AK

AK
Good news or Bad news? relative to us stock holders ofcourse...
AK
Gamood people are talking about Mass Exodus here...dude time to spill the beans....come clean please....plus I am going for the 'M' day vacation today so would like to know before I leave....

(Clink on Gamood’s profile and go about a month back……..)
AK
Are those suppose to be our new labels that we are expecting this summer? The Giseng Rush and XXX I buy from the store have different labels..They don't have the running figure on it...The E-Water looks decent on the website but the rest could use some help....
AK
True…yes and no IMO….His girlfriend didn’t like the taste of Rush as he is sticking with E-Water….
E-Water has the probably the biggest profit margin out of all the products and all the proceeds go to RSHN. E-Water is in a tough market but when it is a hit, there will be lots of imitators. We will have the first in market product so hopefully people will stay with us not go with Coke/Pepsi competitor plus E-Water is a catchy name…..
True, Rush stuff is original and that’s where the big opportunities are even though we get little of every purchase, hopefully we will sell a boat load world wide…
Either way, as long as krkodyldj or any other person is drinking one of our products, RSHN will be making money on it…..:)
AK
Ya…Ginseng XXX taste a little funky at first but Ginseng Rush is actually very pleasant if you like Root Beerish/colaish flavor…..gut then again I hope you sticking with your E-water because that’s were the big dough is for us….
AK
OT....Nice....
AK
I don't care if Wicked Rush taste good or bad, if they make it, I am filling my fridge with that....it is too cool of a name for a drink....
AK
Maybe I am the Village Idiot, but can you drop some more hints :)....
I am at work and can't seem to concentrate on it until I find the answer.....I got to keep on reading few messages at a time so it is taking me a while to read through all the gamood’s postings…..
AK
Maybe a private reply...I won't tell anyone :)
Kroger was 21st on Fortune 500 list:
http://money.cnn.com/magazines/fortune/fortune500/full_list/
It is the biggest grocery chain in the country. It is much bigger than Whole Foods, Publix, Albertson’s, Piggly Wiggly, etc….
If we get into Krogers, then we will be on the right track for the RSHN Annual Golf Tournament in Hawaii…..
AK
dude you let us all hangin' :)
Can you further explain please....
AK
Wow….so much speculation going on this board for last couple of days. There could be many reasons that Corr might be selling…..lets go over some of the good possible ones that were mentioned on the board….
1. He probably needs the money……this is simple and logical
2. He might have to sell it to get the percentages of shares between Corr, Lynch, and US right. If he holds more, he has so sell it…..Lynch is no fool….
There is so much ‘investor’ (bashers) doubt just because the stock went down. As most of you probably know, last few days the volume has been very low with the exception of last Friday. That means UBSS and the gang have been able to drive price down on crazy low volume. This whole theory of Corr ‘dumping’ his stock is nonsense (someone mentioned only 1% per quarter allowed by SEC). Corr/Lynch have 62% of the company so it will be a while till for them to cash out. I am assuming Corr want to be rich and successful like the rest of us. He has been selling his drink for 25 years now and it would be a shame for him to work so hard and give up. All the right things are in motion. New products, new money, and new marketing plans are coming in. Besides all the Rush Bewery products, we have added the line for Gary Bewery. Why would he settle for chump change when that could be millions/billions? I think some you ‘investors’ are looking too cynical into this. If your views are correct, I hope you sell your share when you recover you paid price other wise I think some you got jealous at seeing the # of shares some of the board members are holding and are wanting to get some more for yourself at a cheaper price……
Thanks,
AK
First, Lynch just joined us so the perfect business model doesn’t work.
Second, this stock is being traded for a while. Corr needed the capital to keep going so he offered the shares.
Third, I believe in the future, when this thing kicks off, there will be some sort of merger between RushNet and Rush Brewery. The reason I think this will happen is for institutional investors to invest, the company had to own its own patents. Since Rush Brewery owns this patent, it would be hard to bring in institutional investor. This was one of the reasons for Hansen’s success. Plus Corr/Lynch will have 62% of the vote so chances of passing it are high. With the new IPO out for listing for a major stock exchange, then this would look like your typical business company going IPO. Either way, if you hold the stock, you will be rewarded.
Corr currently needs to hold the patent separately so he won’t be pushed around by ‘investors’.
AK
Have you seen the new packages? How do they look? Have any pics?
AK
Who is dumping this stock at such a low price?
Better, question, who is getting all these stocks as such a good price?
AK
I am assuming subpennyradio is for day traders right? If it is, I kinda wish they don't market RSHN too much b/c I would rather have serious buyers than flippers :)
AK
I just got a Yahoo!Alerts....
I received it at 5/17/06 6:15 ET and states: "RushNet, Inc Dazzles Expo West 2006 - Attracts Major Interest from China and Hong Kong (Business...)"
I check Business Wire and didn't see anything. I remember something like this as part of old PR....Did anyone else get the same Yahoo alert just now?
AK
Ginseng Rush vs. Rush XXX...
I just had my first Rush XXX couple of days ago. Does anyone else prefer Ginseng Rush over Rush XXX? I think the Ginseng Rush leaves a better aftertaste....
AK
True true……
I think there are multiple reasons for the stock going down:
First, there are two types of people who are selling this stock. First kind is the one that bought it at .0000x prices. They are probably cashing is some of it for what every reason like a summer vacation. Second people who are selling this are the people who bought the stock because their friend/family told them to buy it. They didn’t do any research and probably bought it at the .00x price range when this thing was going up. They are probably thinking of cutting their losses and ‘invest’ in something else.
Second, people expect too much from the PRs. It takes time to deal new breweries, design labels, sign deals with stores/distributors, design/implement nationwide rollout from Chrisites’ Comm, go to expos, etc….. There is no way anyone can do this in couple of weeks. But I do want them to post some number from last year or something that tells me that this stuff doesn’t magically appear at my Whole Foods store.
Third, people play it like a pinkie stock. Lot of people are happy with quick profit and will sell quickly if they are down. Patience is the key to this one…..
Fourth, I can go on and on but there is no point. If you hold and not let UBSS take your stock for cheap, you will be greatly rewarded my next year (yes it will take a year or more for everything to roll throught)..
AK
I am still mad that Lynch got a great deal. Even if he bought the stock at .005, he would have made a killing on it in the future. I just thought we ‘gave’ him a check for multi-million dollars for his partnership.
AK
I am extremely mad that Lynch got a deal like this but there are lots of benefits for us. It is true that this dilutes the shares and raises lot less cash than the open market but we are getting an experienced business man in exchange. Lynch will/can open doors that Corr would have been locked out off. Corr can now focus on the product side, Lynch on the business side, and Christie’s Comm on the marketing side.
I just think that we got to give a little to get a lot back…
AK
I agree!!! No offense to Rainman611, but come on man…Read this guy’s last 50 posts…
Except the Canadian Distribution ‘contact’, most of the post goes along the lines of this:
1. When do think the next PR is coming
2. How high will this stock go
.....Only way anyone can answer this if the person has ability to see the future (I call that GOD mode) or knows inside information (that means potential jailing by SEC).......
The he reposts other people’s messages from this board or some other boards and blames someone of being a pumper. If the PR is not A+, we will get jealous of people you got in cheap (unfortunately not me). I am a not a pumper but I will admit, call me greedy but I want all my stocks to go high so at times I do some DD to back up that reason for holding my stocks. I am usually very easy going guy but this guy just pushes my buttons the wrong way.
Once again to Rainman611, either straighten up or no one will believe you…..look you can discredit me and 20 other people on this board or take the high road and either straighten up or go to SI or RB.....
IMHO,

Steps for RSHN Texas Hold’em…....
The cards are currently being dealt: New products, designs, marketing plan, distribution, etc…
The flop: Texas/US deals/US Stores
The River: Asian deals
The Turn: REVENUE
No bluffing needed when you have a Royal fUSH
AK
I think your philosophy is true if a person is an ‘Analytical Trader’ rather than a ‘Fundamental Trader’. Most of us who own Pinkies have fundamental view of the stocks. Instead of looking at charts, we have a strong belief in the company and its future. It is true that could have gone to .0047 today but you forgot the rise from .0000x territory in less than 3 months.
JMHO,
AK
WoW!!!
I think we have to put warning on that link :)
Us office folks will be sent to sensitivity training is someone sees us opening that…..not to count the flags being raised by the IT department…….
AK
FYI...
Christie's comm just listed Rush Beverages as their clients.....
(I checked I think this weekend and it wasn't there so I am assuming it happened this week....)
IMHO...what this implies to me: GET READY WORLD!!!
Go RSHN!
AK
Probably not...Our favorite MM's UBSS will probably step in and set the Ask at .0054 or something....they won't let it go straight to .006 unless some great news comes in then there will a spike but I don't see us break to .006 or higher without PR right now...
AK47
E-water is our secret weapon!!! That should be a hit so I think we are focusing on Ginseng stuff becuase that is were the rest of the dough is coming from...RSHN will get royalty from all the Ginseng items plus the new item the bewery will be making....E-water might take some time b/c lets face it, we are competing with Gatorade, Aquafina, Desani, Ozark, etc....it will take slight longer to get the E-water rolling. Ginseng stuff has less competition per se.....
The profit on the Ginseng stuff is nice also...I paid $5.97 w/tax for a 4-pack 12 oz bottle of Ginseng Rush.....
AK47
What is it about? I am at work so can't listen...
AK47
What is your point Rainman611? My point was he will be one rich guy when this things takes off....nothing else intended.
AK47
Gator,
You want to be friends? :)
WoW 20 mil shares....I wish I had gotten this share while it was .0000x range......
AK47
The one I bought has the “25th Anniversary Enjoy the Rush.com” on the bottle neck and the main sticker doesn’t have the running figure. It is has the same Ginseng Rush sign as the one on the website but at the bottom is has “Sparkling Energy Soda” in purple and “The Potent One!” in orange with the made with American Ginseng label.
Pros and Cons of Ginseng Rush,
I just bought my first 4-pack of Ginseng Rush (that's the only flavor they had)at my local Whole Foods in Sandy Springs, GA. Here are the Pros and Cons IMHO:
Cons:
-The label needs little more work (hopefully their new labels coming out in summer will be better)
-The bottle looks like a bud light bottle (I prefer glass bottle over cans and plastic bottles any given day; these bottle are probably cheaper and easer to get so I don’t blame him…..hopefully the new labels can bring out the packaging.)
Pros:
-The taste was good. I usually am not a big root beer fan but this was a good taste. I can definitely get use to drinking one of these everyday for the ginseng benefit.
-I paid $5.97 w/ tax for a pack of 4. Whole Foods and Corr are making some serious money for this.
I think with some good marking and eye-level product placement, this product should go well. I also was doing some DD on American Ginseng and found out that this is the most preferred one in Asia. One pound could fetch $300-$400 for a ginseng with good roots and color.
As always, there are just my opinions……..hopefully we will have a good week next week and close in greens……

Good thing is that Pepsi has an arch enemy named Coca-Cola. I am sure everyone has heard the saying: “Enemy’s enemy is my friend”. Coca-Cola has the BEST distribution system in the World. They are one of the few companies that can get their product anywhere, even the middle of Amazon jungle. (This is not my opinion but a fact about their distribution system….just google it)
Hello folks,
I just wanted to put in my 2 cents on why I bought RSHN stocks and why the longish on this will be very very very wealthly in a couple of years.
1. Being a business school student, I know the biggest choking block of a successful product is the production ability. Now this problem will lesson due to new money coming in the company. (e.g. Toyota hogging all the batteries for Hybrid cars. Ford was complaining that then don’t have enough supply to outfit more models.)
2. I think UBSS is successful at what they are doing due to the fact that a lot of people had shares when the price was at .0000x levels (unfortunately I bought it at a very high price at .006x range). To them, they already made a hefty profit so it wouldn’t hurt to sell some of it. I think people got discouraged when this hit a penny a while back and came back down.
3. We really don’t know the specifics about the Texas deal except the fact the distributors also supply the 7-11 stores. One thing to keep in mind, EVERYTHING IS BIG IN TEXAS. Trust me, I just graduated from UT Austin, and that statement is definitely true including their pocket books. If Texas was a separate country (2 years ago), their economy would have been the 12th biggest in the world. Samsung just added $500 million to their semi-conductor plant in Austin, Toyota just opened a new facility in San Antonio, and oh yeah who can forget all the oil companies. Exxon headquarters are in Dallas, Halliburton and the gang are from Houston, etc…
4. All we really need is Texas, California, Florida, and New York to have adequate distribution to have a successful launch in US. Japan and China are on way to give this company a good start.
5. I think people are forgetting the importance of the RushNet owning E-Water. I can just imagine the marketing folks at Desani (Coca-Cola owns it) drooling over an ad than can take over Gatorade and Aquafina (both Pepsi owned). E-Water is the best of both worlds and Coca-Cola needs a product like this to put is schools to satisfy (the most profitable) teenage market. Just the rights to make E-water could be worth billions over time.
6. If we take the worst case scenario about 6 billion O/S being true, it is not hard to imagine this stock hitting higher than $1. This would mean the company is worth $6 Billion but doesn’t mean the company need to have that much in revenue (e.g. Google, Microsoft….). As long as the share holders think that the company has a good future (which is does), the price is sustainable. I bet it will be more than a $1 in about 3 years….
7. I can keep on going with the list. The truth is, I am at work so need to do some work till RSHN hits a buck :) If you don’t think these reasons are enough to hold the stock for long, wait till next week to sell (that is when I get paid)….
Also stock up on some Corona, Cinco de Mayo is tomorrow. Ya’ll can drink some E-water once the hangover is over on Saturday.
GLTA,
AK47
Which Whole Food store did you buy it from in Atlanta? I went to couple of them here and they didn't have it....
