Again, you bring nothing to the discussion about MDGC without underlying facts/support. Now, if you called Equitrend and asked that question and reported your findings to the board, that would be helpful. But, your insistance on not doing so is suspect if you are truely considering MDGC as an investment. You probably should do your own due diligence, don't you think?
Actually, quite the opposite from your alleged position, Dr. Peterson's resume is very impressive and I for one am glad he is and has been involved with the company, IMHO. Thanks for posting again.
For someone who knows nothing about the company, you sure have strong unsupported opinions about the company. When the ask is continually undercut regardless of the trading action at ask, which articfically forces the price down and when strong buying action does not bring the price up, but light "selling" brings the price down quickly especially with a very small float is tight, as it is with MDGC, it is clear that the price is being manipulated to cover very ill-advised short positions. Not sure the "market" has spoken about MDGC yet. That is why I am invested, are you?
Nope, I am only concerned what they bring to MDGC and so far it is a vast improvement from the prior IR firm.
Why don't you? You seem to be the only one concerned about how Equitread is paid. Maybe that will help you in your decision in becoming a shareholder. It appears your unwillingness to do your own DD on MDGC is probably the reason you have not bought any shares yet.
You got that right. Welcome to the board, I look forward to reading more from you.
Again, show us the underlying support for your contention. How do you know MDGC gave Equitread any shares? As is apparent about MDGC, this is not your typical pink play, the company is real, has real relevant technology, and has real partnerships that will propel it forward in the very near future. IMHO.
How true, the facts are the facts and MDGC is moving out of R&D into deployment and monitization. The price fluctuations are not based upon what the company has by way of services or technology, but are clearly price manipulations to cover short positions. It is clear the MDGC is very undervalued from a PPS percentage standpoint and once that value is realized by the investing community today's stock holders will 1000s of percentage point increases regardless of your entry point. IMHO.
What evidence leads you to believe that Equitread received any MDGC shares as you suggest? There is nothing stated in any PRs, financial reports, or emails from IR or the company supporting your unsubstantiated claim.
Or, and probably more accuate, if MDGC's disruptive technology is way ahead of anything the competition currently can deploy, the technology has applications beyond mobile phones, and when licensing fees for prior infringement is collected from all the companies that employed MDGC's patented technology are realized, Val can take the credit for turning around a company that has always been relevant, forward thinking, and at the forefront of telecom technology development even with the company's quite period. IMHO.
Just received an HTC Droid Incredible and the recharge time (full charge) listed on the info tab on the charge chord says:
Standard batteries: 4.0 hours
Extended bateries: 5.0 hours.
And this is a new phone. Compare this to MDGC's technology:
“Next Generation” Batteries and Charge System ( SmartCharge Batteries )
1. NG Batteries – batteries seeing a 4 day “run cycle”; (compared to 2-4 hours normal)
2. NG Charger – quick charger – charging the new batteries in 14-20 seconds not hours

I can't wait until MDGC's battery/charger hits the streets.
Thank you, Real Truth, your incite is appreciated and I look forward to hearing more from you.
I think it is odd that your only involment on this board and all of your hrs of DD is only focused on raising doubt about the solid investment in MDGC the rest of us have IMO.
I also think it is odd that you keep reposting the same stuff over and over and over again.
MA(200) .0059 = MA(50) .0059
The MA(200) .0059 and MA(50) .0058 cross within the next 2 days, and then we are golden, IMHO.
Today is the last business day of the month upon which the short interest reports are based.

The MA(200) .006 and MA(50) .0058 cross is getting closer. The spread is now only .0002. I bet there are some shorters out there getting spoked (Happy Halloween) with all that is expected of MDGC.
All: Charles recently had a conversation with Val Westergard (MDGC's Chairman of the BOD) and posted Val's paraphrased responses on his website. Very informative. Thank you Charles!

The MA(200) .006 and MA(50) .0057 spread is now only .0003. I may have to adjust my "middle/end of next week" cross prognostication to the beginning/middle of next week. Either way things are looking good for new investors especially if MDGC gives us a solid PR on Tuesday.
The MA(200) .006 and MA(50) .0056 spread is now only .0004. At this rate the MA(50) will cross the MA(200) by the middle/end of next week.
Sorry for your misfortune and thanks for everything.
Now only a .0005 spread between MA(200) and MA(50). Ths cross is coming.
With many more presents to come. The WifiBridges/Mesh Global project encompasses only one facite of the MDGC enterprise.
Looks like you got your present.
I would certainly say so. I am in awe of how the many moving parts of MDGC are being shaped into a major tech/telecom company. And, we are part of this emergence and growth. I am now beginning to understand Val's statement to one of our board members of how he wants to make many into millionaires!!!
It is from the website I just initially forgot to post the link.
10.25.2010 MediaG3 announce mesh network pilot projects moving forward
MediaG3 announce their wireless mesh network pilot projects with Mesh Global are on track and are quickly moving forward. The companies have met with and secured additional agreements for fiber provision, infrastructure, equipment, engineering and installation to begin deployment on their first pilot projects, and expect to begin “live” testing by the Thanksgiving holiday.

MA(200) down a tick and MA(50) up a tick. There is only a .0006 spread now.
Charles' new terms and definition section on his MDGC forum is definitely worth the read. Nice work.

Unilava (MDGC's partner) anticipates acquiring an 80% interest in CDT once the audited financials are complete, which is estimated to be by the end of 2010 according to Unilava's recent SEC filings.
Thanks for the info Lucky.
Agreed, we have a great group of active investors/investigators.

Looks like Claypool better move up is target accumulation date.
Thanks for the intel and PM, by the way.
Once the Unilava's (MDGC's partner) pending acquisition of China Dragon Telecom (CDT) is consummated, which is what IMHO the partnership is at least partially based, the valuation of both stocks will go through the roof IMHO. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2010 per Unilava's recent filings.
There is also a believe among some of MDGC board members that CDT may already be using MDGC patented technology, which is based upon some statements in CDT's filings and additional DD.
I believe Grass Roots Reseach also has a target of $.90 for UNLA, which had estimated revenue for 2009 upward of $8,000,000 and gross profit upward of $4,000,000. Hardly sounds like a "loser" by any means.
Wrong and you are purposely providing misinformation.

Not so sure about that, I always thought Cyberdyne would be brought into the fold. If it is not already "our technology", I am counting on the fact that it will be soon.
That is reasonable, if not a bit conservative, IMHO.
