Very disappointing. Incompetency hiding behind the skirts of lawyers and logistics. Sad - But we still have the numbers coming.
T-3 and counting!
We'll find out soon enough, but no argument here
I think LTA is right-it is more.
I think you are probably wrong about what ECSL makes per gallon. I have reason to believe it is more.
So the walking back begins. No big change in financials this quarter. Wow. Personally, I will believe the numbers not what is posted here. 200K gallons would be a good start and should provide a bump in revenue unless Mills is giving it away.
The numbers will tell all!
4 days until we see the revenue numbers
I thought I read sales commenced in Nov. Really doesn't make any difference whether its 4 months or 7, financials will tell us if it is really selling
T-6 Some of us are asking the same questions as you. In 6 days financials will come out and hard numbers as opposed to hype will tell us where this company is. Supposedly they have been selling fuel in Canada for 7 months, and if true, we should see a reasonable bump up in revenue. I say supposedly because the company is not very forthcoming with information. So we shall see. Good luck with your investment. You are not alone if this turns out to be a big mistake.
Does this individual have a name?
T-7 and counting-let the truth be told
Financials coming soon and that's all I need to know to be able to differentiate between truth and hype.
Pumping fuel for several months should produce some interesting financials, especially if 200K gal. sold as reported on this board.
Then again, if 200k is an unfounded rumor, that too will be of note when review the financials. That's all I am saying.
"fact is they are now cash flow positive". We'll find out soon enough if this is true...won't we.
Guess you are not willing to share the name(s), so in my book they don't really exist until they have a name and they will go on public record supporting the representations made on this board.
Do they have a name?
What group? Are they credible?
The lack of transparency will be blamed on a.)NDAs b.)lawyers c.) any other convenient excuse. Doubt blame can be place squarely at the feet of PR.
You're probably right. 15 days til we see financials and find out if the hype is justified.
What milestone? Unsubstantiated hype is getting very old!
What might that milestone be? Clarity would be helpful
Guess it is not Thursday either, sadly. About 18 days til we see financials.
Agreed-good sign...we shall see
As ridiculous and erroneous as comments about Wednesday (most recent) being the day for whatever?
What is there to love about Wednesday??? Certainly not price action on low volume.
But...but today's the day according to other posts.
When-next year?
Not a lawyer either LOL
Actually, the 8-Ks of Igambit add another fly to the soup in that there is the potential for significant stock diluted coming from the potential for default on some of Igambit's debt...if you read the 8-Ks carefully. So this is another bit to add to your very good discussion of record date, warrants, and related issues.
I have no expectations. After all the years of owning the stock, I have learned that expectations are a bad thing in this instance.
We will know shortly (27 days) what is achievable for it will be based on hard revenue. If the fuel has been used/tested on thousands of cars over the past 4 months as we have been led to believe, then we should see a substantial bump in revenues. That will be the real tell as to whether all the hype on this board is justified. I for one certainly hope the hype it is justified.
Depends on what he need for working capital - respectfully suggest you re-read the PR carefully.
That is not what the PR said. You might be right and shareholders will get the shares, but you might be wrong too. We will just have to wait and see. Re cash flow, we won't know how good or bad it is until we see the numbers in the next financial report. Weekly shipments to how many stations? 1? 4? You don't know. Profit margin? You don't know. We will all have to wait until the numbers come out unless for some unknown reason management decides to tell us more.
They have been 'working' on deals on other continents for a long, long time. I wouldn't get your hope up on that angle
What the PR does not say is the size of the stock dividend. I suspect it will be less than the 1:1 long mentioned on this board as there was mention of need for working capital. Net on net, however, this is a real positive for the company as available working capital should minimize further dilution of the fuel company stock. Will be interest to see what the actual stock dividend turns out to be. How much will RM sell to fund his WC requirement and what impact will that have on Igambit stock is anyone's guess
Thanks AM for the clarification.
Just wondering why there is no press release from management if the Igambit deal is closed as per the 8-k filing. Can anyone offer a reasonable explanation? OR is this just part of the on-going silent treatment?
What's about to happen given that we have two days to the end of the week is that two posters (myself included) will stop posting if no announcements by the end of the week. I know I will keep my words, can't speak for the other individual.
