If the thought this company would be out of business in 4 years there would be little or no div as they hunt for another production site. They know what they own in the sourronding area and will work those up into production. Paying every month is unusual.

Brizille is having difficulty attracting foreign investment at this time. IMO the litium mine should not be a problem as they appear to have internal funds sufficent to get that up and running.

you never saw how roads are built in the oil patch in 3rd world countries. They use bulldozers and scrapers. trees just get pushed aside. They did get equipment in to do the drill tests. They don't carry that stuff in on theeir backs

Fram land and timber are easier to care for. you can see the crop the tennat raises and with the timber evey 10 years do a slective cutting and replanting, and have great hunting place for self and kids. Even a couple granddaughters are good shots with guns and bows.
