It kills me to even say that—and I don’t believe it—but this is getting pretty absurd
According to Gobs math (and I did similar calculations about a year ago), this COULD be a $50M rev company by EOY 2019–which would yield a MC if a whopping 5¢—still about 20% DOWN from the PPS we reached almost a year ago. This strikes me (and many others here) as an unmitigated disappointment—and yet selling is no option now either, given how far this has sunk. Moreover, in the absence of CLEAR COMMUNICATION ABOUT FINS from the company, a reasonable (and healthily skeptical) person could easily surmise that the silence/vagueness/obfuscation is due to the fact that there is no “there” there and they are full of snake oil and BS.
+100
Nothing new—they’ve been PRESENTING themselves as operating with abundant amounts of snakeoil and subterfuge for over a year now. If they wish to change that perception of themselves, they could do so VERY easily and safely. In the meantime, we have a modern day version of the Delphic Oracle—where is the Sibyl when we need her?
As I have said for a year now—this defies any logic I’ve ever seen, SFT

I hope the NEXT time it “looks like a NASDAQ stock” it continues upward and doesn’t fall all the way back...
+1 (sad but true)
I’ve thought this stuff every single day, but have taken long stretches of time off from posting here following the swoon seen in Summer ‘18 and following. I won’t sip Koolaid. Sorry
I’m not sure whether that’s better or worse, if true: the pace is veritably glacial as it is, and to think that they were doing procedures that far back makes it seem even more so, as least to me. I also perceive in their recent update the preludes to some future excuses (especially regarding Russia, the pace of physician training overall, and the generation of revenues). While I certainly hope this is NOT the case, I can easily see them pivoting from this language to future announcements that efforts to build to the point that revenues are sufficient to sustain operations—a goal they set for themselves for 2019–missed the mark due to “unforeseen circumstances” and the like.
Me too
Last year around this time we were seeing multiple millions in the first 5 minutes of several sessions.
The tone (and substance) of much of this update strikes me as the prelude to (future) excuses—particularly regarding Russia and the training of physicians overall. Logically these are precursors to disappointment (probably in terms of future revenues reported). How nice would it be if they surprised us JUST ONCE??
“Why is it all suspect just because the PPS blows. If we stayed at .05 would you be happy and say CELZ is legit?”
Because the PPS is inversely logical to what they are quietly reporting—and what that information loudly implies. If true, this thing should have rocketed months ago. It hasn’t—and still isn’t. Draw your own conclusions.
NO WAY this reaches a dollar anytime soon. GLACIAL is how I describe this.
“paid over twelve (12) years, from the date the Netherlands Facility begins production.”
To me this says they begin getting paid when the facility begins production (of electricity)—not when construction begins.
Garon has a background with reverse mergers, as I recall
Precisely. This thing has traded within such a narrow channel (probably +/- 3-5 ticks from the center line over the last 6 months).
For a company that SEEMS to have so much going for it, the radio silence and complete apathy of the market is quite surprising. Unfortunately, notwithstanding all the “hope” and support shown by so many here, the ONLY voice that matters is the market’s.
Makes ZERO sense for a CFO of Garon’s pedigree to associate himself with “a scam.”
Why today of all days? Hope you’re right, but I’m curious

Put up or shut DOWN
For anyone who doubts that they lurk here, there’s your confirmation
“CMTH/CELZ leadership know exactly what's going on. I'd say the MM's know more than the shareholders and that is a shame.”
AMEN!!!!!
The answer to #5 should have LONG “been ready”—otherwise they should shutter their doors (on the grounds that they either HAVE no business plan, or cannot implement one—neither of which I believe to be true, btw).
ESPECIALLY #5
This is not by accident: I want to know WHY they are doing this!
EXCELLENT analysis: clear and compelling.
True. KEY question: what number of OS can this ticker withstand and still rise based on anticipated revenue and profit streams? Answers to THESE kinds of questions will determine HOW MANY shares is TOO MANY.
No question from me—we are friends on LI, and I presume he sent to his connections there.
FYI: 600% doesn’t even get us to .005.
8 bazillion shares outstanding. BOGGLES THE MIND.
Sadly, this standard is like stepping backward over the bar—with both feet FLAT on the ground. We had about $9K revenue in one recent Q, then somehow it inexplicably went DOWN the next? I have no earthly clue what they are doing—do they?
Fair points indeed. Serious question though: is it a GOOD thing for us to be under the radar for so long, given the realities that you point out?
Post of the year nominee
Just received this message on LinkedIn from Jeff Garon:
After nearly 3 month of hard work, we are launching Drones by US and the DBUS2 today ??
Imagine if drones could see on their own, finding their way without human intervention.
They can with a new technology called VIO (visual inertial odometry).
We’re the first to introduce a consumer drone that navigates solely by VIO—the DBUS2.
It’s a highly advanced, highly capable aircraft with a 4K camera, follow-me and autoflight functions that slips easily into a pocket or kit bag.
VIO uses a camera optimized for odometry, inertial motion sensors and sophisticated software to recognize object shapes and determine where the drone is in relation to its environment.
VIO holds tremendous promise for autonomous flight. If drones could see things like a safe path among buildings, optimum landing spots, and how to navigate without GPS inside structures, they wouldn't need human intervention for every minute of flight and they could take on a lot more tasks.
The DBUS2 is strictly for fun, but we believe VIO technology will become integral to most drone flight.
We're Drones by US. We source, market and sell ultra high-performance small unmanned aircraft systems for work and play. DBUS2 is our first product.
The DBUS2 is available now for $389.95 and includes two Intelligent Flight Batteries, an extra set of propellers, and a charger. Sales are limited to U.S.-based customers.
