HOW SO? SPENDING HIS INCOME ON THE MORGAGE NOTE ON THE imaging 3 BUILDING? Yes his name is on the note, so he is responsible for payment due to the lender. Ah, then we come to the employees salary and benefits? I guess you think they should not have medical benefits or a 401K plan. How about FICA Oh I can go on... What else should shareholders cut from the IMGG employees to benefit the shareholders? Maybe a little blood? These are real people you speak of, not imaginary web fantasy.
I read your point of view gds. If this is the case, why does Dean continue to waste his time with this project? He has not profited from this Inst. Investor purchase? Let’s wait and see if what you say: is true about imminent approval tomorrow? I seriously doubt your quote will be correct. As far as the secondary offering, I think IMGG now has 2 Inst. Investors.? Is this 2nd enough for you, or what level of investment from fund advisors would you be comfortable with? If any?
The pros have held shares of IMGG for a long time now. What differance will this make. Look at L2 and the short data over the last 2 years. Do you think 1 million dollars cash and a NDA might have gotten them a look at the Dominion?
I think the 20% that is the splinter under your fingernail, is insurance against market fluctuation between now and when the deal is inked, also an incentive to purchase the shares from the company. If not they could go on the open market and get them. That would not help IMGG in any way. As I said before, Dean is looking ahead and this money will finance the company through 2011. We cannot know when the FDA will make a decision.
Mr. Sano
For some time now you have been saying Dean should sell shares to finance the company. Now that he has done exactly what you said he should, you don’t like the deal? This money will finance the company for the next 12 months. The way Deans luck is, the FDA will give approval before the ink is dry. He has to prepare for the unknown and that is when the FDA will make a decision. Every time he calls the say” your file is still under review” Institutional investors are a positive in my book.
This is all the information that was given. It did not name the Investors. Just click on the 8K at the top of the page.

Agreed, lets see if we get an 8K SEC filing later this afternoon.
No comment, more of the same.
You must be kidding? You just posted nearly every SEC filing IMGG ever made? You must have hit the send all key? Please point out exactly where Dean Janes sold personal shares/ or pocketed money as you stated.
As a result he has personally, to date, pocketed $2.3M
Please show us some leagel goverment filngs where this is so. Not opinion?
Yes, Dean can sell his shares at any time he sees fit, for several years now. Has he? No. Not even the week IMGG went from 1.23 to 1.95 Dean did not sell a single personal share. He could have cashed in large with 59 mil personal shares. He did not sell one.
Do your own research. Don’t listen to the bias voices on this Board!
Welcome back to the IMGG board lennygoat.

Why do you believe that Imaging 3 does not have a production specification prototype Dominion? Dean Jane’s clearly stated in the Imaging3 Video Tour that he has another Dominion at a unknown location. I beleive for obvious reasons that most people would understand. Just because the public has not seen it, does not mean it doesn’t exist. What inventor would show the Machine that is the heart and Soul of the company without first being able to sell to the world? Please go back and watch the Video Tour and you will here for yourself that have much more than you describe in your following statement.> Instead they have this oversized relic from the 70's
Hello 'Lockedon6'
I have my trading platform set to receive all Proxies electronically, I vote this way also; it has never failed to date.
I disagree. Any A1 request in a 510K application is a material event. Dean Jane’s has informed investors of each and every A1 event in the past. I see no need to suspect that that will change at this point in the FDA process.
What is your basis for your statement, to think otherwise Mr. Sano?

There is one other avenue that is new to the FDA Process. Not 510K Or PMA. Its in the Grey area with the FDA. I have not seen this utilized by the FDA since the new team has taken over? But it came into the realm with the new admin. It’s called De Novo. Any that viewed the FDA slide show are aware of this.
Well looking at what the FDA has published yes. There were only 3 NSE out of a post that was deleted? Of those, all were less than 60 days from submission or less. I'm not putting a date on this, but just using human logic something I feel is absent at this board? I feel that if a NSE were to be handed down by the FDA it would have come well before this time.
I posted an excerpt from Gurus previous post. The one Device that took 183 days It was a radiological emitting device? In my opinion, one of the most complicated devices the CDRH has had to determine? This, in my mind, directly related with the time frame it took for approval “183 DAYS” I feel that the Dominion falls in the same category,
Please tell me what has changed in your opinion?
As I stated in my previous post :this is a FDA play. If you feel Imaging 3 will not receive SE sell at the opening BELL!
Here it is one more time:Who here does not understand that nothing has changed until the FDA hands down a decision? This is a FDA gamble. Those that think the FDA will find Imaging 3 510K NSE you should sell your shares at the opening bell. Those that think the FDA will grant SE will hold. It's that simple. If you chose to trade the highs and lows great. People, its time to make your choices. The FDA decison is near good or bad!
I agree 100% lets all move forward and not dwell on the past.
I could be mistaken but, I thought he said he got stopped out/not sold?
Boxer
If that is the case: Those post were after the 8 mill shares traded and IMGG ran to .51. If that is the case what caused the run? It's obviously not information after the fact? The Family and Friend thing is running out of steam with me?
If you have input on this I would like to here it.
Sano
I mean why is taking the absolute maximum amount of time to get the call.
You should ask your question to those in control, the FDA?
We all are wondering? Even the CEO's of many companies in the FDA Triathlon? WHY?
At what time and date did you send it? Keep us posted.

My thought exactly. This is why I posted the link to the 183 day approval. One of the most complicated devices to endure the 510K process.
I think if you listen to the last Conference Call you can answer your own question about the Radioligist Review.
The Law states he has 72 hours to notify the public after he receives the SE.
The first review team only had one question about labeling. They were replaced and Imaging had to start from scratch with the new team. The CEO is not a lier.
The Maestro
Why isnt the chart and volume posted on the header of this board?
One small correction in your statement. The FDA requested 1 radiologist review,Mr Janes sent 2. This cost was on Imaging3. I'm sure it was not cheap. Have you been to the a Dr. lately? This probably took days if not a couple of weeks to accomplish. In the end, the 2 radiologist were interested in investing in Imaging3. I bet a few posters here wish they had gone into Radioligy LOL..................
I totaly dissagree! If that was the case, the Imaging 3 Dominion would not have been granted the IDE! The FDA did approve this.
Sano
You’re a business man; surely you can see how much added value the Dominion would have after FDA approval. I'm just guessing here but I would bet there has already been an offer made for the Dominion pre FDA approval? If so, it was not nearly what it would be worth afterwards. I think many companies can attest to what Hell the FDA is to get approval from especially these days. Imaging 3 is not the only one in this quagmire.
Sano
You have to consider if GE or Toshiba or any other OEM purchases the Dominion it will not be sold for 550,000. I figure they will raise the price to over 2 million a copy at minimum probably more if the product is a hit.
I think we are working our way through those shares from the volume I have seen of late. Not to mention the downward pressure when they were released. Also, some flippers came to the plate. I feel we did very well to close in the green. We were over extended at .50 so fast. I rather see and slower more steady climb. Lets see what the volume does the rest of the week? I dont think this is all MM by a long shot.
Fink
You already saw it happen this morning with 500K shares? There are some that are here to flip for a small profit and are not interested in the FDA play. Not saying it will drag the price way down but it will have an effect depending on how deep the pockets are.
Just broke through 4 million for the day and its only half over.
