Kind of like how we have the "shareholder map of WNBD investors" ? Yeah that would be nice.... But I'm sure Winning Brands uses more in depth software to monitor these things. The bandwidth and memory used to have that "world map" would slow things down for everyone, based on the type of servers WB uses. As a customer, I personally would not want to go to a store locator page and see hundreds of stores all over the place in my area. It would just look so cluttered from a customer's viewpoint. A set number like they already have it (closest 25) is a better method to me. (hopefully they will increase it to maybe 50 per zip) Now as an investor, I would go crazy if I saw something like what you speak of.
He's talking about the store locator being updated with many Piggly Wiggly stores.
SQEEZER: Just because the stores were updated on that page, does not mean the PPS will go up. It also does not mean new investors will come rushing in. (although they may very soon) That update coincides with the PR back in September.(which had relatively no short term effect on the pps) I'm sure you knew this, but just clarifying a few things.
IMO, the Piggly Wiggly's effect on the pps will be minimal until the product is actually in all of the stores; seen by hundreds of customers and plenty of potential investors daily. Right now, I think Eric said by the end of October. We'll see.

I presume that it is possible for us to adjust the number of stores shown per search, but I am not certain. I will ask our Manager, Customer Service to provide me with an answer to this – so that we can make a policy decision regarding a change of the default setting in the software. On the face of it, I don’t see an increase being difficult to accomplish, nor that it would take long to accomplish.

I have a small question/request for you. I think your company's Web page has come a long way and I am pleased with the constant updates that are done by your Web team. On the Store Locator; when a zip code is entered, the nearest 25 records/locations are displayed. My question is, will this number ever be increased? This question comes from the store locator's update today. A ton of Piggly Wiggly stores have been added to the locator page. However the only way to see the true amount of stores in the area is by entering multiple zip codes. I think it would be great for new customers to see a little over 25 locations per zip code to see the massive expansion by the click of one button. Not only that but, it would be good for investors who monitor new store additions daily. Instead of them having to enter 5 zipcodes to monitor 1 area, they could maybe only have to enter 2 or 3. Thank you for your time.

Ok, so two out of the three stores I went to were selling average. 2 to 3 bottles per week. But in one location, it was booming....I was told that a woman had came in and purchased one bottle of WC. A few days later she came in and bought another...and then came back a few days later and bought about 7 more!!! She told the cashier she loved the product and it worked very well...
I just hope this was not a investor buying these bottles...Investors already know about the greatness of WC...I hope this was just a new customer falling in love with it and willing to spread awareness.

Just like I promised...I'm going to go out to about three stores and check out the movement of sales locally. I use a method that I think works. I open the store locator, type in my local zip, and pinpoint three stores while forming a triangle.(I may use the square method in later visits) This will give me a better estimate on stores in the Cleveland area as a whole...not just one particular part of town... Be back in about 2 to 3 hours...
Sorry all, I had to take some time away. This board gets to all of us sometime or another. Anyways, i'm very pleased we had an update on another product other than Winning Colours. We all love WC, but seeing growth in other products shows the development of the Company in a much better light.
Not sure if everyone got this, but just in case, i'll post it.

hmmmm....compared to the low double 0's....I think this stock price is well maintained. I don't believe it's in Managements best interest to look out for their shareholders solely based on the stock price. When CEO's do that, do you know what you get? Check out the #1 most active forum and you'll find that answer. It's longs/ "wannabe" flippers like yourself that make requests like yours unfeasible. WB Team is looking out for the best interest of the COMPANY itself. When they do this, the share price will reflect eventually. So for you to be selfish enough to demand a higher share price based on your own self indulgence is quite immoral. I personally lost about $30,000 dollars, almost 75% of my portfolio(at the time) months ago, and you don't see me demanding personal gain here. I respect this board and the company and let them all do their thing. Hopefully one day I will recover my losses. Have a good day sir.

I agree with you on that. Although I wasn't in below .01, I am happy to see us floating around this level until further news comes. I wish I knew about WNBD prior to the June/July run. (But I bet hundreds will be saying the same thing about .01 a few months from now)

Statement From Eric

Eric has not yet released verbal confirmation what phase we are in. But I honestly believe we are very close, if not already (recently) moved on to the next phase. Here are my reasons.
Back in March, the statement Eric provided wasn't direct "Sales Numbers", but nevertheless, a great basis for DD. Based on this statement, here are a few stats.
2 minutes approx. per next sale, 30 two minute intervals per hour
24 hours per day, 60 minutes per hour
365 days per year, 260 business days per year
Solely for this estimation, I will use the WC 4oz bottles retail price, $3.99, one of the cheapest, if not cheapest products WB's sells.
1 product sold x 30 = 30 products sold per hour
30 x 24 = 720 products sold per day
720 x 260 = 187,200 products sold per year
187,200 x 3.99 = $746,928 in Revenue per year.(Mar 09)
Now this number was based on projections back in March. 7 months later, after numerous press releases on new locations and distributors, 100's if not 1000's of new stores, additional repeat customers, and months of increased recognition, we must be closer to the next phase more than ever.
The last Amended company offering (Sep 11th) says we are still between $1-1mil. Phase two would require us to be above 1 million, so if we don't see another one of these filings soon, I know exactly why.
I can't believe that was all the way back in March. If we were selling products every 2 minutes back then...with all the U.S stores added and various countries new recognition, we may very well be selling products every 1.5 minutes. HUGE difference. If we are not over 1 million annually by now, we are hella close. IMO
That's the thing Harley, no one is hating on/trashing your opinions. For all good, there must be bad. For this stock to go up, it must eventually come down. I get it. But it's your prediction of a base at sub penny that I don't understand. "We" have thousands of reasons/ and multiple PR's to back up our predictions of a higher PPS. What are your reasons? I would love to read a post of yours to find a rationalization behind your thoughts. For example; maybe you've seen lack of sales in your area, you can prove Eric is a crook, or maybe even tried WB products and can prove on mulitple occasions that they don't do what they say.

Or did you predict a lower price? The purpose of a blog/message board is to discuss different scenarios/circumstances, so I don't understand what you mean by this statement. I would love to hear a explanation for your prediction because I want to average down.

There was nothing wrong with the plan LF exclaimed here...Actually, everything he has stated is happening. Since June/July, WNBD has been on a slow uptrend. A new base at .01 is better than .003 ain't it? To bad you didn't ride that up. He, and everyone here knows this isn't gonna happen overnight, so what is your argument?

I'm sorry you rode this down and loss potential profits and maybe more. But that is no reason to discourage future investors to invest here. This is not a "Flippers" stock, Eric repeats this all the time. Take your loss and move on, no need to sing the same song. WNBD will prevail, while your sub penny hopes and dreams will one day be a laughing matter.
Then why are you monitoring WNBD? Let alone posting on, as you say, a "investor's" stocks' board? Obviously this has not made any drastic increases north recently, so why continue to waste time on a stagnant stock? Go flip somewhere else cause your presence here is very contradictory. The way I see it, (recently) Any news pre market has minimal effect on the PPS. Just as they would if they are put out AH. I am just suggesting Eric put PR's out AH to change up the routine a little, just to keep flippers on their toes a bit. A Block-B PR after hours would be funny though. hehehe
You know something frosen...you bring up a great point. I hope Eric starts utilizing after hour opportunities for Press Releases. It will be great to see news at another time slot, instead of early mornings, and afternoons. As well, it will teach these flippers to hold on to their shares because news can come at "Any" time....not just pre market and the middle of the day.

Just a question, if Winning Colours was selling well in Walmart Canada, why does it take this long to get it in the states? I know of many products that are sold on the East Coast that are not sold on the West Coast.(vice versa) So stocking WC in a few U.S. Walmart's shouldn't be a problem, should it? I would think that Walmart Canada would just make some calls and say Get WC in the States! I know it's not that easy but just some thought's.

I think I'm about to answer my own question though. Even if we were to get WC in the Walmart's here. Most are still gaining visibility in the U.S., so it wouldn't do us any good to put it on the shelves and possibly not sell, due to low awareness. Eric knows we may only have one chance in the states, so he's taking it step by step. And it's working perfectly.

Did I miss something? Where did you get confirmation that we are in Phase 2? Rocket made a comment in a earlier post stating "He has never hidden which phase we are in, read the FAQ... You've been here long enough to know better" I don't remember the FAQ stating we were in Phase 2, nor have I seen a PR stating we were in Phase 2.(Would we be at .01 if it were publicly known we were in the next phase?) The FAQ states the next phase's potential projection date/year. Once again I ask, am I missing something? IF we are going to start guessing phase's, please mark "IMO". I wouldn't want to start spreading false rumors.
I haven't been here long enough to make a distinction on whether Eric has lied to any of us. However, I have done my DD and researched the SH!+ out of this company and know that if "lies" were being told, it was not at the liability of the current Winning Brands Staff. In this circumstance, the word would not be "lied", it would more accurately be "misspoken". Lowe's and many other NA's are ran by Human's, not machines. This means there will be personnal who are moving at a velocity that Winning Brands and shareholders may not care for. But out of respect and at hoping to keep future relationships healthy, we have to take it slow and move at the pace that those NA's want us to move. "We" are the Ball, and "we" are on "their" court. This is why Eric is making moves in smaller areas until the NA's wake up; provin by this statement:"Winning Brands has embarked on a campaign to make Winning Colours Stain Remover available across the nation, even if it means finding independent retailers in every city and state pending the introduction of the product by national chains."
Would you Prefer Eric to just sit idle twiddling his thumbs until we get a NA? Would NA's even want us with no real reputation? I think not my friend.
JMHO, Recently, we have already seen what one PR with great news does to the PPS. (absolutely nothing, and in some cases, makes the PPS drop. Maybe due to dilution...maybe not) Look, we just received 3 PR's that were not explosive, but nevertheless very informative in regards to Sales increases, a variety of new stores, and an assortment of new locations added. (We just had a very good day and it held for once in weeks) I wouldn't mind having one BIG PR, but I am glad Mr. Lehner is testing new waters with the timing, amount of PR's, and information put in those PR's.
I personally loved the comment. If ever a "big board" CEO or marketing executive saw this video, they would know they could be the first large NA to get the product in the states. The same way we are out here trying to advertise WC and associated products, there are people hired to search for the next best "undiscovered" products. Maybe "that" video can lead to something bigger. I would agree with you if they said that statement in every video. But one statement in one video won't hurt anything now will it. :)

I believe I get what he's trying to achieve. Just yesterday, some had the same demands for releasing mulitple news in one big "monster" PR. Do you think it is a coincidence that we got PR's back to back yesterday and today. (Is this the first time ever? I don't know but atleast in the past 4 months since I been here) Then to top it off, another PR in the afternoon? 3 PR's in two days. I think Eric is testing the waters on how he can please his shareholders with the PPS without "hyping" and w/o giving to much info on the "Sale numbers" yet. "We" asked for a bundle of info in one PR, and technically, with two PR's in one day, we got it. "We" asked for info on sales numbers, and we sort of got that to. "Whereas the first shipment to Australia was a single skid, and subsequently more, the most recent refill order for the region has reached 10 times that original size." I mean what more do we need. Obviously Winning Brands is doing their part. Now I believe as shareholders it's our job and duty to help spread awareness as much as we know how.
