The strangest thing is why not a slither of info to help prop up the stock price ? OR PURELY speculative here - is something going on with a possible buyout that prohibits any types of info or disclosure while d.d. is done / underway ? I mean seriously they all have nothing to gain as well by putting a favorable pr out too if they are still rocking and rolling sales wise .....its just too weird pump pump pump krickets krickets krickets ......Just trying to explain the dead silence all of a sudden ......
Truth share please ...what did he have to say ? Thanks J
Mileage has eeked back down the last few tanks.....still above pre treatment mpg but it looks like its pulling back ...will update in a few more weeks.....J
So much for corporate transparency ...get out your clothespins - this one is starting to wreak like a dead salmon ....J
Do we want a negative P.R. indicating sales were in fact down IF they had a down month ? Surely the stock will drop if they report that. YES I want to know the good along with the bad to help me make my investment decision within XPGH.
Is Bio competitive with fossil fuel right now without the subsidy ? If it isnt then you can bet buyers are buying fossil fuels instead these past months we have been in the dark and they (XPGH) dont want to report it ....... in these times PRICE RULES as companies are penny pinching !!!!!
Parsons if you are reading this HOW ABOUT REPORTING SOME RECENT SALES FIGURES / RESULTS at least - if you cannot provide audited fins as promised. Give us something - throw us a bone.
J
Lubrilon works..... 2002 Honda CR-V 84,000 miles.
about a month ago I bought the Lubrilon gasoline engine treatment kit....I took my mileage results 4 tanks in a row before applying the kit ...I got
23.78
24.46
24.18
23.76
Per the instructions I changed my oil and filter and at the same time added the Lubrilon to the crankcase....I immediately started the car and let it idle to mix it with the oil , I then added the upper cylinder treatment bottle to the gas tank and went for a 1/2 hr drive. I intentionally didnt take any mileage readings for the next 1500 miles ...this week I took my first mpg reading and I got 26.68 mpg. So I will watch it close over the next weeks / months to see what happens.....maybe its only temporary and loses its efficiency over the next few weeks- I simply dont know. But I can tell you it worked plain and simple. I drive 400 miles a week 80 % -highway 20 % city so I should get some good data here for everybody. Will definitely update this thread. I like to own stocks I believe in - thats why I did the experiment.
Thats why I would never post a stop order on these pinks....some manipulator could buy a few shares artificially dropping the price costing you tons if they could drag it down enough with a minimal amount of shares to trip your stop,,,then they snap up your shares.
From the XPGH website - is this exactlty what we are selling ?
So all the other stuff is gone ?.....
"Product Lines
Synthetic Fuel Oils (SFO and BFO) These product lines were developed for the use in burner systems for the asphalt and concrete industry. The lines are priced competitively against Residual Fuel Oil (RFO) and are tested to the same Fuel and Environmental profiles mandated today. When compared to RFO, the field emission profiles achieve a 90 percent reduction of monitored emissions.
Biomass Release Agent (BMRA) This product was developed for use in the asphalt and concrete industry as a biodegradable, non-hazardous, release agent. In addition, when used in the asphalt industry, the collected remnant could be properly disposed of in the burner systems-subject to permit review and authority having jurisdiction. This affords any company with portable or remote burners to completely remediate the job-site and exercise environmental stewardship well beyond expectations.
Btu Enhancer (BTE) This line was developed with the power generation facilities in mind. These products meet the stringent requirements of the Energy Policy Act and will qualify (subject to state authorities) for the generation of Renewable Energy Credits (REC) which then can be converted to Carbon Credits.
In our near future, the renewable product lines for the Maritime and Aviation Industries will come forward as solutions to the Green House Gas emissions concerns we face today"
I guess ADVFN needs to clean up the product descriptions of XPGH from this very board then.
SO FOR THE RECORD ...what exactly is XPGH actively marketing and what exactly are we selling 1 million gallons a month of ?

Gly-Clene (TM) - A new alternative energy source. This fuel can be made from any crude glycerol, regardless of the feedstock, including yellow grease. Glycerol is the main byproduct of Biodiesel. The XcelPlus Global process cracks glycerine, a biodiesel byproduct of the transesterification process, into two fuels, one of which (at around 50 percent by weight) is Glyclene and is suitable for turbine engines for power generation. Crude glycerine prices have dropped as low as $0.02 per pound last year before recovering to $0.06 - $0.10 per pound.
Biolene (TM) - A technology in which a fuel compatible with internal combustion gasoline engines is derived from natural renewable oils like soybean and vegetable oil. Initial marketing efforts will focus on an additive package for converting ordinary Biodiesel into gasoline. The Biolene additive package will be blended by Xcelplus International Inc (Pink Sheets: XLPI) and will enable producers and consumers of biodiesel to convert the biofuel for use in any gasoline powered engine.

JAPANS largest bio diesel plant produces 7925.161 gallons a day. So when we delivered 1,000,000 gallons in a month we would have used 126 days of Japans biggest plants production just to cover a month ?
before the fire "GENX The biodiesel plant, which opened in May 2007, was running at about half capacity, producing about 7,200 gallons a day, he said. The company had just received a three-year contract to produce over 1 billion gallons of biodiesel, he said." Tri City Herald article .
Parsons comments ...Alterra had switched from producing biodiesel in Gordon to making a cleaner-burning diesel additive. But the Gordon facility is now being used by a Xcel Plus Global Holdings, said Mike Parsons, its president and CEO. The Alabama company stores and blends a biomass-based oil there that can be burned to power pulp mills, kaolin and cement kilns, and other industrial processes, he said."We're really hopeful we'll be able to crank up the Alterra plant as soon as we get some customers in that area," he said. Xcel has a contract with Alterra, which is no longer producing anything at the plant, he said. he hoped to get customers in Alteras vicinity (G.A.) so we could fire up and use use their idle plant for production.
We "supposedly" delivered just shy of 1 million gallons of fuel for a couple of months in a row ...so that being said say we could have bought out 1 months ENTIRE production or 200,000 gallons a month production from GENX..remember Japans largest plant produces 240,000 gallons a month just for an example....where is the other 800,000 gallons a month coming from ?
GUYS this isnt adding up - I am about to pull my bullxxxx card out on this company. Where is this fuel being produced in these massive qtys to make these supposed deliveries ? Is anybody suspicious also ? Do we know any insiders who can vouch it is possible to get that much fuel in a month to begin with ?
"Revo International Inc., a Japan's pioneering biodiesel fuel (BDF) manufacturer and seller based in Kyoto, started the full-scale operation of Japan's largest BDF factory in Kyoto on April 10, 2009.
The factory has a daily production capacity of 30,000 liters of BDF. Two large tanks are installed on the premises, each of which stores up to 110,000 liters of product or materials. This is the first ultra-low-emission fuel production facility in Japan, utilizing glycerin, a byproduct of the production process, as a heat source.
Revo's BDF dubbed C-FUEL, which is made from used cooking oil, has been used in about 300 of Kyoto city's official vehicles for nearly 10 years. Using 100 percent BDF for entire route, the company also completed the Dakar Rally in 2007. With the factory in full operation, Revo plans to increase their efforts to popularize the safe and high-quality BDF.

He has been bouncing around it appears the last few years after leaving the building company ....he went into a technology co,forestry, now bio fuel....hmmmm I wonder if we have plans to use his ties to forestry to get some bio mass ? J
From yahoo finance ...hes been in Alabama ...read especially the bottom - they went BROKE and emerged from it in 2004 ... debt holders and creditors own it now......
MAGNATRAX Corporation Company Profile
MAGNATRAX may sound like something from a bad 1950s science fiction movie, but it is actually a holding company for a range of businesses that make, sell, and transport engineered steel building products. MAGNATRAX's metal building systems and steel components businesses include American Buildings Company, Kirby Building Systems, Gulf States Manufacturers, CBC Steel Buildings, Magnatran (transportation), and Jenisys Engineered Products. MAGNATRAX emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 2004 and has restructured its business. A group of debt holders and creditors owns the company.
so how can you still purchase xlpi today ? J
So that must be his specialty "going public"...... nice DD ....J
Ditto Parsons answered a few of my emails ...J
Lets take a step back and look at this ...... ok they announced a date and they didnt produce the fins OR the OTC move. BOTH pretty HUGE MISSES.
1.) They just hired a supposedly experienced CFO - so that means there is money within the company to pay the guy and he accepted the job and was attracted to the company in the first place ....so we are not broke. Lets do some DD on this guy and see what his track record is.
2.)As a C.F.O. your job is to oversee all things financial and reign supreme over them. So maybe it was he himself who put the brakes on the fins release and halted the OTC application. If your reputation was staked to those figures yes I could see wanting to review them being an industry professional and knowing if shennanigans happened under your watch you will be held responsible to investors AND OTC officials.
3.) I am pixxed just like everybody else and was built up to thinking this was REALLY going to move in the coming days......BUT I am trying to look beyond today....the government is expected to renew the bio rebate or credit, Obama is pushing renewables on the military, we are making money "supposedly" , we have unique products "supposedly" being sold at around 1 million gallons a month so far, power plants are looking towards our fuel ....So ~ 2.5 mil revenue a month ~30 million a year so far ...... we all own a piece of this business at .33 cents a share with no dividends so we rely strictly on stock price appreciation to hold us here . I think this is a temporary setback and I am TRYING to exercise discipline and HOLD MY SHARES at least until the fins are finally released and I know what I am being told is true.
MY short term prediction is this stock price will take a beating starting tomorrow and over the next 2 weeks and peels back to low 20's SOLELY DUE TO MIKE PARSONS MAKING HUGE PR PROMISES , TOTALLY BLOWING THOSE PROMISES AND MAKING NO APOLOGIES FOR MISSING ANY TARGETS. NOT EVEN A LETTER TO SHAREHOLDERS ON THE XPGH SITE EXPLAINING WHAT HAPPENED AND HOW IT WILL BE REMEDIED.
UNFORTUNATELY I EXPECT A BACK PEDDLING PR RELEASE IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS TOUTING A LETTER OF INTENT OR SOMETHING ELSE IS SERIOUSLY IN THE WORKS WITH A BIG OUTFIT TO FLUFF UP THE SLUMPING STOCK PRICE . !!!!! NO MENTION AGAIN OF SOMETHING ACTUALLY SIGNED WITH INK TO PAPER THAT WOULD ADD ACTUAL SHAREHOLDER VALUE !!!!!! JUST FLUFF .... AT THAT POINT "IF" THAT PR COMES OUT IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS I AM DUMPING THIS CHARADE.........
AND THE WINNER IS DRUUUUUUUMMMMMROLL

YOUR DRINKS ARE IN THE MAIL.
Put a buy in today for 100k shares at the stated ask of .0015 and not a single share was picked up ? YET shares supposedly traded at .0029 today ???? Can someone explain please ???
Wow you must have put in "TWO" bottles of Lubrilon.
I am not expecting a change in mileage either but it may add a little scuff protection to the bearings....I will let you know if I pick up a tad mileage .....I have heard it takes 1500 miles before anything is realized.....I was trying to get an answer -my theory is it must take that long to heat cycle a bunch of times and "bond" into all the pores of the metal......I figure it cant hurt as I plan on driving this Honda into the ground .....J
This is probably a terrible thing to say but the weaker bio companies that were operating thinly to begin with are probably being shaken out of business by the legislation NOT being renewed right now. Lets not forget we are one of the few companies making money. The lack of subsidy has actually probably strengthened our market share. Yes we definitely need the legislation renewed quickly but it has invariably helped us.
Regarding todays numbers - it just looked like a down day in the market that started to recover slightly toward the end ......also in my opinion hold on to your shares boys the MM's are trying to rattle us in the midnight hour here....... if we tank in the next few days it will be the market dragging us down and not the bio business per say ...... J
I tried the email address ...the emails get bounced back as rejected ????? J
I tried sending an email to the address and it bounced back rejected :0.....I think you guys should definitely hold on to your xlpi.......a theory - if you owned a company that didnt do too well stock price wise and spun off another that did fabulous wouldnt you look at some point down the road at having the "winner" with cash or even better a stock swap to acquire the "loser" to increase your holdings value you have in the loser ? XLPI is dirt cheap right now and worth a play.....me thinks this uptick isnt just a coincidence ......J
Nice DD ....So I guess that means is WE refine and sell locally currently ....I guess that means margins must be pretty tight. J
Negotiating
Talks
Opportunities
New markets emerging
Potential this and that ..............
ink ON paper is what pays the bills.
Just curious anybody here try the XLPI Lubrilon and or Upper Cylinder Lubricant - products / treatments ? I decided since I own shares in the company I ought to be brave enough to put the stuff in my own engine and stand behind the products ....so I ordered them and put both in my engine and gas today .... lets see if they work over time.... :) J
The prize is a chunk of Glycoal. If we can produce piece....J

Shall we play a game.......anybody want to guess the pps at the end of the day the audited financials come out ? I am going to guess .36 as I do not expect much of any pump from it really at all..hope I am wrong ...just cut and paste and add your prediction ....
PPS at end of the day audited financials come out.
.36 spike007
It seems like it would be pretty easy to manipulate the stock price by the mm's ...hopefully that was what we were seeing ....seeing if they could rattle someone into selling or trigger a limit order sell due to the brief peelback in pps.
I think one of the OTC requirements was that the stock had to stay above .25 for xx days...its interesting the frequency of fluff has gone up during this transition period... :( ....
Truth - my understanding is getting the "commodity" glycerine is the root of the production snag. Where is ROD on this board to clear this up ? So growth or not ...if you cant get the basestock for GLYclean and GLYcoal thats a big problem. Someone with facts chime in here and correct me if I am wrong....I hope I am wrong ....... I dont have time today - so if someone could email Parsons and get clarification on glyclene supply or on what potential supply issues are that would be great .... J
Cheap I did he says at 3:40
~ we can pick and choose who we do business with at this point in time due to the fact we cannot do business with everyone simply because there isnt enough supply in the "world" to take on all the customers in the "country" but we will certainly do the ones that we can ....
He then immediately goes into talk about diversification being an energy company.....So there is an apparent supply issue ....J
I couldnt finish editing my response before time expired so here is the rest of my thoughts ....... Again I am confused with PARSONS VERY OWN WORDS IN THE INTERVIEW - who cares if RFS2 legislation has / is opening up significant new fuels markets IF WE HAVE ALREADY HIT A SUPPLY WALL AND HAVE TO PICK AND CHOOSE OUR CURRENT CUSTOMERS BECAUSE PRODUCTION CAPACITY SIMPLY ISNT THERE ?
Correct me if I am wrong but "knees" told us all that awhile back on this board I think it was ... that basically contracts werent the problem but delivering was - due to production capacity constraints I assumed. Knees where are you ?
So putting up the red flag here - at around 3:50 in the interview Parsons says
~ we can pick and choose who we do business with because there isnt enough WORLD production capacity to supply the whole COUNTRY ...
so is Parsons saying in a roundabout way -----we have hit a capacity wall , I am selling already all the green bio I can possibly produce and get my hands on now so its time to diversify into solar and wind ?
OR could we start licensing the green formula process to bio blenders out there for others to utilize ?
"Spike, if you listen to the audio, Parsons emphatically states Global has the only green fuel in the world. To me, that means there is no competition."
SPIKE says : So the world demand is only 1 million gallons a month (our best month) and now that we have conquered that market we should now move to solar energy ? Somebodys wrong here - there simply HAS to be tons more untapped customers out there globally ....... J
Large tankers are 9000 gallons a piece so thats 111 truckloads during a million gallon month which one of the pr's said they "delivered" .....can those few named customers consume that much ? J
THE LIST from the PUBLIC p.r.'s .....feel free to add the names to it
Wiregrass Const.
Newcastle Materials
Cheap I have to disagree to some extent.....I wouldnt want to divulge who I am selling to either ,,,,as long as the fins show that bonafide income stream coming from a legitimate "somewhere" - I personally dont care. To seek out business , arrange a test burn , truck fuels to the site , get it approved by d.o.e.r. and then finally start delivering goods to the customer is capital intensive. By divulging customers we open the fence and let other bio producers know who to call to try to undercut or take away what we worked hard to cultivate. So I am all for not divulging customers at this stage.
RE: audited fins -is everyone here under the assumption that when these audited fins come out later this month its going to be radically different from what PARSONS has been reporting to us for the last xx months ? I think we will see little to no pump or confetti throwing from those figures in Feb. I am not expecting to breakout to like a $1 just because we have audited fins.
I do however expect a pump from a nice contract or two being signed in the near term.
"Solar Schmoller" lets make some money selling green fuel WHAT WE DO.
