to current medication, known allergies and adverse reactions".
He adds: "This information will form the Summary Care Record and no other medical information will be uploaded to it prior to a discussion between you and your GP."
He states that based on the information provided by CfH he is "content with their general approach". The Commissioner stresses, however, that the NHS "must continue to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and this is vital to guarantee that public confidence is maintained".
The Commissioner adds that he will "be monitoring the implementation and operation of the NHS Care Records Service" to ensure patients are provided with adequate information and choices and that their health data is maintained in a safe and secure way".
As part of this monitoring the Commissioner says he will continue to engage with CfH and pay close attention to a number of issues "in particular those relating to the accuracy of the information to be uploaded, the way people are informed about the changes and the systems in place to allow people, to access their own information."

"Only" 40K? Lucky you!
So where does it leave us now?
Lets give Nik a credit, communication is much better than it was,
no more lies.
Me:
Still Nik, with such high demand and being way behind in UK why "projected" number can't be much higher?
With all of your achievements and such a very low number the question would be is your product is good or really needed? It really undermines your reported achievements from my point of view.
PLEASE explain to me.
Best wishes,
Nik:
The projected number could be much higher. But then if we fail to reach that number individuals will accuse us of lies. Or accuse us of issuing large numbers with no backing.
So we issue a realistic figure. An achievable figure that would deliver a healthy company with continued growth.
Now you’ll say “So the company won’t be healthy until the end of the year?” Every honest answer that is given is twisted.
And then let’s look at logistics.
5000 units is, for example, 1000 localities with 5 units each.
It takes 14 days for the back end to be connected. Then an hour on site to install and train everyone.
1000 sites over 52 weeks is 20 sites per week.
That’s 4 new sites per day.
We can do more, if we get more onsite engineers, or a partner takes on the training side.
To get more engineers we need to fund them. So we need to issue more 504s. And guess what? When we do that, we get slated and bashed on public forums.
And obviously this answer will give more opportunities and add to the frustration.
Regards
Couldn't agree more!
From the Quarterly Report:
"It was the decision of the Board that restricted stock issued to the management team during September 2006 was not be eligible for this dividend". It says very clear : "issued to the management team". I don't know any team that consists from 1 member.
Share Structure 12/31/2006:
Total Restricted 41,702,393
Restricted held by management 3,000,000
( Ian - ? ), ( 3 mil out of 33 mil - ? )
So the difference is held by JB ( may be some by TB ) 38,702,393 ( including 30 mil )
Any thoughts?
I'm still asking is it legal to have 1 board member?
Is it legal not do disclose CEO's stock ownership?
Is it legal not disclose board member(s) stock ownership?
Is 12:1 was legal the way it was handeled?
Is 33mil gift to himself/themself was legal?
Anyone can answer these please?
I don't think that we just have to sit and wait.
Nik and Ian you have to START ACTING IN OUR INTEREST NOW ( I say it in the most polite and sincere way).
I did when I asked about members and shares. By the way, is that legal to have the board consistent out of one member?
I still don't understand WHY they can't disclosed the board's names and their holdings restricted and none.
Nik and Ian, you can't be almost direct and honest, you either are or aren't. Only complete honesty with shareholders and real immediate actions as a proof of listening to them together with sales can bring PPS up. Covering the truth as some suggested is not going to help to bring new investors.
And he called these individuals the same way - "crooks"!
Do you hear me JB?
Hi guys, you put so much work in today's posting, it took me some time to read them all.
The points that I'm getting is JB and his restricted shares must to go, and Nik and Ian still have much to prove. Lets hope for the best. Have a good night.
Than you are sitting MUCH BETTER than me, but I still believe.
It was a good one.
5000 projected users by the end of the 3rd year... . This is why PPS is so low. OK, I'll be nice, but JB fitted us all these garbage numbers for almost 2 years, and I was throwing my money into this based on that.
I SAY ALL OF 33 MIL SHARES HAVE TO GO, ALL OF IT !
Than may be we could re-reverse 3:1 for before reversed shares and start building something.
Ian and Nik, you have a long way to go and we with you. God help us all.
Can somebody please post Ian's answer on my question about board members and their shares, # of restricted and none? Thanks.
Dear Nik and Ian,
Congratulations on the 1st Web Chat being a huge success. It was the 1st big step in the right direction.
Let's continue on this way.
Best wishes,
Solidgold
So let's see what is next? Quarterly report next Monday?
WE NEED MORE BUYERS !!!
Doc, NO NO!
Madtony, Bob wasn't specific on this. Should know soon. Robert's card was there, but I don't recall seeing him. I was very impressed by Stewart Cohen and will try to connect with him soon.
Doc, I got your privet message. But this is my point exactly.
They have to prove it to me, because by now I'm still lost in it.
I also send you e-mail.
I was there with my daughter who is on the picture.
Still want to hear from them about the reversing of reverse.
I hope I put it in a nice enough way.
I apologies once again to Nik, Ian and shareholders if you believe I crossed the line.
My responce to Nik's responce:
Dear Nik,
I apologies if you found my language inappropriate.
It wasn't my intention to do so. I re- read my e-mail and still can't see any disrespect to either of you.
I DO APPRICCIATE getting your timely responses.
Nik, I have tons of prior communications with Medify to proof that my only intention is the well being of Medify and her shareholders.
Respectfully yours,
Nik's respoce to my last post:
Thank you for your email.
However, before I forward it to Ian for answering, please re-read it and ask if you yourself would respond. Some of the language and terms used in this email are unacceptable.
I have, I believe been honest and straightforward with you. I will continue to do so but would ask that you treat our communications with respect and do not stoop to name calling.
Ian and I cannot be answerable for actions that occurred before we took over. We do however, take full responsibility for the Company moving forward. I hope that our efforts to date are beginning to deliver evidence of this.
In terms of the 33 million shares issued, Ian responded last night that the board feels the deal should be restructured and are attempting to come to agreement over it.
As for legal action I cannot comment. I personally do not have any details. Please believe me that, at such a time as it is appropriate and I am able to do so I will provide the required detail. That way you can be in full possession of the facts, as I do not believe you are at this moment in time.
The question regarding the current makeup of the Medify Solutions board will be answered fully tomorrow.
In the meantime I hope that we can continue to communicate in a respectful and satisfactory manner.
With best regards,
Nik
I just copied this post and send it to Nik.
Me was asking about board members for months now, may be I wasn't loud enough.
IAN, to proof that you are with us your shareholders and not with crooks you HAVE TO DO THE FOLLOWING RIGHT AWAY:
1. To cancel 33 mil shares issued to crooks.
2. Reverse 1:12 split, give us all shares back 12:1 we had prior to it. Than you could adjust them down all as needed. No Euro dividend on Horizon now, so 1:12 is not and wasn't need. It was a crook's plot with 33 mil shares planned to crooks after taking from us.
3. To be honest with us, tell us the truth about Co's standing.
4. Stop all legal actions against shareholders if any and return borrowed money as promised.
Than if you have real product I can assure you that PPS WILL JUMP UP!
Still got no e-mail. Have fun.
Registered 2 times but no e-mail anywhere.
How long did you wait for e-mail?
Do they have to send you e-mail to check it out? I registered, but got no e-mail from them.
Maybank, I will 2nd these all.
This is my final free post for today:
MEETING ALL OF YOU ON IHUB is the best thing I got out of Medify.
I sure paid VERY HIGH PRICE for it. LOL.
I wish you all the best in your lives!
Solidgold.
Thank you Looup for great job, also thank you Doc.
Doc, check out my yesterday's reports on RSHN and pictures on Ksp. Have only 1 post left. I think Medify should change the format of Web Chat, it is not going to work as is. I would actualy buy ticket to fly to UK for the shareholders meeting.
This would be fun!
Lookup, you missed this:
Solidgold: why Trevor Bone left the company at such exciting time, what happened to his shares?
Ian_O_Reilly: Solidgold Mr Bone was dismissed from the company under circumstances that are current the subject of litigation, therefore I cannot comment at this stage. His shares were unaffected by this as were/are held personally
