To which they always file late. Hard to imagine why when the only thing that ever changes is the amount of their indebtedness.
You just lied again. The stock price was .002 on Nov 20th

You should take the upcoming weekend to catch up on a few movies like the Godfather and Casino. Learn the definition of respect.
Why did you lie to everyone?
George
You lost the respect of the board by lying to everyone. Anyone who took your advice has lost money. That isn't 'fun'.
Will do.
I leave for Thailand and Cambodia on Wednesday for 3 weeks to go enjoy my life.
George
Anyone who took your advice and bought shares when you prompted people to have realized losses based on your advice. You lied about being an employee of the company, you lied about having knowledge of sales, you even lied about owning shares of this stock.
You really have no business posting here. I'm shocked SGW hasn't banned you for terms of use violations. Then again his posts sound very similar to yours.
I enjoy the fact
the posts are unverifiable. Just like everything else associated with WM. I understand your decision to sell your shares. I have a million as well and until as nmills keeps drilling home, they verify revenue, that's about my threshold here.
I do think the timing of the PR announcing 'shipments' (not sales) was done at the first of October intentionally. In doing so it bought the company 6 months before an SEC filing was due, therefore validating whether or not revenue was realized.
The question is what will WM accomplish between now and then. Their last filing plainly stated they intend to use debt/equity financing as a means to pay the bills. No sales expectations were noted.
It's my opinion, and I've stated as much in previous posts, that WM has shipped sample products to select qualified vendors for use in trial runs. I don't believe these were sold I believe they were loaned or leased and that is why no numbers are being disclosed. There aren't any.
The current strategy of trading shares for loans is not profitable and is unsustainable. I believe Giles holding as many shares as he does wants the pps going up. As high up as possible. That would be the most profitable outcome for him and WM.
A better question is why is their burn rate 60K per month when they have no revenue. Who in their right mind would saddle themselves with expenses like this not knowing when revenue would finally be realized.
I knew we had a common bond somewhere!
I'm not confused Pattern just a difference of opinion.
I have this expectation that WM is run by business people who want to succeed not accountants wielding tax breaks.
Oil sales funds terrorism.
I'm sure your type of anti-terrorism probably takes a more hands on approach but for the last 50 years the US has engaged in war we've been sending our troops with ridiculous rules of engagement.
I would bet 1,000 Rangers and Seals with no rules of engagement could defeat ISIS in less than 90 days.
How easy would it be to threaten commodities traders with life in jail for offering ISIS oil on the open market. Boom no more money. Anti terrorism is a joke.
If I really needed a tax write off I would invest in solar companies the US has publicly funded.
It's the same thing every year.

I'll go out on a limb,
betcha it is already factored in the price.
Naturally management had this worked out, WITH the hands in the know already aware of it taking the stock down, and right around tax selling time.
Giles comes out of hiding the other day, confirming information shareholders were already amply aware of, then tells us no news for at least a 'few more weeks', then today they drop this turd.
There is a game plan, and it always comes down to buy low sell high, but also makes one wonder what kind of drugs they do in Thailand.

do not overlook we are
at the tail end of tax selling. Lots of people where trapped in
towards the end of last year and the start of this at much higher
levels, and, naturally, now the market is sqeezing the last one of
them out.
But then, if you believe in the products, here is another
great buying opportunity.
I believe in the next PR
World Moto will announce it will not offer taxi service to Boko Haram in Lagos to help combat terrorism.
Congratulations George
WM released it's long awaited PR today, 15 days past the due date you posted of 11/24. Anyone who bought based on your validation of WM has already lost 20% of their investment.
So when January, February and March all come and the PPS is still below a penny will you finally admit you're wrong about this tax loss selling you keep referring to?
That's an easy one
WM is now the global authority on anti terrorism, a $500 billion dollar machine. It all ties back with their original plan of producing digital yearbooks for military fund raising.
Just wait for the next PR...
Most of us are in the red with this stock and this is the PR they release
'World Moto Ships Moto-Metersâ„¢ to Customers Around the World'
I find that statement as amusing as calling themselves the global authority of a $500 billion dollar industry.
For three years we've been waiting for the next PR. How disappointing.
Just to highlight a couple points
12/17/2012
Having successfully raised sufficient funds in November through a private placement of ordinary shares, the Company has commenced targeting markets in Asia, Africa and Latin America. The Company is well advanced in the development of key relationships in a number of carefully selected countries in these target areas in preparation of launching an aggressive sales and marketing campaign.
Fast forward three years
12/09/2015
The Company will now begin a concerted effort to promote the Moto-Meterâ„¢ and HailYesâ„¢ in high value markets around the world. The active promotion will include a targeted social media campaign to reach end users and perspective customers, while the Company will continue to take advantage of popular opportunities to raise awareness, such as its recent cooperation with a film project from Thammasat University.
Three years ago they were well advanced in the development of key relationships in selected countries. Today they are counting on raising awareness through student film projects.
Wake up Col this company is simply trying to stay alive for what could take many years to see regulation of this industry if it ever happens at all.
Not trying to be a know-it-all
but India is a country in Asia and Indonesia is a country in SE Asia.
Which means nothing if we can't verify sales.
Thanks.
Picturing Paul Giles as Johnny Depp in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Definitely made me laugh.
The guy makes 286,000 baht per month. I hope he's living better than that.
In case you missed it
And even if you aren't a football fan, check out Aaron Rodger's Hail Mary game winning touch down pass with one second left in the game last night. That's impressive.

I don't believe the pps will go anywhere until April when the 10K is released. And that's only if revenue is confirmed.
It has now been 2 full months since WM announced it was filling orders and shipping meters. Two months.
No data. No pictures. No feedback. No way to verify anything the company has stated. There are 5 years olds out there running lemonade stands with higher integrity than this.
It's a freaking taxi meter
It isn't the cure to cancer. What product takes 6 years to produce.
This company is poorly run and is massively in debt. That's a fact Jack.
We foolishly expected too much through the development stage?
12/17/2012 -
"World Moto" or the "Company" is pleased to announce the unveiling of the Company's strategy to roll out its revolutionary Moto-Meter and unique Yes service into untapped global markets...
Development of the Moto-Meter commenced in 2009 to professionalize the $500 billion dollar a year moto taxi industry...
Commercial development of Yes began in 2012 after more than 3 years of extensive research...
Primary focus is being given to locations with the highest concentrations of operators such as Bangkok, Thailand, a city that has more motorcycle taxis than there are taxicabs in the entire USA. Globally, over the last decade there has been a spectacular growth in the use of motorcycle taxis and according to the World Bank in 2011 "their number is expected to increase by more than 50 percent in the next 5 years...

The PR's that were released 3 years ago implied these products were ready to launch. Other PR's gave expectation of sales beginning in 2013.
How many shares sold in the last 3 days.. 30 million?
New lows for the pps. Sounds like share dilution to me.
Thanks Sewer
That happens to me pretty frequently as well. I wake up thinking I'm at home in Arizona and then I look over and see all the bottles of alcohol everywhere, a half naked girl laying on the floor that I don't recognize, out the window I can see the ocean and just when I think maybe I'm getting things worked out I notice the sheep staring at me from the closet.
Ehh.. Sorry I got off track.
Wow big orders! Thanks. Can't wait till next week.
Hey George
How is that contract coming along? When is WM going to release a sales PR?
I've read up a lot on Vis Vires deals. They routinely purchase 9.99% ownership in penny stock companies. Some companies have managed to successfully payoff their ownership stakes. Those companies also had revenues so it's up to WM to make some profitable deals.
That sounds reasonable Sewer but don't forget he's intentionally keeping the price low year over year to steal your shares instead.
Joking of course, please don't take me seriously.
Will do. Thanks
I'll be in Thailand from Dec 16th - Jan 7th.
Not sure how much time I'll spend in Bangkok. I plan on traveling from Chiang Mai to the peninsula for some diving in the Andaman Sea. If I have enough time I want to bounce over to Siem Reap for a few days. When will you be there?
I suppose you lost me suggesting that Paul Giles orchestrated this so that investors like Sewer, Richie and I can write off our losses.
One thing we can agree on is that no, I don't understand as we are all only able to speculate. I speculate based on what World Moto says in their SEC filings. You speculate based on charts.
Ok I'll entertain
Tax loss selling is a practice used to offset capital gains. What capital gains are we talking about?
World Moto has no revenue and are millions in debt. Add to that 3.5 billion shares diluting value and it would appear this is more likely the resulting pps.
SGW
How are your answers coming along to the questions I asked a couple weeks ago?
