May be they have nothing to say, but may they are actually busy SELLING PRODUCT?

The problem with RS is that they never "planned". You just awake in the morning, check your stock and ... it's a done deal. We all know it being in Medify land.

So STOP SELLING 504's !!!

Why not to use financing by the promised loan?
Why not take Jonathan on his offer to finance Medify for now?
Why is that better to dilute shares instead?
Who is this mysterious investor who is selling now when things are supposedly getting better?
Who is selling when we are a sub-penny stock already based on Price Per Share and Price Per Sale?
Why do I feel like dropping in the deep black hole with no safety left and just dilution and RS at the end?
You diluted so many shares so why Jonathan who tries to appear as a nice guy wouldn't offer to cancel his 33 mil shares to offset dilution?
How are "negations" going on this front?
How many new users did YOU sell to yesterday?
How many new users did YOU sell today?
We are long time shareholders asked to average down and down we go.
So I still have many questions and PPS is your only answer by now.

Bvdog, what bothers me the most is timeframe. Even with all the delays by NHS (which is the most positive thing for us right now) we are just starting to really market our product. 2 years ago when I put my first money into Medify I thought that marketing was on in full speed. I trusted BS given by you know whom and it's costing me a fortune. So now with all these good developments we are (and I'm) racing against the time.
AND TIME IS MONEY!

"All board members who hold stock have restricted stock. Ian is the Board lead, there is a new company secretary, never met her, and Nik is a non exec member I believe. I also know that before I left, Ian was planning to bring in some more non-execs and a formal chairman – Bastard! If it is not publicly posted it should be so I would e0-mail Ian."

This is my point exactly. For 2 years we sit in the corner and try to do some little things. In return we got screwed by EMS and whoever. We have to get out in a loud, and have to use all tools we can to start to be counted for. IT IS NOW OR NEVER.

Questions to Jonathan:
1. Did you offer funding for Medify and was it excepted or discussed?
2. Did you offer to come back officially on Medify board and to work officially for Medify?
3. Do you know the status of the loan for Medify?
4. Do you have connections to bring someone from UK government on the board?
5. Do you know any influential medical personal who could be brought on Medify board?
6. Do you know any top medical insurance personal who could be brought to Medify board?
7. How many units are sold by Medify for right now?
8. How many users Medify may have by the end of this year?
9. Do you have Medify sign on your office door?
10. What is your opinion of Nik's and Ian's performance so far?

What is Medify getting out of this. TPP is supported by CSC as one of the lead coporates in the NHS and CfH project.

Medify gets direct access to the TPP users and TPP is already spine compliant and approved. So Medify is integrating into an already approved and exisitng national solution. This solution will be dioreclty sold and marketed by CSC which is a significnat entitiy in it's own right.

It is a second provder of GP systems Medify now contrtcas with.

So let's look at this in the scheme of things. If Medify was to be successful it must interact wiht the major players in the NHS so does it?

Oracle, BT, CSC, Vodafone, CfH, the NHS istelf, BlackBerry-RIM, Altos Origin, IBM, O2, Orange, T-Mobile, 20:20 Group, BTN3 - I think the answer is yes.

So what does the company get - orders, positon, acceptance at a new higher level, second and third revenue streams, new revenue streams in the community and the muscle now to move at a pace.

What is your opinion on Jonathan's appearance?
Is he going to be more involved with Medify? To have a founder of the company off the board doesn't look good to me.
Do you have any plan to get new members on the board? Why not to get insurance, medical and governmental personal on the board to move us forward?
When does the sales start moving? When does 504's stop selling? Would you take Jonathan's offer to found the company? How is your loan doing?

No cert. financial's, no dividends, no buyout, no ready to implement plan.
If you are not ready to say anything then why to open your mouth?
