"Most do not know that Mylan invested 1 million into one of our early companies."
Anyone know what early company he is referring to?
Clearly there are many "dots" here that are begging to be connected.
So Dalton is a director for 2 other companies in the cannabis sector, Agrimed and now Rewardstream, which is acquiring Euromed. I think the expectation, or hope, is that these connections would facilitate deals or partnerships of some kind between UNVC and these other companies Dalton sits on the board of. Also there is a deal with Harvest that is supposedly "done" but haven't heard anything about that deal.

When the volume comes look out above!
Trading very nicely on low volume
Damn this is so thin, any appreciable volume can send this on a big run
Vystar acquires Rotmans was just announced on my local news channel, pretty cool. WCVB Boston news.
Sure they would. Secured creditors don't have the same risk appetite as common shareholders.
I am excited. The guys at the helm of Clinigence will be able to leverage iGambits tech, which is exactly what it needs. They've done it before. Just look at their history.
No, he is talking hypothetical
+20% on a Friday? That is a pre-cursor to a big week ahead imo
Maybe this is why Bryan Stone continues to load up shares.

Looks to me like Kodak flipped Algotec for a nice little profit!
The thing that stands out about the Clinigence executives, they all seem to have extensive experience and success with cutting edge medical technology. Excited to see what they can do with iGambits tech.
It looks like the core group at Clinigence was previously running Accelarad, they've all been involved in medical imaging technology for quite some time.
"Nuance quietly bought Accelerad about a month ago, according to Murfitt. The Atlanta, Georgia-based business has been around since 1999 with no reported funding. When Life Image CEO Hamid Tabatabaie wrote about rumors of the acquisition in a recent blog post, he said the company does about $6 million a year in sales."
Prior to that, Jacob Margolin was with Algotec systems, another medical imaging technology company, which was purchased by Kodak for $43 million in 2004. It seems Algotec then morphed into Carestream Health. In 2007 Kodak sold Carestream Health to Canadian holding company Onex, for $2.35 billion!
At least we are holding above .01
Where do you find HRI having 200 million in revenue? In fact I can find very little info on HRI health resources Inc is it because it's a private company? A short paragraph on Bloomberg and then a dental insurance that appears to be under HRI.
We're there any trades today?
A little bump today. Any green day is better than red!
I would think so he is the CEO
No trades today?
Nice article on Harvest. It does briefly mention partnerships but doesn't go into specifics UNVC would be one of those partnerships
Many here have claimed Dr Dalton is a humble man. But, based on his posts on Twitter and linkedin, he sure seems to sing his own praises loud and clear. I really don't care either way im just here to make money but I think it's safe to say the doc has a very healthy ego.
If this is a "complex restructuring", wouldn't this need to be, or already have been, completed very soon since they are already hiring new people for the plants reopening. How can the plant reopen before that process is complete?
That is why. If you buy the ask it shows as a buy. If you undercut the current price and your bid gets filled by a seller it shows as a sell
Did you buy on the ask or the bid?
Knee jerk selloff imo. Once the market realizes the true scope and value of this deal it will start to rise
That's the first time I've seen him even allude to a PR coming. A good sign imo
He said it 'has taken' years, not months....past tense
Quite a different reaction than after hope global conference
Lol nope, the Dr Dalton that published that research died in 2012. Thankfully our Dr Dalton is alive and well and attending conferences!
Could Vystar be the next Tesla of the rubber industry?
