Just talked to Bob Corr. Garden deal is all cash and this is why it takes time. It comes down to checking one more document and Bob will do it after the Anaheim Show next week. Garden had 5.3 mil in sales last year. Rush will have 20% ownership in it. Whole Food is getting really interested in us and working on it as we speak. They will try to bring Rush products to stores by 3rd week of March. Japan is moving on too.
No plans to retire shares as of now, may need to put some in escrow for Garden deal.
Bob is trying to PR on Thursday with all updates. This is all what I got and share with you right away. Best of luck.
Have no idea about Doc.
I just send another one asking Nik to send info to you.
I'm sure that any positive step by the company will meet great response from all of us. Please Nik.
I would be interested to here anything Nik or Ian have to say.
I send them e-mail today and got nothing.
Any positive action which may help us all would be more than welcomed.
I still have problems with IHUB. I can't always open this site , can't open some of the posts and can't post except sometimes. Please any help you can offer. Thanks.
I'm having problems with IHUB all day. Cann't open and post.
Just finally got thrugh. Still cann't open some posts.
Please include me.
solidgold15@aol.com.
Thanks.
Does anyone has any problems with IHUB today?
Cann't open and post except here. Please help. Thank you.
You are making some very good points, and I agree with you.
Good luck.
Madtony, sorry I'm not getting the 1st part of your post. I did talk to them again, it was bad connection and I didn't hear anything new to report. I may try next week again.
I just wonder... Yesterday in my post # 17582 while Nik was still answering questions I narrowed mine to just one: " As far as long time shareholders I have just 1 Question:
1.What specifically share wise are you planning to do for us? If anything at all? Could you return to us a part of 33 mil shares?"
And Nik stopped answering. It's a very straight forward answer to me.
Talking about being "double faced" and "negotiating" with JB .... It's impossible "to negotiate" with YOURSELF if you already put it in your pocket. So this is why my previous question about board members and holdings will never be answered. So much for "being truthful" with shareholders.
Nik, you don't have to answer my e-mails and communicate on this board if you don't want.
I always see the truth picture in PPS.
Yes, I was asking JB about that one, he told me they are not planning to attend any.
Now I know why - he was busy with R/S and 33 mil shares ideas. It sure worked for him and his associates.
And me too. Have a good night.
I HEAR YOU! You are loud enough. Have a good evening.
Just send the following e-mail to Nik and hope that he and Medify will respond by staying in touch.
Dear Nik and Ian,
Please continue to stay in touch. Please understand that we all have no other choice as to speak, so it may take us some time to found common language. And most importantly SELL YOUR PRODUCT!!!
Best wishes.
Now you are talking. I knew that you can do better.
Bvdog, you can do better than your last post.
Come on people. Let's stop name calling. Let's stop accusing in each and every post. Let's stop digging and digging. Where are we digging into? We are already all over in it.
Let's change the tune.
Nik and Ian if you would really be more open with the standing of your business matters on your web and in open we wouldn't have all these conspiracy discussions with questioning and digging. HOW ARE SALES GO ON? How many users did you sign?
How much Medify is making on these deals?
How many users are you planning to sign and when? You don't like to talk about future, but it leaves investors with inpression that you don't have any.
LET'S TALK BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Looks like I have to post again. What a shame!
Nik, you and Ian can do better than get offended by investor, the long time loser as all of us.
In spite of having some difficulties we really have a progress in communication between us which together with sales could move this baby up. I would agree that some digging into some matters could be avoided and left alone. Some telephone verifications of each and every data should be stopped. Let's give Medify a chance to do their job which is to sell and make money for all of us. After all we have left nothing to lose any more so to speak.
I'm REALY ASKING you Nik and Ian to continue to stay in communication with us.
Thanks.
IBA chief exec says iSoft remains target
01 Mar 2007
Gary Cohen, chief executive of Australia's IBA Health, has backed recent restructuring at iSoft as the company continues takeover talks with the British medical software developer at the heart of the £12.4bn NHS IT programme.
In an interview with The Australian newspaper, Cohen said that although restricted in what he could say by British takeover rules he confirmed that IBA remained in the running to acquire iSoft, and that discussions had been underway since late last year.
"One thing I can say quite positively, which has been said to the market and is public knowledge, is that John Weston[iSoft chairman] and his team have made progress in management and in addressing the issues that caused the problem in the first place," Cohen said.
"iSoft publicly put itself up for sale in October 2006 and you had to apply to become part of the process to ensure that you were taken into account in any consideration," Cohen confirmed.
IBA emerged as a bidder for troubled iSoft on 16 February following reports that discussions on a £200m (AU$485m) deal between iSoft and purported front runner, US-based McKesson, had stalled.
"IBA's position is not new. IBA has been in the process with the board of iSoft under the position iSoft announced since October," The Australian reported Cohen as saying.
"I can't tell you anything about what impact it's going to have on IBA until we make an announcement about whether we have made an arrangement with iSoft," Cohen said. He further declined to comment on how many other suitors for iSoft were also in the running.
He added: "We are strongly of the view that iSoft is a continuation of our existing international growth strategy and what we would be doing in that would be totally consistent with that strategy."
Cohen's reported comments came as IBA announced results for the six months to December 31 that included an increase in revenue from AU$21.5 million a year ago to AU$36.3 million.
IBA also lifted its full-year revenue and earnings forecasts and said it expected 2007 earnings to hit £13.3m $32m, up from £7.9m AU$18.95m in 2006. It said revenue would improve from £24.5 AU$59m at the end of the 2006 financial year to £31.25m AU$75m.

Hello everyone.
I just want to step in with some observations.
First I'm thankful to Tom for being a very good moderator on this board.
Also, I'm thankful to Bvdog, MCA and Capt Bob for asking the hard questions. This is not a popularity contest, not everyone may like your questions, but they are have to be asked and more than ones if there are no answers given. I do appreciate your effort a lot.
Next, Lem and Clancy, you are still Lem and Clancy and with your appearances I fell much more confident about us as a group. Please stay with us.
And finally and more importantly Ian and Nik, I thank you for being more open with us and for trying to communicate on daily basis now. It is a major achievement by itself. I do notice that not all questions are being answered even after being asked over and over again, but I 'll take it as it. As far as long time shareholders I have just 1 Question:
1.What specifically share wise are you planning to do for us? If anything at all? Could you return to us a part of 33 mil shares?
Please keep communication line open and the best of luck to Medify and us all being tied by one chain.
"If this "loan" is the real deal and MDFY can finance things"...
What "things" this is my only question to Tom and Nik.
Bighead, I e-mailed ones recently to JB and got no reply.
I try not to post anymore on this board. As far as answers from Nik or anyone else from Medify my experience that you can ask any questions you want and they can answer any questions they chose in any way they want. I see no real info coming from the company so far because they have nothing good to say.
The rest of it I can get from PPS. Good luck.
Tjak, my questions got "lost in translation", but I'll take it as "Nik doesn't want to answer them". Thanks.
He mentioned #5, but gave no answer. NAMES and HOLDINGS.
33 mil back to investors as compensation.
Please reread my post as I added on 2 more questions. Thank you.
Tjac, here are my old #2 question being lost and #5 still not being answered properly. Thanks.
2. Reverse the reverse or compensate for this. Devide 33 mil shares taken by management among pre split long time shareholders. Any of these actions should serve as a proof to long time shareholders that they are not being dumped. Are any actions planned on this?
5. Publish the NAMES of the Company's Board members and their HOLDINGS. It shouldn't be a secret from investors.
Also, what exactly if anything Oracle is doing to help Medify?
Was Medify ever being contacted by BT or any other public company for buyout?
Tjak, thank you for submitting my questions, and Nik thank you for answering the most of them. Can someone help me with Board members and holdings question? I don't know what info is Nik talking about. GO MEDIFY AND SCORE!!!
I have a proposition to the management: to return back ALL of 33 mil shares by dividing them among shareholders on the record prior to 1:12 reverse split excluding management.
I think that attacking the new moderator is unnecessary. Solidgold
Time came for me to stop posting my sarcastic comments on this board. Sorry, but I have nothing else left for contribution. Thank you all for a very nice company. Will keep watching. Best of luck.
Solidgold
Only in ones which happened.
Geetar, is anything coming out on buyout from your source? Is $3.50 still a magic number for JB? Thanks.
Tjak, I listed my questions before, I could list more, but answers are more important. It will take a miracle now to lift PPS. Do I believe in miracles? Thanks.
Too many papers to sign.
Signing final papers.
It's on my list already, post#17176.
Just talked to Sharon and Bob. Connection was very bad, but Garden deal will close soon, and Whole Food distributor from San Francisco Show met again and expressed great interest. Sorry, this is all that I was able to get. I will try to call Bob tomorrow and will report.
Cool down everyone. Garden deal is important, but only one step in a long way for RushNet. News will come at a proper time. Competition is huge, but we are moving forward. Good luck to all.
Thanks Lem for checking in. Nice day to all.
Bvdog, please cool down just a bit. I for one appreciate very much your presence on this board, but let's us all stop attacking each other including Geetar and you. Let's continue to monitor this situation, press for answers and wait till the end of March before we come up with any conclusions. Let's give us all a chance to make money.
Sincerely,
Solidgold
Upward to $2.5 long enough would make me delighted.
