I agree- there is not much selling. Why would I sell? We are at the bottom of the chart with very bullish indicators and a Waste to Energy business with guaranteed income about to open its doors.
Really? Post the text of the email. I know your assertion is not true because the CEO would be giving you material information illegally and Nick is too smart for that.
The option to reverse split is really important here. It needs to be maintained so when the bond money takes out most of the debt and the price soars we can rs and get the share price well over $5.
That is when real (honest) investors will join in.
My girlfriend and I own almost 10% of the OS and I don't get all my emails answered.
That is a good thing imo. The biggest red flag in the penny stock world is a CEO who chats all day with shareholders.
That is correct. People who have done actual due diligence about the company don't have questions because the company has provided all of the answers via legitimate and legal avenues (public filing, twitter, pr, facebook, etc).
The fact that bond financing has been lined up should give you incredible confidence if you understand the nature of bond financing. I will continue to patiently hold.
The Medrecycler will have guaranteed revenue. They already have more people who want to pay them to dispose of trash than they can accomodate (fact) and the grid is obligated to pay them for the electricity (fact).
Guaranteed revenue means they can get bank rate loans for further projects.
This isn't rocket science.
It is not a rumor. Everybody knows what is about to happen.
I disagree. The tweets are showing advertising bought by clients.
lmao...penny stock traders have done NOTHING for SNPW.
They are parasites on a host.
I love that Nick just doesn't care what penny stock traders think.
I am a SNPW investor, and I know exactly what is going on. All the information is available in the public domain.
2021 is going to be a very good year here.
Nick stated that there is no plan to dilute. That tells me that a reverse split is on hold for now. That is just common sense.
There is only one reason to dilute- raise cash. So, when the time comes for dilution the reason for the dilution is the important thing to consider.
If dilution is occurring so the company can keep the lights on then that is bad short term.
If dilution is occurring to raise cash to build another wte plant then that may be a very good thing.
If dilution is needed then the OS will be reversed and the AS can stay the same so the OS can then be increased.
A reverse split is neither good nor bad. It is the reason for the RS that is important.
Yes, that is correct. Also, Nick clearly said that there would be no dilution so there is no reason to reverse split the stock structure at this point.
So, there is no reverse split imminent. That is a fact.
Question for you Mike...don't you think the installation of the control panel would indicate that testing is about to begin? Why even spend the money on the control panel unless the rest of the infrastructure is complete?
lol, it changes. There was 10 million on the ask at .0023 and .0024 hours ago.
I bought in the max allowable without filing a report a long time ago so the day to day trading doesn't concern me. I actually don't care if the PPS stays depressed until the Medrecycler opens (which is going to be soon).
This is an investment to me. The only PPS I care about will be when I sell, which will not occur for years I bet.
10 million shares on the ask now. Somebody is trying to make some Christmas cash
No reason to overpay imo.
Good volume again today with another good size bidder at .0018.
57.4 mil volume now. It appears traders are getting taken out by investors. I could be wrong...we shall see.
I honestly think we are 1/10th of where we should be. The market does not understand what Nick is attempting to build.
30 mil volume....a close above .02 would be nice but traders will take their profits.
No fluff PRs, the CEO has everything on the line, interesting patents, and a 20 million dollar facility with guaranteed revenues about to go live...there is a lot to like.
This is nothing. This pps will go up and down but by next summer this will all be a distant memory.
I agree, and if the new shares issued end up increasing shareholder value that is a good thing. Companies go public to raise cash.
Nick may want to start another Waste to Energy project in another state. Selling shares will be the way to raise that cash.
The CEO also clearly stated in the last 24 hours that the Medrecycler is on track to open as soon as the regulatory approvals are finished. The reason for the delay is Covid19. There is no ambiguity here.
Dilution is not coming. The CEO's shares are collateral for a loan. That has been clearly stated.
A reverse split is coming I hope. This stock needs to get out of OTCBB land at a much higher price to attract a higher class of investor (most of whom can't purchase a stock below $5 a share). Once the bond money takes out most of the debt then I hope it happens.
Jesuslovzu, read Nick's tweets please. All the information is there. Nick clearly says that he can't dilute the stock equity.
Without dilution the reverse split question is moot. It simply doesn't affect shareholders in any way.
Thanks malt. The Medrecycler will open as soon as it is ready. Covid19 has shut down so many businesses and ravaged so many lives that the fact the Mederecycler is even in this position is a bit amazing.
I had two big trips planned this past year that I was forced to cancel- Spain and Iceland. My kids understood that they will have to be patient and wait. They understood exactly why our trips were canceled. They understood that covid19 ruined this year for lots of people. They understood this because they are not utter morons (thank goodness).
I get emails from my friends about the Medrecycler asking when the waste to energy plant will be open for business all the time.
The emails make me laugh because it reminds me of my children when they were little on car trips. My kids would cry over and over "are we there yet, are we there yet"?
They were just children though. They didn't have the patience or maturity and all a parent can do is smile and offer a hug to calm them down.
I tell my friends to relax. The CEO has explained clearly that there is government red tape to maneuver. Covid19 presents other unforeseen challenges.
Also, a competent CEO has to obey the law. All material information must be presented in the proper format to all investors at the same time.
Parents need to teach children that nothing good comes easily. Once children learn this lesson life become much less stressful. Happy Saturday.
SNPW is a highly speculative play. Nothing is certain in life. It is my opinion that without COVID19 in the picture the Medrecycler would already be open and this stock would have already made a very major move.
Here is something else for you to ponder- if you were going to buy all of the equipment required for this waste to energy plant what pieces of equipment would you buy first and buy last?
At what point would you shell out cash for the control panel?
If it were me, I would not buy a control panel until I was ready to buy the necessary connections to the grid and other public infrastructure. The only reason to put in the control panel is testing is imminent.
This is common sense- right?
(I think we will all be very happy by next summer. Be patient.
Nick has everything pledged to the success of this project.
If Nick dilutes the stock he dilutes himself, his family, and his friends.
A reverse split will happen at some point in my opinion but it will happen for the correct reason- an up list to leave the corrupt penny stock market and all of the conmen associated with modern trading.
Once we get over a penny a share and the Medrecycler plant is open it is my hope that we reverse split and get to $10 a share and leave this nonsense behind. If Nick can show that he can replicate the Medrecycler nationwide AND sell the solar panels (don't forget the Mexican solar farm) then institutional investors will consider SNPW.
Once the bond money takes out most of the liability column and the company is solvent then this is a real possibility. Good luck to you.
