stockboy, you have asked some good questions. Unfortunately, I am not the one that can answer them! Why don't you call DNAP and ask them! I am sure they will not tell you for whatever reason. Although, I would imagine the reasons would be proprietary! It would seem to me that the two projects you ask about must have FDA approval! Have you looked at the NDA process at the FDA to see what that process costs and involves? The billion shares is a concern, but like I have previously posted, I did not sell the farm, barn and throw the baby out with the water to buy DNAP!!!
I am sorry, I did not answer your questions, but like cowboyd says you paid nothing and got nothing or something like that!

L437, this is a nickel stock as some have said. A penny saved is a penny earned; someone said that. If you have some extra pennies, you can invest then into penny stocks. Since these penny stocks live and breath by pp and stock splits, it is not uncommon for penny stocks to finance their operations in this manner. In addition, since this penny stock is a speculative venture, either by investors or the company employees, one cannot expect a rapid return on their investment. Consequently, if one has invested more than they can afford in this or any other penny stock, they should have their head examined. Putting one's eggs into one basket is foolish and unwise! Moreover, worrying about the finances of a penny stock to me is tantamount to investing to much money and time in a penny stock company! If you put five cents down and buy one share of DNAP, What pray tell are you expecting for a return on your investment: 1000% tomorrow? If may be months or years for this type of roi! I for one, rarely quibble on the affairs of DNAP because I did not sell my house and barn! I did not throw in the sink and the baby to buy DNAP shares by the thousands. To sink one's life savings into a penny stock could cause reflux, I guess! Dribbling over the machinations of a penny stock is a rare form of art! For many do their best to pump a stock, whilst others BALANCE it with thrashing!

spook, I do not disagree with the loss, but we are all aware as you for sometime, that DNAP is a Speculative venture in the development phase. Consequently, DNAP does not have a cash flow positive environment at this point in time. What pray tell are you trying to get at? Research and development costs cash, and the last time I looked people did not work for free in corporate America. Executives today corner some hefty salaries, good or bad, why should DNAP be any different? It is quite possible that the 7 players at DNAP are making below industry averages. Certainly, some are not going to cash in their stock options and awards tomorrow due to restrictions.

Debt goes hand in hand with R & D.

Looks like Tony learned something from this discussion, about drugs and his company. Is DNAP merging or partnering in the near future? It takes a lot of $$$$$$$$$ for NDA and trials from phase I thru after market testing. I am very interested in this new direction DNAP is embarking on!
