The outrage!!!
No the two are unrelated. Some of the earliest preorders will ship before Christmas but a majority of those are to resellers. The number of people that get them before Christmas depends on how many arrive next week

Response from NTEK:

So, are we to assume someone else has been building them in the interim, in order to ship before Christmas?
There's much more than just one. MUCH more.
No website Traffic
Sites like these are extremely unreliable unless you have a ton of traffic being directed from search engines or outside links. It really has no way of tracking me if I physically type "nuvola4k.com" into my web browser url window. To prove my point, your chosen web site heat sync.com ESTIMATES 379 unique visitors using their metric and another website: http://www.1pagerank.com/nuvola4k.com#statistics ESTIMATES 523 visitors a day using their metric. That's a huge spread of estimated visitors.
Unless NTEK has allowed an outside company to embed tracking code into their web pages, the ONLY people who really know what their web traffic is, is NTEK. I run a few not-for-profit small websites that I've embedded google analytics codes into and heat sync.com and 1pagerank.com don't even register daily users when I know I've been getting over 1,000 unique visitors in the past few months due to my self embedded google analytics tracking code.
To say the NTEK websites are getting "no website traffic" is disingenuous and misleading to those that don't really know how to take your comments.
they did? where
that would be tremendous. IYO, where do you think the pps goes hypothetically by EOD? I'll forgive you if your wrong. I'm afraid it won't do anything for the PPS short term
CC day! Woot woot!
That's incredible! Imagine how much money she could make selling pics of her baby next to a bottle of Marani Vodka! I think drinking vodka while breast feeding is supposed to be good for the baby, jmo.
i don't care how much it is as long as we start seeing some more contracts and distribution deals
yeah this little mini move and hold to .14 +/- a few feels like the fuse is lit. anticipation..
lol, to the moon!!!
Well done. I have a position here and I don't like seeing the pps tank but I think some people are still a tad bit high on the koolaid from the past few runs.
where are the support levels currently at
I got the same thing on my 3gs iPhone. This is not the app3dtv app however. Let's hope it works better than the i-point app. I can't get the subscribe page to populate data so the i-point app is basically useless if that's a universal bug, no one can even pay for the subscriptions if they wanted to.
0 volume, ?
If you go back and look at Clark's tweets about the iPhone app, it's for the ipoint app only, no mention if the app3dtv app. I ignorantly assumed it was. Thanks for that update but what's up with that app Clark?
Ok thank goodness. App3dtv app is still pending correct? For some reason I was thinking Clark's tweets were regarding the app3dtv app
The highly anticipated iPhone app was the app3dtv app not the ipoint app right? Please tell me the ipoint app isn't the app we've been waiting for.
There is no data populating the package subscription page. The TV channels give error messages when clicked on, what???
I keep getting error messages when I click on a show.
timing of today's news could not have been any better. If the pps holds until the np-1 bomb hits, we are in for a huge pps run
I like that NTEK didn't just add the news to the impending np-1 release to have it overlooked
If I could buy the shows I like a la carte, for $4-5 an episode, I'd cut the cord and save a huge percentage of money per month for tv service. I have Netflix and other similar apps on my tv and xbox but I can't get my shows a la carte yet, so I still pay for my cable service.
This little device has really got me thinking about it however.
This is very forward thinking on the part of NTEK, bravo David and co.
If I am not mistaken NTEK also will be giving the consumer the option to upscale their sat./cable signals to 4k as well.
This news is very encouraging to me as an NTEK long. NP-1 news pending. A little cart before the horse news but encouraging nonetheless.
Sorry my friend this is a pink stock can't believe everything you read there's no truth to most PR until the contracts are signed
MQ this guy wouldn't know the truth if it smacked him between the eyes. Good to set the record straight but be prepared for Chinese web URL's and 2001 documents to keep you going. He must get paid per response. I'm done.

You should do some DD on the history of the company, the reason for the company going dormant and the direction they are heading now.
I have. No shipments since 2010. The company's own filings suggest as much. What company moves forward without proper licensing?
You are right, there is nothing to report, at least not now. Sorry if I don't trust PR's, especially in the alcohol business. It's way too regulated.

No thanks. Keep making predictions, you're bound to be correct soon. I personally feel that the ra-rah's and prediction makers are just as damaging as basher posts. GLTY

T+12 minutes. No signs of liftoff. Care to post what you're looking at to base your prediction off of? I don't know how to type rocket noises, but if you all were with me you'd best believe I'd be making them.
Here we go..
MRIB Last shipment to the US was 2010.....link
Nothing impressive before that either.

Maybe you can provide an update.
Thanks
Again there is no update to provide. Here's a couple of things you should realize when trying to access public information like shipping manifests for instance:
#1. https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/285/~/importers---confidential-treatment-of-vessel-manifest-data
How can I prevent information about my import activities from being disclosed to the public?
According to privacy statute, 19 CFR 103.31 (d), the public is allowed to collect manifest data at every port of entry. Reporters collect and publish names of importers from vessel manifest data unless an importer/shipper requests confidentiality.
The importer can submit a letter via email (vesselmanifestconfidentiality@cbp.dhs.gov) by Fax (202)325-0154 or by mail (address below) to the Privacy Branch requesting that their company name not be disclosed on the vessel manifest. The confidential protection is valid for 2 years, after which time a renewal is needed. Send in renewal requests 60-90 days prior to the expiration of the 2 year confidentiality period. CBP will not accept more than 10 variations of a company name. Please be sure to include the U.S. mailing address and U.S. EIN. There is no fee associated with the request for confidentiality.

LOL, Sam. Good seeing you again.
FYI, the link you have provided is really a poor source for a few reasons, and of course I am going to cite some of them. Please kindly note the following:
1) On international shipments, an ocean bill of lading would designate a shipper or what is commonly known as an 'exporter of record' as well as an importer of record depending on INCOTERMS. On international shipments, products can be sold en-route and the importer of record can change upon entry into the commerce of the U.S. The true record of the entry (Form 7501) can only be obtained through the US CBP or US FMC cite, nothing else. Yes, there are some sites that 'sell' services on partial info, but those are really gimmicky and this link you have provided is one of them;
2) Depending on the importer of record, or where it is common place to drop ship straight to what is known as the ultimate consignee, it is whether difficult for these databases to capture all data, especially of shipments originating from European countries because the ex-factory data was only captured a few years ago and for over 3+ decades, databases only captured the port of export ((or port of lading or seaport), meaning the data captured the info of trans-shippers (NVOCC or VOCC) once inland movement had occurred. What this means is that the shipper of record from the foreign port of unlading always reflected the common ocean carrier and not necessarily the true exporter (the manufacturer) down the extended enterprise because foreign regulations did not expressly set guidelines for documenting info from ex-factory, only the port of export. Because the databases--even to this date--captured information only from the port of lading, it is hard to know who the ex-factory data belonged to, so no one can really know if shipments ex the foreign ports of India or Armenia occurred or not without making a search into old database, and to make a search under Eraskh or Marani as shipper of record or importer of record would be hard because another party in past years could have been both exporter and importer of record which VERY often times happens in international trade. If this were the case, of course, your search under Marani from years past would be fruitless because international commerce is more complicated than one can think ;
3) The true proof of shipments that are planned for 2014 is for MRIB to post a banked, endorsed ocean bill of lading for the 2 containers that are planned in 2014. I expect these shipments to be covered under a letter of credit, and for the buyer's bank to raise the L/C. That would be the proof in the pudding.
Let's see if the $40 MM contract will be realized.
Thanks,
BB
Not true. Shipments to the US are tracked..........
As well as the rest of the world.
One doesn't have to wait, as you suggest. The last shipment Marani got from Armenia was in 2010. If you look at the inventory in the last filing they had $105,316 in inventory, down $1179 from June 30, 2012.
Regardless, you don't sign contracts with dollar amounts. You get orders and go from there. The sales determine the size of the next order. If sales go well in Brazil, for example, they should increase.
To go from ZERO to $40MM with a stroke of the pen is ridiculous. It don't work that way.
I didn't know just anyone could track their shipments to the US. What URL can you share that would allow any of us to do that? Or is it just you that can do that?
I did know that "To go from ZERO to $40MM with a stroke of the pen is ridiculous" - which is why I said we should see evidence of that in their next quarterly fins. If not this quarter, next due to the timing of the contract (11/21) and the end of this quarter. If what you say is true about anyone being able to track shipments from MRIB, you need to relax, it hasn't even been a month from their announcement yet, but I digress - you are probably right, you shouldn't invest in the company and if you do, I'd highly suggest beginning a large short position today, because everyone will come to their senses and realize that you are absolutely correct, something fishy going on here....lol.
Excuse me for posting the company's numbers.......Didn't
mean to mislead people by using MRIB filings, as you claim.
Please gives us the correct numbers.
TIA
lol, again, you're not likely to get the numbers you are looking for outside of their 40mill contract PR and the next quarterly fins. Your proclamation that MRIB has done zilch the past few years is correct - old news. I did my own DD and discovered the same thing and then decided to invest in the company. If you don't trust the CEO (essentially insinuating she is lying about the recent contract) then make your point in ALL CAPS: NO ONE CAN PROVE THE 40MILL$ CONTRACT IS REAL - and move on! You should think through the logic behind your means to your end, no one's buying it - but they are buying MRIB stock and are profiting exponentially.
NO sales last 4 years, but a $40MM order......
in Brazil? This isn't how the liquor industry works.
Has anyone verified this? If so, how?
Here are the numbers reported by the company.
2008 ~ $168,058
2009 ~ $402,373
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=7441845#MARANI-10KA063009_HTM_ITEM7
2010 ~ NIL (nothing reported)
2011 ~ NIL (nothing reported)
2012 ~ NIL
2013 ~ NIL
3 months ended 9/30 ~ NIL
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=MRIB&id=112598
This would be why companies are required to submit quarterly reports, next one due 2/15/14. Proof will be there. MRIB already announced the contract in a PR, so you already have that news and then you will have their quarterly submission on record. If that doesn't satisfy you I'd recommend not buying the stock.
Holy crap, I was skeptical getting in at .1545 this morning. What the heck is going on here?!
Todays emails 12/04- Facebook/twitter post and email to me stating similar 10:02 am (Leslie Hayes). Updated email from Denise Clifford. 11:50am "We will be shipping some NP-1's....".
I would suggest any skeptics to actually email yourselves. If you refuse to do so and continue to out of your way to discredit these emails, then nothing anyone says will "satisfy" you as you have an agenda. (Or are indifferent, lazy). I'm all for questioning everything you read when deciding to invest, which is why I attempt to do my own DD. GLTA, ntek long.
