I wonder how big this XM thing is getting on the internet? Noticed in the Dell brochures where you can sign up....I assume that's satellite radio over the internet. Some of the Q productions could be well suited for this type of airing...WOW, for example. Has anyone heard of anything in this regard from Q or others?

All I get from the LOGO news is that the availability is changed from Feb. to July 2005. Probably of more importance is the fact that they will be a regular channel NOT a Fee based or pay per view. That is, indeed, very bold. I hope they clear the way for QTN and bust the stigma wide open. IMHO Neal
MTV officially unveiled the project last May, saying that Logo, with a slogan of "different together," would become the television "home" for LGBT viewers. The channel will be a basic cable offering, so subscribers will not have to pay an additional fee.

As Logo prepares to launch, other companies are capitalizing on the LGBT television market. Last month here! TV launched a gay channel available on DIRECTV for 12 hours a day. In addition, the Q Television Network, which is available in select cities, announced last week it will launch a live morning show next month titled "Good Morning Gay America."

PBandJ....I've spent many hours listening to lectures on the impact parameters. Yes! 22,000 mph is the estimated impact speed. Actually, that's not much. Weather permitting, I will be observing and imaging it. But, no rational consideration is given to a problem being created with the impact. hopscotch..(OT).don't know what you've read. But, yes NASA is sending a spacecraft to impact Comet Temple 1 on July 4th, 2005. Do not be concerned about it, however. A comet is a very large object. Try to imagine a BB hitting a freight train. It would be like that. We are more interested in seeing the colors from the explosion (tells us about chemical composition)== (our craft is copper). Zero chance of any problems, although I'm sure the press will have a field day with this. Neal

firefight4.....we need to have quality programming to GET the carriers. I agree! But, to the investors out there, until there ARE carriers, each news about more costs is just plain old bad news. Like I said....bad news may become good news later. I'm not sure we really disagree. Neal

seaflies...well, semantics, I suppose. It's been everywhere for over 12 hours. I call that "Old" news....you call that "New" news. Fair enough. Neal

Disagree with me if you want, but there is good news and there is bad news. What is bad news now, may end up being good news later. Since so many are fixated on the pps relative to news, then chew on this: Without a major carrier or several smaller carriers to deliver our fine shows with fine actors and actresses, any news about more additions is seen as more daily expenses heaping up and no one to show it to and therefore no gain in REVENUE!. Therefore it is bad news. Just a deeper and deeper loss. Good news would be, (second level) another carrier. It doesn't have to be Comcast, but cover another part of the country than RCN and have some establishment to it. That would be fairly good news because it gives us the potential of REVENUE! Really good news would be (probably after the addition of several small carriers, that we are bringing in record REVENUES. It could also be good news if a relative high number of people are signing up to get QBID.
So, the next time a PR comes out about another new show with some personality being hired....and if it's before we get any other carriers....then it only represents more expense to an already high nut to crack! All of that changes when more carriers are added....then the great programs enhance the REVENUE, if more people are signing up. So, you've got to be willing to make the sacrifice and the investment even if it depresses the pps. After our total lineup is complete here's the program:
Step ONE>>>>GET more carriers to deliver the product. STEP two.....show us the income potential or the REVENUE.
Good news/Bad News.....it effects the pps, but you must distinguish which it is first. Just in my humble opinion. Neal

I_hate_fish....the one I mentioned will be in the 2020's. However, we had two in December that came in from the sun direction (can't see them) and both were inside the moons orbit. One came within 22,000 miles, which is really close. Neal

If you take 500K (let's say that's the average holdings for a QBID investor) and multiply that times 2,676 (unique visitors...meaning different internet locations) wouldn't that alone surpass our supposed O/S? Neal

One last thought for everyone to chew on. QTN just isn't big enough yet to have been highlighted on a major TV show like Letterman's.
