Last chance for cheapies, going back up!
BUGS? I would rather be in a real company with increasing revenues and decreasing costs like NSMG. Get in now BEFORE there is action in the Atlantic.
The news on this gem is definitely getting out. We on IHUB do not now control (if we ever did) the movement of EVRM. We just need to hang on to its coattails for the ride.
Next week should be interesting as August is when the Atlantic and GOM hurricane season really heats up, pun intended.
Last year NSMG went to .059 which is a 4 bagger from current levels.
GLTA and God Bless!
Wow, the selling this morning really put a damper on things around here. Dilution or not this stock will rock...IMO! Hey, that even rhymes, I am a poet.
"Sellers must be smoking crack"
Yeah I was one of them earlier this week but I went to rehab and bought back in. I am addicted to EVRM instead!!!
I hope that we don't hit .075 today because that would mean the pump & dump crowd showed up to crash our little party. I like the 20% daily gains.
Yes it is looking sweet here. I am locked and loaded and waiting for action in the GOM. I deleted all of my old hurricane links. I am using http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/ to track the hurricanes unless someone has a better site.
If it drops too far then I will have to double my position here. Love the way this stock behaves, unlike other pinkies.
This one will fly once whoever is selling runs out of shares. We had a good run to .0028 when the selling started. The pullback should be over and I expect it will continue it's upward trend tomorrow.
I think that everyone is playing HTDS today and will return to these fundamental companies when it dies down over there.
rockbu, just ignore the BS chatter and buy like I did today, 200,000. Everyone should be loading up for August which is the busiest 'cane month.
No shake, that is what I like about this one. It just has a steady climb up everyday without hype or pullbacks. A real growth story in the making.
Yeah I took out the .015s and still have a partial order to fill. Moves on low volume.
fung, if that is your real name, NSMG is up WAY MORE than 25% YTD so what is your point? This is hurricane season and NSMG will go up more than your NASDAQ the next 2 months, period.
It looks like the SP is holding at .0025 very nicely. This means that everyone here is holding out for much higher numbers.
No shaking goin' on here!
Tomorrow we should be on the Buzz Cloud with a big fat green EVRM, right? That should generate some more interest here. It is still mostly undiscovered.
Are you guys sure that the float is 318M, because it moves like it is 18M, or no one is selling. It is hard to believe that this was stuck at .003 until recently. A little more volume and we will be rocking!
That .018 was me, trying to get more.
I smell a breakout here to many pennies!
Boca bobby, thanks for the chart. It reaffirms my faith in my position in DRYS at current pricing levels.
"someone knows something and is unloading. jmho"
Yeah, it can't be because oil is below $60 and DPDW hasn't had any news on recent contracts.
volume 8,400! Wow we are really on fire now.
I am still here also because I won't sell for a 93% loss.
It is dead for now but stranger things have happened before.
.15! BREAKOUT.....LOL
There is some buying this morning but it could be just the dead cat bounce. We shall see. It's never over 'til it's over.
Well we are seeing a lot of trading volume (5.6M) on the news but are down 27%.
So the RV division has been sold and the Mfg housing division is next to be sold off. So they will be left with idle plants, that's it? I wish they would tell us if they are liquidating everything or do they plan to resurrect some part of the company as a going concern.
This stock is now the equivalent of watching paint dry. News does not affect the share price at all unless it comes from the company directly and that hasn't happened in quite a while.
The $53M will definitely help but their debts are greater than that.
The main questions about FLE are what if any businesses will be left after the sale of these divisions and will they cancel the common shares. I am down so far that I will hold on to find out the answers and maybe recover some of my losses.
Good support at .008?
This was .03 not long ago and most of us need it to go a lot higher than .008. I am still holding out hope that something good might happen for us bagholders, by I am probably overly optimistic.
We should have news this week on the sale of the RV division.
Just waiting on next weeks news about the possible auction for the RV division. Maybe someone will step up and outbid the current $53M offer.
Great powerpoint presentation. What I like about DDI is that even though their share price is that of a penny stock the way they run the company is similar to that where I have worked (SLB and HAL). These guys are the real deal. No hype, just the facts. With Flotation ready to crank out that $11M order we should see a much better 2Q.
I averaged down to .093 so you can see why I am holding on. When you are down 90% there is not much downside risk anymore.
The story here is still unfolding and hopefully has a happy ending.
"You were the last one. Please turn out the lights. "
There are still some of us here that are so far down that it doesn't make sense to sell because the risk is lower to hold on to our shares.
It sounds more and more like they are doing a total liquidation to me. They seem to be selling all of the divisions, I mean what is left but old RV plants in Riverside and Penn? Do they intend to actually have any kind of business model in place after emerging from BK? Are they going to issue new shares? Why didn't they just do a chap. 7?
"The RV business IS Fleetwood. They got into trouble by getting away from what they knew the best. Our stock should follow the RV division as it becomes part of AIP."
I sure hope that you are right because then the shares will not be cancelled. If AIP is committed to the RV business we should be okay when the economy recovers.
We already knew about this news but I am glad that they finally posted a PR about it. Maybe we will have a bidding war for the RV assets on June 22nd.
"Fleetwood is also pursuing buyers for its manufactured housing business."
Maybe Clayton will buy this business too.
With energy on a roll the last 2 weeks it was refreshing to see DDI finally participate in the rally. Now it will be interesting to see if it continues. Oil is on its annual summer runup. Last summer we went up to $1.26 when oil went to $147/bbl, but of course there are those here that say that DDI does not rise and fall with oil prices. Do you think they will be canceling offshore contracts when oil is back at $100/bbl? I think not.
We could be in for a run here, especially if some good news will surface soon. DDI is not known for releasing a PR unless there is a material event, which is probably in our best interest, even if it does not lead to the transparency that some wish for.
"Loaded up on some Fleetwood today.Anyone think that was a good move? "
Yes, for 2 reasons. One, I am a bagholder here, and two, because I am waiting for the pop when the sale of the RV division is completed and announced to the public. And who what might happen after that.....stay tuned for the fun.
I do see AIP retaining Fleetwood's management after the sale but that will only benefit AIP not FLTWQ, right? All revenue will show up on AIP's books.
If they can raise enough cash from divesting assets they might not cancel the shares, but the question everyone seems to be asking is how much of the company will they retain. Will it be enough to be a going concern? I am sticking around and hoping for the best.
